I almost never do reviews on Google but the lady with the eyebrow piercing that works here was so kind and helpful with replacing my windshield wipers, such a pleasant experience! I didn t get her name but she was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to be around! 10/10 experience!

Kurt was fantastic, he helped me find which taillights I needed for my Kia and when I asked if he could help me put them in, he was so kind and did both for me! He even put a protectant to keep water from burning out the new ones. Very nice guy I will be definitely going to this location from now on!

I just want to say Autozone in LaNoka Harbor is a top notch store! The service guy who helped me was Dennis Ferraro he was totally professional and went above and beyond the call of duty! He made sure the job was perfectly done! I was so happy and satisfied with the job! I will definitely go back for any future needs! Thanks Dennis!

AutoZone in Lacey, NJ is great! Bob was very professional and helpful on the phone and in person when I needed a battery for my car. He answered my questions about the life of auto battery and replaced my old one with a new one. Thank You Bob!!!

Sales people are friendly and helpful. Ive had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. Know exactly what you need before you go in. I do my own repairs. Don't be fooled by the name.

The dudes here no little to nothing, it's incredible how far off they are at times. Some of these guys have never popped a hood I swear. Once in a blue you get someone who knows what they are talking about. Advanced Auto is so much better.

Your staff is wonderful! Dennis went way above and beyond to help me. Needed advice about a battery they all seemed more than happy to help. ( I was not the only person being helped )The price was a little high, but the employees don't set the price. Advanced Auto was unwilling to help me.

Went in today & Devin and Dennis were wonderful. Devin took the time to answer all of my dumb questions & helped me to pick out the best battery for my car. He also beat his local Competitors prices for me. Dennis installed it for me and was very personable! Thanks guys, you rock!

Came in a for a few things and some questions and was helped by Dennis this guy went above and beyond to assist me he took his time to explain the issues I was having and what the required items were to purchase to fix problems he also showed me step by step how to do repair it was amazing to see someone so dedicated to their job and to providing outstanding customer service you do not see that type of dedication in today s work force I don t leave reviews but this experience definitely warranted that I leave one I will be an autozone customer for life because of this experience I think this man should be recognized for all he did for us today

Great place and amazing service! Behind the counter Ben helped me find the correct size rotor and pads for my ranger, he recommended everything I would need for the job so I would not have to make additional trips back to the store, 5/5 Stars and amazing customer service!

AutoZone and Lacey there's a guy named Jeff and other Associates in the commercial accounts and maybe AutoZone should take a look at this guy u walked in there and he's got a smile on his face he knows his customers he knows what you need you tell him what you want and you get exactly what you want and they give you discounts there's always something on sale friendly smile great service Jeff you're a great guy

They came out and tested our battery. Carried the old battery in and the new battery in. Dennis was great in helping me get the right battery.

I would love for autozone to recognize Guy from the Forked River, NJ store. I had a terrible week and without knowing, Guy made it 100x better. He took the time to be hands on and help me change my windshield wipers. He displays fantastic customer service as well as cares for those in need of help, even when he does not realize the difference he makes in a persons day. I hope everyone has the pleasure of meeting and conversing with him, he is amazing. Please give this man a raise!

Top notch service. Great product knowledge. Open until on a SUNDAY! I've always received good service at auto zone. I used go to advance, but they close earlier and they aren't real friendly.

I don't visit the store often but every time I have a different person has assisted me and they have always been 100% polite, professional and courteous. Today I needed some cleaning supplies and a check engine light code read on my vehicle. The associate walked me through the aisles and helped me find what I needed and promptly read the code of my vehicle, printed it out and patiently explained everything to me in a way I could understand.

So disappointed I could cry. My truck broke down and needed a serp belt after work in order to work tomorrow. So I called at 910 p and they had the part, my very kind, good hearted friends drove down from Toms River, I told the man on the phone that they were definitely coming and they will be there before 10:00, it was so impreritive we had this part. Arriving at 948 They were told that they do NOT except cash and If they wanted the part they would have to use a card, which they did not have on them, because their register was closed out and counted for the day. I am sorry but this was a huge disservice to loyal customers and probably will never go there again. I understand that we want to home at the end of the day, but this one time they could have helped. I mean if you are coming out after 9p for a auto part there obviously is a pretty important reason the car getting the part needs to be fixed. Very disappointed in your staff of grown men.

I ordered a part 2 days ago from them that was supposed to be there the next day I called this morning they said the part was in got a ride all the way out there because my car needs that part to move and they didn't have it.

Purchase brakes lights on 11-1-2018, there were two reps. working , they took turns helping to replace my brake lights. excellent customers. such value employees, already told family and friend about my experience. so happy I will be back.

Had a great experience at the AutoZone of Lanoka Harbor. Technician Bob replaced my battery not realizing it was dead off the shelf he quickly replaced it with another one and provided me with a discount for the extra time it took. He was very knowledgeable explaining everything to me great great experience!
