Had a great experience. Mike (the owner) was very professional and trustworthy. Brought my car in to have aftermarket tailights installed and he went above and beyond for my accord. Will definitely be back, thanks.

Any time I need anything for my car I call the shop or the owner Mike himself. I purchased a used 2019 car n the skid plate was almost off due to high manhole cover. 7:30 pm he was there n thank God he n his mechanics took care of it for me. They happened to still be open. My battery died because its a stock original. Called n he was at my house in 15min jumped it and within 30 min I had a new battery installed. They go above and beyond to make people happy. Have great mechanical skills. Trust Unique Automotive b4 anyone else. I do & never disappointed. Prices will not be beat nor will service or hospitality. Love Unique Automotive. Great genuine men who work there. Thank you for your service guys.

Don t take your car here or trust these mechanic s I was told bring my car into the facility at 8:30 in the morning which was done I requested that they look at the water pump which was supposedly replaced by them in Feb which is leaking per my mechanic we brought it here with intentions that it would be under warranty. Now they close early Sat so they call me 730 pm at night saying my radiator cracked now that is not what my mechanic just told me and to also give me an estimate of how much it would cost ummm no I don t want you doing any work on my vehicle.

Best mechanic's with reasonable prices. I took a van there for what I thought was a transmission problem. They knew what they were doing and the mechanic was honest. I then brought another van there right from Midas (Midas was charging $200 just to look at it after i already paid $50 for an oil change and a new oil cap or something). Unique fixed the problem for about what Midas was charging to look at it. So then I took my little car there for an oil change because I finally found a great mechanic that i don't mind bringing my cars to. I took 3 cars there and all the work was done within 24 hours. Which was important because we then went on a couple road trips and so far no problems.

Michael totally saved me today, and was one of the nicest most thoughtful�mechanic that I have ever met!I must have called five other mechanics before he so kindly answered the phone...and said to "come on over" and the time he took in tracking down the easiest solve for my car issue just made my day.My parents and I are spreading the word about his incredible service to all of our friends in the area...and will now make you are first phone call for all of our car repairs.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Rob and his team were great to deal with. Very personable and easy to deal with. Repairs were completed very timely and at a fair and reasonable price. Rob kept me up to speed on the status of the repairs, and answered all of my questions. The boys at Unique Auto did a great job on my truck brakes at an even greater price. They took it in looked at the brakes and had it done before I was done with my lunch. Straight to the point no selling, Rob told me whatI needed done and how much it would cost. Definitely bringing all my family and work cars here from now on.

DO NOT take yr car here unless you want to get ripped off n over charged out the Ying yang. They are nasty, rude n extremely immature. They will rip u off n over charge you. Ull get 4 different prices n be told 8 different things cause no one can get there lies straight. They will throw car parts at you like I've seen done. N they will take yr car parts off n then try n charge you for new ones all without yr permission. So if you want to be ripped off and overcharged and have things thrown at you then this is the place to be but if you would like to be treated like a human and with respect and not have things thrown at you then don't go here this is the worst automotive shop but I've motive shop I have ever seen and heard of and I managed an automotive shop for 15 years this is by far the worst I have ever seen

Awesome place they fixed my blown out brake line with an upgraded copper line, it has a lifetime warranty now. I goofed and forgot to mention my car has aluminum lugnuts..The mechanic on site realize that they were aluminum and took care of them without wrecking them unlike a different garage did in the past.The gentleman Rob I spoke to is very straightforward with the pricing and the process of what was going to have to happen.

Rob the service Manager is super nice, and his brother Steve did an excellent job reaplcing the water pump, timing belt and replacing seals to fix the oil leak. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them in the future for anything else that might need fixing.

I usually have them take care of my car when its too cold for me to do it myself and they are great. I just brought it to them for drain and fill on trans fluid. They got the special fluid 2 days before my appt and due to snow coming they also fit me in a day early. Honest and done in timely manner

Rob & Steve are the nicest guys. Professional, Competitively Priced, Conviently Located & Trustworthy which is not an easy word for me to use for repair shops especially being a woman , However I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs. Thanks Again Guys

My husband and I finally found a shop we can trust! Very reliable, fair pricing and they do a great job on their work. They are very honest and dont take advantage like some places I have run into. Great people, very friendly!! I highly recommend this place to all!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND they charged me 600 to change my belt and a couple of days later it loosened causing a loud screeching sound that I drove around with for 6 months the loose belt caused my alternator to go bad and when I brought it to them they said my alternator was fine and I can drive it like that, a couple of minutes after driving the car died in the middle of the street and I had to pay out of pocket to get it towed, either they did it on purpose or they have absolutely no idea what they re doingServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Stopped in after work because my brakes were locking out. Talked with Rob, the service manager, who took it in right away for diagnosis. Ended up being a bad wheel barren. Within an hour they had a new put in an was on my way. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Steve and rob are good guys always helpful always fair with price on labor been doing business 5 years on more with unique update:: as of 5/22 place has new owner name is Mike and he is a down to earth very fair priced also unlike like the old owner he actually cares about his shop and it shows will continue to do business with them very hard to find a good honest shop but I can say I personally know them they are good fair mechanics!

I spoke to the manager I was very calm and nice to understand about the business they hung up on me told me not to call back it's not the call back and I didn't understand anything that was going on in that situation I will not recommend coming to the store I will not recommend using their business they're all about themselves and they will take the quick route as soon as possible I got the worst service ever

Had a great experience with Unique Auto when the digagnosed Mt Dodge Dakota over a year ago and that's why I am trusting them to fix my 1994 Oldsmobile acheva their frendly through and fair keep you well informed and will explain in detail the work being performed I'd give them 10 if it was part of the choices on here
