I ve been going to Snono for over 20 years. It s a family owned business and they always take me right away. They are great with my whole family s cars and always make sure everything is done right at a great price.

I ve been going to Mike at Snono for years. We moved and I still drive the extra distance to get my regular maintenance. Mike always makes time when I need to squeeze in an oil change, he s affordable, reliable, and trustworthy. He never tries to upsell or fix problems that can wait, he s always straightforward and helpful. Even the gas attendants are friendly. Mike is 100% a great guy. As a business owner myself who runs my business with integrity and for the best interest of the customer, mike is definitely on the same level. I blew an oil coolant line on my work truck. I happened to end up there when it happened. He was able to accommodate me so I could get back on the road same day. Despite being busy preparing for a big snow storm he was able to help me get my van fixed. Definitely recommend mike at snono for any service. The service is excellent and i have full confidence that my vehicle is in good hands. I appreciate the time Mike takes to explain what is needed on the truck. The best is he takes pictures of what is needed and shows me n explains everything in simple terms. These guys had my car for 2 weeks to only tell me they couldn't work my car since it was a hybrid. Couple weeks later during an oil change, I find out they never put any of the plastic panels back on. Now I don't have any protection underneath until I can get new ones.

My entire family exclusively uses Snono for All of our vehicle repairs . Mike is honest and trustworthy ( very refreshing in this industry) and we always know that he will give us the best pricing possible and yield quick turnaround times . What more could we ask for! These guys are great. Very fair prices and they do a great job. I highly recommend them.Quick follow up on this review: the other day I got a flat tire and Mike the owner came to help me within 10 minutes of my call (730am). He filled the tire with air and I drove to the shop where they patched it and I was on the road again by 805am. He wouldn t accept a tip either! Mike and the whole staff are wonderful, they care about their customers and have always gone above and beyond for us (the whole family uses them). Again, I highly recommend them.

One of the most honest people and gas station in the area, if not the state. I start using this repair shop few years ago for all my cars. Mike is very honest and down to earth person. He will tell you exactly what s wrong with your car, if it needs repair, and how much will it cost. He even take pictures of the parts to be repaired/replaced and discuss it with you before start working on it. Always the right price and on time. I would recommend this gas station and repair shop to all

Terrible mechanic. Mike in particular. Brought 09 civic to get cv axles replaced, he replaced one, while putting the other one in he damaged the axle seal and then covered it with silicone instead of fixing it. The WORST, and charges me a stupid amount. Then tells me it would be too expensive to fix AC. Instead of offering to replace compressor (which was broken) he simple refills the freon and charges 150. Total unprofessional trying to steal money. Mike, I'll gladly post receipt and pictures of your work if you want.

Absolutely the best! They've been taking care of all our cars for over a decade - and on several occasions have fixed what we thought would be a major issue for just a few dollars. They stand behind their work, get even the biggest job done fast - and the owners (Mike & Johnny) are all around great guys.

Run by two brothers, Mike and John, this is a small family business that is very friendly and competitively priced! Best of all, they have proven to be very trust worthy, a trait missing in many automotive shops. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service at great prices!

Took car in for repairs.Paid $1300 guy said just needs tiresQuote for tires $600Took it in. Guy calls says he "ran ionto a problem" going to be $800Took the car back the next day because it was shaking. Thought maybe tires were not tightened properly.Now he has a list of repairs $2,500Nothing to do with the engine though. Just brakes rotors.....1-2 days later car overheats, engine is shot.These people need to be out of business. I really believe they have lied and broke parts just to get more money out of us.Looking into legal service to help recover the cost we have paid to them.We are a family trying to get back on our feet. We do not have thousands to begin with.

Friendly neighborhood gas station. Employees are always courteous & helpful. This is refreshing in today's busy world. It's nice to receive good customer service for a change! It's on a tight corner intersection, but once you figure out the entrance & exit it's easy.

The man at the gas pump cheerfully filled my 3 - 10- gallon gas jugs and lifted them into the car for me. This was after that horrible blizzard that left lots of us without power. He was a great help on a stressful day.
