Liar's. He "Tell's my mother he took a picture of the dash with check engine light on from when she dropped it off!" That light was never on! Because I dropped It Off with her.. Not in it's entire history was it ever on! That is a Straight lie!! My mother just got her car back with the Check engine light on. And the guy was nasty to her she was never in an accident before so doesn't know how things work.. She is the most honest person I know. Someone times too Honest for her own good! She paid them the $500, deductible too?? We all know the deal with that....Anyway I had my own issues so this is the first time I didn't get involved with her car.. So they did fix the dent and the paint, But They cleaned up One wheel and then left the rest filthy. Would not recommend this place. One clean wheel where's the pride? It's a 1 owner older car and needed balls joints before the accident. But the only lights that would ever come on the dash were the tire pressure lights from time to time that is it. I just took my scan tool and cleared it and I am going to wait and see if it comes back. I was going to do a 3 because the paint work is ok. But he had to be nasty. I'll leave it like this, Don't send your mother there by herself!!Oh an I am not going to reach out, Unless you are going to give her $500 Deductible back? Which Normally gets baked into the over all price, what I meant by we all know the deal with that...

I cannot recommend this caliber collision enough! Everyone was very nice and professional from start to finish and my cars repairs were completed a lot faster than I expected. Shawn and the Crew at Caliber did their thing, and made my baby look like new again. I can't thank them enough. They had me back up and running in under a week. I would highly recommend Caliber to any of my friends whenever they need body repairs.

I would never take my car anywhere else other than to the Mays Landing Caliber Collision. Their work was impeccable and they provided constant feedback so I knew what was going on with my vehicle ever step of the way. The technician that worked on my car has flawless work as well as the paint matched perfectly. I will always recommend Caliber Collision, especially the Mays Landing branch.

Due to an unfortunate accident I had to enlist the aid of Caliber Collision for the repair of my 2012 Toyota Sequoia. From the beginning of my experience through the delivery of my repaired vehicle I had excellent service. I had the fortune to deal with Rashawn who not only knowledgeable but extremely professional and polite. He helped guide me through the repair process and explained every detail of what would be done. When I asked about additional concerns he took the time to listen to my thoughts and alleviate my worry. The shop was quick at responding to any inquiries I made and assured me everything would be fine. My vehicle was completed quickly and efficiently. Even the attention that was given to me on the day I picked up the vehicle was exceptional. Rashawn went over all of the repairs and listened to any additional concerns I had with a smile and pleasant attitude. Overall I would give Caliber and their employees a 29 out of 10 for their great work ethic and excellent service. I hope I don t need their services again in the near future but I am confident they will deliver quality service in a timely, friendly and exceptional manner!!

These guys were great! Vehicle came back looking brand new. Cleaned both inside and out (I still had sand in my trunk from summer so I couldn t be more happy they vacuumed that lol) vehicle was ready and complete about 4 days in advance if original promised date. Highly recommend these guys! Great service and they keep you updated the whole time!

The process for getting my Kia Optima repaired here was as easy as it can get. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to any inquiries concerning my vehicle. They took the time to go over every detail of the process. I was given an estimate on the repairs needed in a timely fashion. I was also given updates on the process as the car was being repaired. I HIGHLY recommend them. You won't be disappointed!

I had two estimates on my damaged bumper and Caliber was the most reasonable. The other company inflated the amount of damage and repairs since it was covered by insurance. After researching on line the replacement costs for the visible damage, I chose Caliber because I felt they were honest with pricing and what really needed to be done.They did an excellent job and did it in less time than anticipated. I couldn t be happier! Will definitely use them again if I need any future body work done on my vehicles.

The Caliber Collision in Mayslanding preformed the repairs on my BMW faster than estimated and the work preformed was of some of the highest craftsmanship I ve seen come out of a collision center. Highly recommend, incredibly professional front office staff and outstanding quality of work.

Just picked up my daughters car and WOW!!! Just WOW!!The process/communication from beginning to during to the end was exceptional. Her SUV looks brand new. Within less than a years time I've had the misfortune of of needing a collision center twice, and the fortune of choosing this one to make my car new again both times. My first experience with them was great, and my second blew me away. They take the time to explain everything and answer any and all questions that you have. I've never felt rushed, never felt judged for my particularness about my truck, and was always led to feel that how much I cared about my truck is how much they cared about my truck. They seem to welcome any level of involvement in the repair process. I won't go into boring details but I feel strongly that they do things correctly and by the book, without cutting corners, and are truly looking out for the costumers interests.Patti (receptionist) is always on the ball managing every part of the process and Tim was there to give me all the information I needed and be sure that I was satisfied with the results.Not having your car is stressful. Accidents are stressful. Mays Landing Caliber Collision quickly turns a life disruption into an effortless solution.

Shotty work, horrible communication, even worse Customer Service. Had my car for months- Didn t finish the job - they even needed me to find parts for them while I was laying at home with two fractured discs in my neck. The process was seem less from the moment my car was evaluated for the extent of damage , the communication with my insurance carrier , the updates on the progress of the repair and the completion .. Couldn t be more satisfied following the trauma of an auto accident .

From day one of this process team member Alex eased my concerns regarding my initial inspection, with prompt communications. Upon arrival I found a clean bright welcoming customer showroom. Dave quickly inspected my vehicle,the process was painless and informative. Caliber Collision in Mays Landing did a great job on my 2021 Chevy Traverse. They had to do some body work and paint work on the back of the vehicle. It looks brand new, like the day I bought it.
