I cannot thank Tommy and his crew for their help this morning. As a young adult with little knowledge on cars and all of the responsibilities I possess with having one, Tommy took the time to make sure I was understanding what I needed for insurance renewal and how to proceed forward. I not only felt comfortable, but I felt like I could fully trust Tommy and his shop to take the best care of me and my car. Tommy is a caring individual and if you have to debate on where to take your vehicle, look no further and go here. Thanks, Tommy!

Called up Tommy in the morning in a panic because I didn t know my insurance would drop without an inspection and he was accommodating and let me come in asap! Relieved so much stress for me and to top it off he was so friendly and kind. He explained the whole process and made it an easy morning for me! This was only for an inspection but if I need any auto repairs I will for sure be going to Tommy from now on :)

Employee provided great service, explained the paperwork process, and even made sure that the work being done was understood. One of, if not the best inspection places I ve been to. It was quick, easy, and efficient. Very happy with my experience and would recommend it to anyone who lives nearby. He even Included a free headband from his niece s business.

Tommy & Joe were a pleasure to deal with! They took care of the scratches on my car & plastic bumper cover with a quick turnaround. They realigned all the body panels in the front end & it s like my car is brand new! High quality work, beautiful blended paint job, top notch service! So my insurance decided that after two years I needed to get my car inspected by a local carco dealer, I was notified on a Friday night that the coverages had been canceled... Needless to say I was very unhappy but Saturday morning I woke up and called Tommy's Auto Body and he said you can come right now. He completed the inspection with a smile on his face and truly was awesome and we ended up knowing a few of the same people. For any of my other car needs I will for sure be going to him in the future. High Recommend!

Very helpful and accommodating- a pleasure to deal with! Tommy is a great guy. Best choice in the area for a Carco inspection.Edit: I recently used Tommy s services for some auto body and paint work and the experience was very much worthy of 5 stars! He was prompt, affordable, and always a straight shooter. Couldn t recommend more for any work you need done.

A Tom O Donnell when questioned about an my car inspection report was extremely rude and threatened to charge me 50.00 cash to have him fix a mistake on a form he clearly made His mistake cost me a delay in my car insurance. .. his mistake could have been clearly rectified in a professional manner . I have one suggestion to Tom O Donnell ..If you re going to be that miserable of a human being then you should not be working with customers . You should checked yourself before opening your mouth . I wish you inner peace .

I had a great experience. I needed to have the car inspected since I had switched insurance companies. They took me when I had nowhere else that could do it on time. They were efficient thorough and very friendly! I recommend.

We went in for a photoID required by our auto insurance. We were seen right away. The process was fast and easy. The owner made the whole experience pleasant. Great customer service! Thank you for our "don't be a meanyface" bracelets!

I cannot praise Tommy and his outstanding team enough! I found myself in an impossible repair situation. .Repair/replace estimates from the dealer were .too costly to make sense for my 1999 Mercedes SUV that I planned on selling... . and then I went to Tommy's! He appreciated my dilemma...can't sell a damaged vehicle but the previous estimate was more than the retail value. I soon learned the solution required.... creativity and research...These are.standard "tools" for this team!!!!! Mercedes technicians need to learn how to think out of the box! Maybe they should "intern" at Tommy's Auto Body as part of their trainingMy vehicle looks brand new...I am a most happy owner....hmmmmm maybe I won't sell.????????

Tommy is a true gentleman. I had CARCO pictures taken. He called me the day after I left a note to let me know what time slot was available. I look forward to having him fix my dented rear bumpet!
