I recently purchased a VW Passat after a long search dealing with multiple dealers. My experience at MS Auto with Mahmoud was excellent. Mahmoud was very responsive and efficient following up on details involved in the decision making. I appreciated his honesty and diligence throughout the process. The car has been very reliable. I highly recommend MS Auto for your car shopping and I would be happy to do business here again in the future.

I definitely recommend MS Auto Sales. My experience with them was excellent and so is the car we purchased. Recently purchased a 2010 Honda Accord from there, and I have got nothing but positive things to say about the experience. They were very cooperative and patient with the process. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle.

5 star is not enough. Level of customer service trumps any dealer I have ever deal with. Mahmoud worked with my self and my family giving us an amazing deal. Not only that but the quality of vehicles he has is far better than what I have seen in my area. Thank you for selling me this amazing car.

I have found the customer service at the car dealership to be excellent. As soon as I entered the store, the staff greeted me warmly and listened attentively to my likes, dislikes and needs. Answered all my questions and even gave me a test drive. They provided me detailed information about various car models. I also asked many unknown questions about the car. They answered all questions patiently. Throughout, they treated me with patience and respect. This made me feel valued as a customer. Their willingness to negotiate and find the best deal for my budget was truly admirable. Overall, excellent customer service made my car buying experience good and enjoyable. Anyway the car was checked by a mechanic and he claims the car is mint condition Thank you guys

Moe and other company members at MS AUTO SALES was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The 2006 Kia Sorento I purchased from them was in immaculate looking condition at 73,000 miles. It actually looked showroom new inside as well as outside. Instead of buying a new car with car payments for the next 5 years, I purchased and invested a few $$$ in this Kia. Now my Kia runs like new too but with no car payments!I've gotten so many compliments from strangers, family, friends, and yes...even my mechanics about how beautiful this car looks and runs!I'm grateful to Moe and the others at MS AUTO SALES.THANKS SOOO MUCH GUYS!!!Sincerely,Andrew

My experience with MS Auto Sales was awesome! The staff was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in.The vehicle was in great condition and a Car Fax was provided. The price of the vehicle was fair. With that being said my wife and I were able to purchase a safe reliable family vehicle and we are looking forward to making more family memories!

My experience at MS Auto sales:Like most people today, I was shopping for a vehicle online and like most people, from the area, I know it's a bad idea to shop for a car in that Lakewood/Brick area.I was looking for a Chevrolet Suburban in good condition and at a reasonable price.That's a BIG ask.The Vehicles at MS were low mileage, for their age, and in unbelievable condition.I test drove a Toyota Sequoia and a Chevrolet Suburban, both vehicles were in outstanding shape. I decided on the Suburban and prepared myself for the office flim flam....guess what?There was none. I was given a fair price for my cash offer right away. There were no hidden fees and I was given the option of registering the vehicle myself. Some dealerships charge as much as $500 to register your vehicle for you.All in all I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my own friends and family.My mechanic checked out the suburban I purchased and was impressed at it's condition. Some very minor issues were easily corrected, and it's like driving a new car.But I haven't told you the best part.This Dealership has an agenda.The owner and staff are actively trying to stand out, and be the one dealership in that area, that people can confidently go to.....Maybe even change the reputation of the area entirely.Everyone is in business to make money,But we should admire folks trying to make their money honestly.

They have you leave a good review before handing the keys over. Car started having trouble after a couple of weeks and ended up needing a new engine. This place knowingly sells lemons and won t take accountability. Avoid at all cost.

The dealer straight up lied to me about the issues of the car when I asked him and sold me a car with bunch of problems. The repair cost itself was ~$3,000, not to mention all the headache this "reliable" car caused me. I would stay away from this place, or at least get the car thoroughly checked by a mechanic before buying

i m a collage kid going to O.C.C in tom s river just like everyone I needed something reliable to go to work, but I also go to school so i was highly skeptical about used car lots especially in that area. Julian & Moe are super detailed guys and looking to standout in the community literally as i m writing I brought my car for maintenance and there mechanic is changing the rotors and brakes with no labor cost i mean cmon Ocean County these guys deserve credit

So I test drove a Toyota Highlander and they told me I could drive anywhere within 5mi radius of the shop , I had quickly made it a mission to sneak the car into my mechanic shop (that I known for years) he put the car on the lift turned back at me and said if u don t buy the car i will MS has made it there mission to put people in cars that actually will last and I will send every person I know looking for a car to them thank you for being honest Moe & Julian

I just want to say that I had the most honorable experience at MS Auto Sales from the customer service all the way to the direct care. Moe made buying my suv easy and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in place for a successful sale. We had some hiccups on my end but he reassured me that he would be walking with me every step of the way (2 hours away) and he did just that. I give this car dealership five stars and I have recommended MS Auto Sales to all my family and friends because they are definitely the real deal. Thank you so much for appreciating me as a customer but assisting me just as if I was family. May your business be blessed for being a blessing!!!

Most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. It's stressful buying a used car but the nissan we bought had clean carfax, low miles, had tons of new parts, and runs great. The car was also reasonably priced and there wasn't 20 extra fees hidden in there at the time of purchase. Thanks Moe.

We were referred here by another dealer and I'm so glad we stopped in. Mo was an excellent salesman, pointed us right to a car that fit our budget and needs, gave us space to discuss it but was ready to answer all of our questions. Shopping for a used car on a budget can be a frustrating experience, but Mo made it an easy process. I've been driving the vehicle to work all week and actually enjoying my commute! We will be return customers.
