Awesome experience! My wife s truck was up for a lease end. I was recommended by Dennis their tech to use the dealership. He referred me to Mike and Chris to help figure out my options and between the two of them they helped me make a decision. Even though I kept the lease I had for now they still helped me the same as if I was buying a new truck from them. They sent me to Eric and Anthony to wrap everything up who stayed late to get me finished up. Great experience and will be buying the next truck through them!

We had our son's 2015 MKZ towed there this week. Apparently the waterpump needed to be replaced. They charged 3X more than they should have. $4500!!!Extremely dissatisfied.Would give a "0" if I could.

Me and my family were bought our first car here. You want Julie and Anthony on your case!Julie - amazing sales rep with such an amazing attitude towards her craft! She made this happen, Julie was very proactive, helpful but most importantly she is a great sales rep! She knew what we needed, understood our preferences and delivered a perfect car that was exactly what we wanted. Julie also caught hard to get the price that was within our budget!!!!Then she also helped us find the best insurance with their list of specialists insurance brokers.Anthony really helped with the financial side and understanding the deal we were getting. Anthony was very diligent and helpful. He made sure we leave out of there happy and with what we wanted.The whole team here are amazing! You won t regret it!

My battery died when I went out to take a trip to see my father on his 86th birthday and the service team came out and did a mobile service to replace the battery and all was done within an hour and a half great service team!!! Thank you for the save

Only giving 1 star because the sales man Nick was a nice guy.0 star would be truthfully how I feel.I scheduled an appointment. Told Mariqus that I was driving over an hr to see a specific vehicle. He promised me that if by any chance that vehicle was sold (didn't offer to hold or ask for deposit) he would let me know.Well drove almost 2 hours because of traffic and low and behold that car was gone.

I've been a loyal costumer for the past 6 years and usually follow their suggestions to make repairs. Recently however I had my car in for service and the parts needed were not in stock (a standard, normally stocked part). Three weeks later I can't even get a return call from anyone. After 6 calls I'm moving on to a dealership the cares about retaining my business.

I was there on Sunday and the customer service definitely was the greatest I have experience so far in my car hunting journey.Sean Lunn was the sales representative who served me perfectly.Very welcomed, nice service, being able to understand a buyer's needs and so on.Simply "GREAT SERVICE"

I was a loyal customer spending thousands opon thousands keeping my Lincoln in good running order. I went to get an oil change today $125. Just lost me as a customer.Ok so after month they call to schedule a appointment. They definitely have neve. Never going to a Ciocca dealership or any of there others for that matter.

don't trust anybody in sales department.especialy mikeal smith.he's a liar .they simply don't keep their word.the basic thing to keep costumers is to be honest....well they're not.i live over 20 miles away from them ....mikeal smith told me that all my documents would be sent by mail...i had to go get them myself ,not one time but two times . you mikeal smith.

What a well run business! Great people, everyone was very friendly, upbeat, they are concerned about your needs, they ask questions to find you the best vehicle to suit your budget, great selection, and I would definitely recommend!

don't trust anybody from sales department especialy mikeal smith.they are liars.the basic to keep costumers is to be honest.they are not !!!three stooges today behind the costumers desk including the dumbest one mikeal smith. you mikeal smith .... you liar.acutaly it's an insulte for the three stooges to be compated to these brainless molluscs.stay away from this place people !!!
