It took me over 90 minutes to travel from West Phillybto to A & R Auto on a rainy Monday morning and it was totally worth it! I got a good deal on a great vehicle while experiencing awesome customer service! I have told quite a few people about the great selection of vehicles on both lots and how it was a hassle free experience. The irony throughout the whole transaction was that it was my own insurance company that held us up. I was cashed out and ready to roll, but I had to wait over 30 minutes to get the new vehicle attached to my policy. We had a good laugh and I had a smooth ride back to Philly. Definitely take this as a proper endorsement.

We had the greatest experience purchasing my daughter's starter car. The quality and options are great, and priced very well. The staff is extremely sweet. I will definitely be returning for my sons starter car next year. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

My sons girlfriend bought her car here and she recommended this place to us... I'm so happy because i received great customer service and the salesman was very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me buy my son's 1st car... they were upfront and honest about ALL their vehicles and the price ranges, which cars needed work and which ones were good to go. I'm very happy with what I got... Thanks A&R!!!! Will definitely bring my youngest son for his car soon and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

As the as is game goes A&R are diamonds in the rough world of used auto purchases they tell you what it is you get what is being described and the service is top notch now if you are looking for a new car no wrench or work required they have to lots with those kind of options meaning no wrench required if you are inclined with a little work any car they have can be brought to like new with a little TLC test drives trades you name it A&R can meet your expectations John is straight up and his information on each vehicle is to speck (accurate) front office is also nice and very accommodating in every way 2hrs in and out title in handCAR RUNS GREAT 2004 Monte-Carlo SS Supercharged thanks A&R

This place is a treasure! They have a car for every budget. You do need to have an idea for what your looking at, go over the entire vehicle closely. You will probably do well finding something good and affordable! I can understand some of the earlier reviews and most of that falls on the responsibility of the buyer. When your paying $2k for a car it's not going to be perfect by any means. I purchased a 2004 Saturn Vue Redline from Russ. He was attentive and pleasant to work with. He understood I was coming from out of state and was willing to make sure everything I brought to his attention was addressed. The car happily made it 150+ miles home! Extra bonus, the Vue i purchased has a factory XM radio that just happens to have a lifetime subscription purchased by the original owner when ordered!In summary, you can find gems or duds. If it's too good to be true it probably is.Thank you guys for a pleasant experience!!! 10-stars!

Was very helpful and very honest with me and my dad. The check engine light did pop on as soon as I left though. Just be prepared to have to fix issues but also understand that these cars are not perfect and your paying a low price for a used car there will always be some issues. Just do your research and see if it s worth fixing

I had a great experience with A&R! I came in about half an hour before closing and John helped me out. I came with one car in mind but he was very honest and up front and told me that car needed work. He immediately showed me 3 cars with in my budget that would meet my needs. John was honest and extremely helpful. He stayed late to finish the sale.About the car, it s not perfect but that s because I had a small budget. John told me what was wrong with the car (nothing serious). The car runs well, the interior is in surprisingly good shape, and it meets my needs. What has surprised me is that things that I thought were broken when I bought it, just needed a little tlc and some of them are now working.I m really happy with both John and the car. Will recommend and will return when it s time to upgrade.

Hi this Melisa Hamilton I had a great and quick experience of purchasing my Acura from you. The service was excellent and friendly he made me feel comfortable and not pressured to buy anything like other car salesman. Me and my husband caught a Uber all the way from Layfette hill, Pa there and I was not catching a Uber back. Thank you and I m so satisfied. I purchased my car on February 28 2024. Thanks agy

I will never spend my money here again. I purchased a jeep that only lasted me 36 hrs and when I returned it for being an extreme LEMON I was cursed at by one of the workers for something I did not do. The. It took them 10 months to give me my refund. They ignored my calls and would not give me my money back until I got a lawyer involved but was oh so polite and cooperative with him. They lie about the quality of their cars. Save your money if you don t wanna be screwed over, taken advantage and disrespected.

Great customer service and hot a wonderful deal on a used 1999 Ford Mustang, great for getting someone their first car or finding something to work on and improve for a reasonable price! Would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good deals

Just bought a car today, but when I was purchasing they were friendly and lively people than being a stuck up salesman they don t push you or tie a rope on your neck and steal cash, their very respectful and have carfax so they are reliable, would highly recommend this to anyone buying a used car.

I have to say this place treated me with absolute respect. Robert helped me with my VW Jetta, the process was quick and easy, he was honest about the check engine light on the dash and what needed to be done to the car. Overall my experience was great, I would definitely do business with them again!

The owner, Russ, was very professional and forward during our transaction. I picked up a sweet BMW 2011 328i coupe for a phenomenal price and have yet to have any issues. I love driving this car! I would highly recommend coming to see what they have available. I saw a few gems there. Felicity, the office manager, got my paperwork done in an efficient, no hassle manner and was able to answer all my questions. I absolutely recommend A & R Auto Sales.

Awful experience overall.I should've left the dealer the moment I arrived, but instead, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I found a car that I liked. The car had a couple of issues, but easy fixes.The customer service throughout this entire experience has been literal trash. What's up with everyone being absolutely avoidant?Brandon is the only member keeping them in business because everyone else was fit to my previous description.Here's the best part. After several phone calls were made, I finally received the title for my car AFTER A MONTH (the day before my temp tags expired) but I had to drive nearly an hour to get it since they were just sitting in their office. They literally dragged their feet and the communication was completely 1 sided.No car dealer should be in business with such poor management and discipline for themselves and/or staff.Thank you so much for nothing and wasting my time and gas.

EDIT: To whoever responded. If you had decent comprehension skills you d understand that I was explaining I bought the car on AUGUST 14th and it died on SEPTEMBER 15th. I ve also included the paper work from the purchase bc you absolutely did sell me that POS Toyota Camry. So not only do you sell trash cars and lack comprehension skills. You re also a liar.On August 14, 2023 I spoke with John and purchased a 2000 Toyota camera with 144,000 miles. Thought it was a good deal. He totally screwed me. Today, August 15, 2023 the car broke down. The engine is gone. $2830 in the trash. Total waste of time and MONEY!

This is my second time buying from them and my experience has always been excellent. The customer service is good and even buying a car as a female they explained everything to me and answered every question. I will never go back to buying from dealers again they have a lifetime customer out of me.
