If I could give a 10 star I would! Joe was awesome at helping me get through my car troubles! The whole staff was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond than I could have ever expected. Going forward if I ever have car trouble this is the place I will be getting my car serviced at. Many thanks to OTA and team for helping me with my car!

OTA is a great place to get true and honest service done for your car. Cody was so helpful when I brought my audi to get looked at after Questionable work being done on my car. He figured out the problem/ situation right away with no hesitation & accommodated me with a loaner car immediately. This place is truly worth the time and money if you need anything for your car!!

OTA went above and beyond. They helped me tow my car from one mechanic shop to OTA. Phil picked me up and drove me to OTA. They were so kind, helpful, and honest. I can't thank them enough for helping me. They are honest mechanics I am so happy I got my car towed to them instead. They were able to fix my car after the other place messed up my car. OTA are my besties for life now. Thank you to OTA shop you guys are the BEST!

I finally broke down and had the old Isuzu rodeo fixed. I need a quite a few things to be taken care of from shocks to bearings. OTA has been very helpful in the prior times I ve dealt with them. They re honest, which is extremely important to me and reasonable. I continue to use them for service on this vehicle by other vehicles or new and other dealership warranties so But when the time comes for them, we ll go there too.

I had a wonderful experience taking my car for an oil change at OTA. The office is clean enviting. I was greeted by Phil the manager who explained exactly what was going to be done to my car. Every mechanic that came into the office was friendly and professional. They checked my whole car out and made it ready for the rest of the winter. I highly recommend them as a five star place to go with your car for service.

My family and I have been customers for years of OTA and we have always had excellent experiences. They are great with giving a quote and work hard to complete the repair as quickly as possible. I appreciate the family atmosphere that they have and all the ways they have gone out of the way to help when needed. Even with a follow up call to make sure all was ok. Definitely my top spot for car care.

They took great care of my car and found the problem very quickly and kept me updated. Matt did an amazing job. I honestly don t trust people touching my cars but they really took care of my car as if it was theirs.

Joesph is a great mechanic. He is not only honest, but trustworthy . He takes pride in his work , takes time to explain what needs to be done. Grateful for his dedication to customers, his integrity is in his work and his professionalism. He s made me a loyal customer at OTA.Class act !!!!Susan B.

Very friendly. Very focused on customer service and satisfaction. I always perform my own auto repairs and never bring my autos to a mechanic, but this time I needed help. I'm glad I brought it to OTA. They're now my go to, when I need to.

This is a first post for me. I actually never post opinions but my experience was amazing. I just moved to Jersey and I had to have an inspection and plate changed. The bolt was rotted. I had friends trying to get it out and there was no way they were able. OTA CAR CARE was very busy but we're very courteous and helps me with no problem. They offered me coffee. Mike, the owner came out and chatted with me and told me not to worry they would take care of it and they did. I know where I'll be going for all my car needs.l suggest for you to try them. I'm sure you'll feel the same way I do after your visit.

I had to have a turn signal bulb replaced before traveling back home. I was greeted with quick, friendly service, even though I am not a regular customer and had no appointment. I definitely recommend OTA.

Really glad I found OTA .. Did a great job on my truck It was really convenient dropping my truck off and having a loaner available so my day wasn t interrupted!!! Thanks Guys for making it so easy to have the job done and done well with no issues . I ll be back for sure

I will highly recommend OTA. They are honest, provide excellent work and customer service and the people are great. Joe and Alan are always helpful and make time to diagnose the issue, find a resolution and follow up in a timely manner.

Usually use dealership. OTA was faster, easy to deal with, and super nice. Highly recommend as they are my new mechanic shop now.

2nd time there.. Great people...Great service... unable to leave my car...they offered a loaner..Positraction warning light..in 20 minutes Jeff examined, diagnosed, and fixed my daughter's sonata and my granddaughter even got a bottle of water...she was happy, too!When your car's in need, please rememberOTA.Route 9 LACEY Township

Recently moved to the area & was looking for a new mechanic. Had some issues with our Ford Explorer & took it to the dealer for diagnosis. Usually would not go to dealer but had a recall. Dealer said I needed an Alternator & cost was $1,800. Said no thank you. Asked on a local Facebook group for reliable mechanics. Wasn t looking for the cheapest, just a good honest one. Called 4 local shops that were recommended to get price on Alternator. Old Time Auto was the ONLY shop out of the 4 to question if in fact it was the Alternator even before I brought it in. They also said they needed to remove a belt if it was the Alternator so it made sense to change it. They were also the only one to say this. Even with the belt they had the best price for a new Alternator, one of the other shops was using a refurbished. Their price was $100-$300 better than the other shops. After the part came in we dropped off the vehicle. Got a call that they were fairly certain it was not the Alternator & since the cost was over $900 didn t want to just do it. They wanted my permission to keep the vehicle longer to try and find the real problem. A few hours later I received a call that it was in fact not the Alternator but another less expensive issue. If I had it repaired at the dealer I would have been out $1,800. If I used one of the other local shops I would have been out over $1,000 and still had the issue. Thank you OTA for your honesty, hard work & great service! You definitely have a new customer & I will recommend your shop to others. Also, every person I spoke with one the phone was professional & took the time to explain everything to me. 5 star serine for sure!

The gentleman at the desk and the maestro under the hood, were constant professionals. They were able to fix my truck best way possible for the least about of money. My repair came in UNDER the estimate.

The staff here is great. They re friendly, fair and they do great work. I had a lot of work done on both of my cars recently and they ve earned a level of trust with me that I don t even question what they tell me needs to be done. I don t usually write reviews but you have to give credit where credit is due. I wouldn t hesitate for a second recommending OTA to friends and family. This is the only place our family takes our vehicles to. They are always looking out for their customers instead of the up selling extra buck like all the rest. Never been overcharged for tests or scans not needed. I had a wonderful experience at OTA. Joe was very kind and friendly. They had my car done way before I expected and they didn't try to upsell me like most places. Their prices are extremely fair and I was very happy with the service. I think I have finally found a place I can trust . OTA is the best hands down. I've been going there for about 10 years with many different cars and the problem is always fixed the first time. They never try and upsell unnecessary things. As long as I live in New Jersey they will be my go to mechanic!
