I can t praise this Ford service center enough! Recently, as luck would have it, my car lost power due to a charging system issue right as I pulled into their parking lot, without an appointment. They welcomed me immediately, providing a prompt and clear diagnosis the very same day.Their diligence shone when they took the time to investigate my extended warranty, ensuring the service was covered. Communication was seamless, keeping me well-informed throughout the repair process. The icing on the cake was their provision of a lender vehicle, which they kindly delivered to us, understanding our situation of having five kids and being down to one vehicle. This gesture was nothing short of a lifesaver!Previously, another Ford center brushed off a minor running board issue, but the team here tackled it head-on, fixing it with a simple greasing. Their willingness to pay attention to even minor requests was highly appreciated. The team's proactive and caring approach, especially in a stressful situation, has earned my complete trust. I m grateful to have such a dependable service center nearby and highly recommend them to anyone in need of car service. Their outstanding service has not only resolved my immediate car issues but has also demonstrated a level of customer care that is rare to see these days. Thank you to the entire team!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Being from NC, I had an emergency ABS/Traction issue with my 2014 Escape. Brought it in to Ciocca 30 minutes before opening time and they got me in right away! Mark, the Service Manager, and David, the Tech supervisor, were amazing -- helpful, informative every step of the way! The video provided to show me the issue was most welcome, unexpected and definitely gave me peace of mind that my vehicle was in the right hands! Can't thank them enough! Can't recommend them enough!

I have a 2008 Lincoln Navigator.. Before Ciocca took over the service was exceptional.. I tried to schedule a oil change but no one answered the phone. So I drove in as I have in the passed. Pulled into the bay and went to the service desk. Told the guy needed an oil change and told him I tried to call, but no one answered. He then said "well it's going to cost $125" with a smirk like I couldn't afford that price. I've spent thousands of dollars keeping my Lincoln in great running shape. It a shame it can take one person to destroy a relationship with a dealership. I will never use this dealership and will travel to anther one with a better demeanor when dealing with customers.

Ever since I bought the car new one year ago, the wipers of my Mustang GT have chattered and not worked properly. I replaced the blades once to no effect. When I dropped off my car the evening prior to my regular service I mentioned on the drop-off form that I wanted them to be reset to the proper park position as indicated by the lines on the glass. The Service Advisor called me the next day to tell me that there seemed to be nothing wrong, resetting them would do nothing, and I had to strongly push him to reset the wipers to the proper park position because I knew that they weren t functioning properly. He agreed and a few hours later called me back to inform me that one of the technicians had actually broke the wiper arm. He never apologized and said that it was going to take a few days before Ciocca would receive the part. I asked if Ciocca offered loaners and the service advisor told me they don t do that. I got a call later that week that the wiper was fixed and ready. The paperwork stated that the wipers were tested and now worked properly. It was raining the next day and when I drove the car the left wiper actually did not wipe any water at all and provided poor visibility. I took a video and sent it to the Service Advisor and never received a response. Also filled out the feedback from Ford emails you and never received a response either. Finally had to call Ford and take it to another dealership. I will not be using Ciocca again.

I ve waited to make a review after taking my Ford escape in for a check engine light .They dropped my car off back at my home after having for 4 days and couldn t find the issue. They didn t call to update unless I called 5+ times to get through. I was way because I had a family member dying and needed to leave it, but I don t think they actually looked at it truly. But I can get behind that, sometimes you can t find an issue my dad has worked for Gm for years and I know cars are complex. So here s my biggest issue: My windshield had a small crack 6-8 inches on it when I dropped it off and when I got it back it was literally across the windshield and 4-5x its size. They claim it was heat, fine, but there s more.So then I notice My steering felt off, incredibly loose and the car was wobbly.I took it to another ford, and they said looks like it was dropped I ended up with a broken cv axle rear shocks were leaking oil and I had had no other issues before this and just had the car serviced at Firestone for an oil change and alignment knowing I was about to travel. No, I can t prove it but the other ford has asked me 2x now if someone dropped it off a lift because it doesn t make sense.Beware. Their costumer service was horrid and I m gathering something happened that shouldn t have and they didn t tell me.2000.00 later and it s fixed but I won t be back. I know cars and my car, it wasn t a lack of maintanence. It s only has 68k on it.

I scheduled a service to have accessories installed on my new Ranger Lariat. David was ready for me when I arrived and my truck went right in. I know Dennis took special care of my new truck and did an excellent job installing my bed pivot boxes. I used Ford pass rewards points so payment was quick and easy. The staff at this dealership is friendly, knowledgable, and has yet to disappoint. I am very satisfied with my new accessories and would recommend this dealer for any parts or service needs.

Went for my first scheduled service. The advisor greeted me at my vehicle, had all the details on his tablet and filled me in on what the service entailed and approx how long it would take. Very professional and courteous. I elected to wait since it would only take an hour to hour and half. The waiting room was clean, had seating and free WiFi. Service was completed within the specified time and I was back on the road with minimal fuss.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Hi, I honestly enjoyed my experience with Ford Ciocca Dealership. The employees were kind and respectful, and they did communicate well with me about the updates on my car. Lastly, they didn t take long , it was about a day before we got our car back so thank you. Also Mark was very helpful & respectful!Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I took in my 1 year old Bronco for its first oil change and service. They were very friendly, provided good and quick service, and accommodated me with shuttle service to my office and dropped the car off for me when the work had been completed. I brought my Explorer in for service today. The service staff was friendly and professional. They kept me up to date on the progress and even sent me a video of my SUV from the technician while being serviced with the status and any other service recommendations. My mom's car was in for a recall. They told her she could wait, then once there, they told her she had to drop the car off because the job was harder then they thought(tsb states .5 for the job). Job was rescheduled for the next week. She had the work done today 9/12/23 and I checked the work out. The recall was for a "lighting control module". The paperwork states a new model to be installed. The module was not replaced. A bypass harness and mini module was added to the existing harness terribly. The new mini module was not attached to anything and just flopping under the dashboard. All the new wiring was zip tied to the shifter linkage. Every time you move the shifter, the wiring would move. Zip ties were not cut, and all the stripped wire casings were left on the floor mat. I had to remove the module(5 min, not 4 hrs) and remove the provided zip ties and rezip tie everything in a better location. The new mini module is now attached unlike the work done by the technician. Good thing we don't go to that dealership for regular work. Work was performed terribly and would not recommend having anything done there.

5 stars aren't enough - Rolled in with a punctured tire 40 minutes before service department opened; Mark the Service Manager gave me a ride to work and said he'd have the tire taken care of. Less than 2 hours later, the tire was fixed, and my truck was washed and delivered to my office! Vehicle was originally purchased at Ciocca Quakertown, and had a wonderful experience, but it's too far for routine service. Ciocca Lawrenceville is the only place I will take my truck from now on!Service: Tires

I was extremely disappointed by the high price charge for a simple Oil Change and Service check. After using Lawrenceville Ford for over 20 years Servicing a total of 8 cars from Lincoln to Mercury to Ford, "The Works" service program (as they called it) most recently cost $70 which was an increase from previous years by about $10 which they said was due to the higher price of oil. I got that!. I inform the check-in agent about this and added tht the cost of doing my car today should require far less in terms of Labor due to the fact that I had just put for new tires on the car last week. No rotation or tire pressure checking needed! With that said and showing my previous bill from Lawrenceville ford, the technician said it would still cost roughly $90 to which I objected I voice my objections based on what I just written. I asked him to please see about doing better than that. When I came to pick up the car he said he did a little better and presented me with a bill of $89. Needless to say I was totally disappointed and asked to see the manager. I had to explain all this to him and in the end, he was able to come up with another $5 off netting me down to $84! I think that is outrageous for just an oil and filter change and fluid top off. The final straw is that I always had a complimentary car wash when bringing in my cars for this service. I was told by Chris who checked me in that that's something that only the Lincoln customers get without even having to ask for it. Enough said!Service: Oil change

Used to fix a recall issue with my 2016 Navigator. Noticed a ticking noise that was loud and hard to miss when I turned on the car and no one bothered to check out what the issue was. Told me I had to make another appointment or if I had a few hours to burn they would check it out. Turns out it was an actuator that needed replacement. I did it myself to save the time and frustration. This is my second attempt at using this dealership and both times the level of service is subpar at best

Had a key broken in the ignition cylinder on a 2019 Ford Transit. This is a work vehicle and needs to be operational everyday. I called to make an appointment and specifically requested for them to verify the parts are in stock. There is no point in me bringing in the vehicle without the parts in stock for immediate repair. They made an appointment for me, and confirmed the key AND cylinder was in stock. Guess what? After waiting 2hrs at the scheduled time for them to diagnose the truck they confirmed it needed a new key cylinder and key but the key cylinder is not in stock!Wasted my time and theirs. Plenty of competent dealerships out there to pick from, skip this one.

Update: Though I had some good experiences at Ciocca in the begin, the service has be lack luster recently. My car has been in for an oil change and they tote the bonus of wash and vacuum or "detail" but the last few times, it wasnt done. I asked, out loud, if they could make sure the wash was done. Picked up my car; Nopenot done. Simple things like that is why I was willing to go back but I'm not feeling as satisfied as I've been in the past with Ciocca. In previous experience, they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Drop off was a breeze and communication was outstanding throughout.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

no customer service at all. Rude on the phone. No help at all. Had a battery problem and they had my car for two day and kept saying they only had one person that could look at it and would not give me any updates on it unless i called and complained. David, the guy i worked with was rude and no help at all when it came to customer service. I thought they were in better management but i guess notService: Battery

Dealership had my truck for 5 days for a transmission issue, had to call them at the end of day 1 only to find out they confirmed the issue I observed, had to call on the third day because I hadn't received an update, had to call back at the end of the day because I got no return call, had to call for an update again on the 5th day, nothing new had been done to resolve the issue. They wanted me to wait a month for their transmission specialist to be available. Decided to pick up the truck and end the service because of their lack of communication. They didn't call me to provide an update the whole time they had the truck. Got 2 phone calls and 2 text messages thoughtrequesting me to write a review...

The best customer service. I received phone calls, text messages keeping me informed of what was being done on my car. I had Apple Car Play installed and my car detailed. Christopher in Service called with updates. Thrilled with the service I received and I know good service. Barbara Dyett, Chief of Staff (Ret), NJ Dept. of LaborService: ElectricalService: Electrical

The last time I went to Ciocca Ford I needed to get a key replaced for a new Ford CMAX. The car was new so I had no other option - they charged me $900 for 1 key for a car that I bought from them. I swore never to go back.Fast forward 5 years and the car (which I love) had a small product recall. Again I couldn't go to anyone else. I booked the appt fully expecting to get charged for a free recall or some ancillary fee. Also it was pouring rain so instead of riding a bike I was going to have to UBER back and forth - $60.I was SHOCKED - the serviceperson that helped me was incredibly supportive and completely understood my situation. He said he could fix it while I wait to get me out of there ....20 minutes later, no charge, I was on my way. The place was humming so it wasn't that they weren't busy. Maybe I got lucky with the service person-- younger (+/- 30 year old) white guy with glasses - but I was truly impressed and actually felt they cared about my business. THANK YOU.

Service was great. Fast and professional. Price on the other hand was high. The price was higher than I was paying with the previous owners and I received less services (tire rotation was no longer included although the price was over $30 higher), hence the lower rating.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
