Customer service was great ! Not happy about the 3 hours wait but I needed help and they were there at a reasonable cost for a new tire

Great price, great product, and excellent service. Tires are actually balanced. Don't trust Firestone!!!

Walmart has gone downhill. You get there at 7am the back doors aren't even open to receive customers, though they open at 7. The doors may not open until 730-745am. Once you get to the counter, they then inform you that they can't service you till 9am, due to no staff. I went 2days in a row and same thing. I did book an appointment for 8am for tires and thank God I got in around 815 and I left at a decent time. Far from the old Walmart.

This is actually Walmart tire center. The guy putting on my tires was the slowest tire guy I ever saw. They told me it would be around 30 to 40 minutes. It took 4 hrs. Just to put on the tires after I had waited already 1 1/2 hrs. Only good thing was the price. Dont go unless you have all day to wait

I had my oil changed. I have been going to Walmart for years n never had a problem. All the techs r very friendly there. Actually pretty fast n efficient.
