Lacey Collision did a great job on my scratched/keyed doors. They look brand new! Their staff is very friendly and their waiting room provides some extra touches. When I picked up my car I was also greeted with a fresh wash from the inside out and I left with a bouquet of flowers I highly recommend Lacey Collision!

Great people here; my girlfriend's car had both tail lights go out and we figured it was just a simple $2 fuse that would take a few minutes to replace but other places said they wouldn't look at it for less than $125-250+... Took it to Lacey Collision since their hourly rate is way more reasonable and they seemed nice. Got a call 30 minutes after dropping it off saying it was good to go. When I went to pick it up and asked how much it would be, they just said don't worry about it, happy Thanksgiving! Good people are a rare breed these days, thank you guys for doing a favor for a stranger. I'll continue recommending to anyone who will listen

You dont know if your shop is good until you have an issue and find out how they handle it.We had an issue with the piant work on one area of our truck. We called and told them the issue. They took the truck back and re did the paint .No arguments. Great service up until this point. I promise I'll update this post if things change, but if you want an honest shop and NEED a shop...Shop here.

Took our Pathfinder in from some rear end damage. Vehicle was kept for a few days and the truck looked brand new when we picked it up. Everyone was friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things! They helped me finally end the nightmare that was trying to get my car fixed after getting sideswiped by a tractor trailer. They made things super easy and were very accommodating! The flowers at pick up were also a great touch. My cute little car looks like new again and I couldn't be more grateful! I had two Yamaha outboard engines covers reconditioned. The tops of both were smashed and needed the fiberglass repaired. Both the fiberglass and paint work were completely flawless. I've had numerous compliments on the work done. You literally can't tell anything was ever damaged. Considering how well the work was done the price was excellent as well.

I will give Lacey collision 5 stars. Customer service is great and work great done as well. My 2022 Hyundai that was smashed was fixed to perfectly like I bought it brand new. Can only say nothing but positve things. They took care of my truck and i cant even tell it was in a acident everyone over there was super friendly they told me one week for the repairs and it was done in one week as said. They fixed my truck after it was side swiped. Did such a great job you can't even tell it ever happened. Truck came back like new. Very friendly and prompt to get back to you with answers and honesty. I highly recommend Lacey Collision for honest and speedy service. I came unannounced and was treated like family. The gentlemen in the office came out to assess an issue I was having with my car and called out for some tools and addressed it IMMEDIATELY! Who does this type of service anymore? I was completely shocked! I have used them in the past for other autobody work and they took care of the insurance paperwork and communications. They even communicated with the rental car service. I could not be more pleased with their service!

These guys know what they're doing . I'm In my 40s and this place has been there since my teenage years. My wife brought car to them last year, and did excellent work. They have their system and it work's .

Made the absolute BEST out of a crummy situation. The guy who hit me had the most cut-rate insurance company EVER and it took 2 months for me to get an estimate for repair. Called Lacey Collision and they took care of everything in TWO DAYS!!!!!! Dropped it off on a Thursday afternoon and picked it up on Saturday morning and my car looked better than ever. The staff was great and they even gave me flowers upon pick up. How awesome is that??!!! We have used another body shop but if the need ever arises again without a doubt we will be coming back to Lacey Collision. First rate customer service and quality repair work.

Excellent service! My son's kia was involved in an accident and the right front was pretty damaged. I got the car back and it looked better then before. Fast, dependable and affordable service. Customer service is great. I recommend anyone that needs an auto body repaired to go to lacey collision.

They were awesome!! Took them 1 day what it took caliber collision 2 weeks to do! Everyone was polite. Well lady in the front was a little feisty one time I called and asked for an odometer reading for insurance purposes but Idc she was just being real didn't hurt my heart.

Back in February, my daughter's car was hit in a parking lot and of course, the person took off. She had just gotten the car 12 hours before to replace the car she totaled in an accident. My husband and I were looking for an auto body shop that was open on a Saturday to get an estimate. Lacey Collision was the only one in the area that was. Lucky for us! They gave us an estimate (a few thousand dollars) that we opted to pay out of pocket since she just had an accident and we didn't want our rates to skyrocket with the insurance company. They had her car for a little over a week, in which time she was using my car. During that time, a deer ran into the back side panel of my car while she was driving. Thankfully that makes 3 accidents so she should be good! There was really little damage other than the clips that held the bumper on. So I decided to ignore it until my daughter used my car to move. She told me that the bumper was pretty much flapping in the wind. I took it to Lacey Collision to get an estimate with a knot in my stomach. How much more could we afford to put out for this initial accident? They looked at my car, asked if I had a few minutes and gave me my car back all fixed! When I asked how much I owed, I was told nothing! I will certainly be back if (hopefully not too soon) we are in need of another body shop!

I can not say enough about Lacey Collision! I got into my first accident and didn't know what to do or expect.Matt and the staff walked me through it all, took their time with me, made sure i understood everything and basically held my hand through out the entire process.I was so happy with how everything worked out. My car came back like the day before the accident.I left with Flowers and all sorts of little goodies.
