We were very pleased with Mavis in Lacey. I was able to order the tires online and set up an appointment to have them put on. Drop off was simple and quick. Got a call a short time later that the car was ready to pick up. Angel was very helpful with the closing out of the appointment. I was offered a warranty on tires and felt no pressure what so ever from Angel to purchase it. He was quite informative about it without being pushy. Positive experience all around.

I was going to the Mavis in Bayville & they screwed me over multiple times. They didn t perform the services I requested forgetting some or not performing any while they had my car the entire day, sometimes 2 days because of workers not showing up. My car is under a fleet account, so I have certain service facilities I have to use & it s a little challenging navigating in their systems. I decided to try the one in Lanoka Harbor since it had great reviews already. I didn t make an appointment, so they said it was a bit of a wait, maybe 35-45 minutes which isn t long in my opinion. Well they were on point with ETA, performed all the services I requested & even topped off my fluids without me asking. 1st time here & it was awesome experience. Will be back again for sure!

The guys here helped me out big time with a busted and leaking rim. Great staff, short notice work was no issue. Super efficient and friendly. Definitely the best Mavis I've been to.

Marc with a 'C' for the WIN! The place was busy and Marc was juggling things. All I needed was a tire mounted on a rim. He was calm and gave me the information I needed. He made me feel valued. I made it back to the shop with only 20 minutes before they closed. I figured I would drop it off and pick it up the next day. The guys decided to do a quick mount and they had me done in 15 minutes. The crew is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

Walked in as they were closing with my tire going flat. Staff stayed late and fixed the tire so I could get home safe without getting a flat. Thank you all for your kindness and consideration.

I bought four steel wheels and brand new tires for my Taurus and decided to have Mavis handle the entire installation and application to save myself the headache. One of the steel wheels I had come in was defective and wouldn't balance no matter how many attempts these guys threw at it, but they sure as hell tried their best. I managed to have that wheel replaced free of charge from the company I bought it from, and the staff here said that they would be able to have it set up completely free once it comes in.They also managed a speedy alignment job on my Taurus, and it is significantly better than what I used to drive with. All their services come at very reasonable prices as well. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Lanoka Harbor area looking for any tire-related services.

I have been a customer for Lacey mavis for several years now. They always do a wonderful job. Checking everything and making sure my car is return quickly , clean and in top shape. Angel at the front desk is so kind and easy to talk with. He triple checks your vehicle. He breaks everything down so you understand and have no surprises when it comes to prices. Really a great communicator and great with customers. I will continue to do all my services with Lacey mavis location and always speak with Angel!

Great customer service, understanding of situation, Angel also went above and beyond to make sure my son had a drink he wanted while we were waiting for the repair. Very thorough and very helpful at the end of the day. Took very good care of my car and whatever questions/needs I had. Will recommend to all my friends and family in the future. Thank you again!

Noticed my tire pressure dropping rapidly over the last few days. Came to Mavis as an emergency. They took me right in, fixed my tire and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Amazing customer service! Will be back again when needed. Thanks so much!!

I had an oil change and tire alignment done while I waited with my 8yr old. The service was quick and efficient. They also let me know of some work I need done and had an out the door price ready for me when I checked out. I m a very happy customer today.

Went in for two tires that was fine. When they did there point checking of the car they left the hood ajar and when I lifted the hood they left the battery cover sitting on the strut tower which would have been lost if it were not discovered. Need more careful people trained to attention to detail. I think next time just replace the tires don't touch anything else no reason to be under the hood in the first place.

I had a major issue with the work Firestone did. Angel the manager was super helpful getting it situated and Don recognized and fixed all the issues caused by Firestone not correctly balancing my tires. Highly recommend these guys. This place knows what they are doing!

Took my SUV to Mavis, after being told I needed rear brakes and rotors from dealership costing$700! Mavis inspected the vehicle; and said only rear pads had to be replaced costing $159. Thanks for being honest

They do everything they can to lie to you and have you think you need work done that's not needed. Beyond that though, I brought my car in for tire rotation today. Car's been like new, tires are in like-new condition, yet when I went to pull away, after the rotation, now all the sudden there's a wobbly type of sound coming from the car. I brought it right back to have them fix whatever they messed up, but I'm still waiting for that to be done. Who knows if it even will.

I had an appointment to fix a slow leak, since I purchased the tires from them and purchased road hazard protection. I received a call from Marc telling me I had nails in 3 of my tires, 2 of the tires were unrepairable and 1 was repairable. I told him to just repair the original issue. When I got home I didn't find any nails in my tires, I also received an email asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment (Not sure why). I will never go back nor recommend Mavis to anyone.

Just had my tires replaced , I always go to mavis in lanoka harbor, nj always honest and great service, and I m always satisfied with the quality and service they provide! They also have done my brake jobs and the same great service!

Came in to get tire leaks fixed, even though it was close to closing time they took the time to fix them up for me which is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend coming here for business. Lenny Mark and James took care of me and really made my day. 10/10 recommended

The tire stem let loose on my truck. Took it, Mavis, where I purchased the tires. Everyone was extremely helpful, got the tire fixed in next to no time, and sent me on my way. Great crew in Forked River.Thank You Again.Valve went bad on the Challenger fixed in no time.
