Called earlier in the week to drop the car off for sounds coming from the front tires. The mechanics were super quick and helpful.replaced brake pads and rotors. Price was affordable for quick service. Would def come back.Location is right off RT 15, large inside waiting room space.

So while traveling away from home my daughter caught a flat tire on route 15 , she googled tire repair and made it to this shop . Afterwards she called me to tell me how nice the shop keeper was to her and got her back on the road with a tire repair (No charge ) . Every dad out there should be happy and at ease knowing there are still people out there (strangers) that will always do the right thing for a kid in need of help ! Definitely recommend to use this company

Very honest group of mechanics here! Took my Subaru in to address a scary rattling sound. The guys quickly diagnosed it was a dislodged heat shield, fixed it and sent me on my way within an hour. Zero hassle or mention of uneeded services. Highly recommend!

My car was misfiring, I pulled into this business, they diagnosed my issue, order parts, fixed the issue and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. Professional guys, I wish them continued good luck in their business. Guys helped fix the fire. No fuss service, done fast. I came to order a new tire but the guys told me mine could be fixed. $30 and all done. A year later the tire still holds.

Integrity. Had a check engine light. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. I was told that they could do the repair but only dealer parts where available. They also knew that the repair would most likely be covered under my cars warranty. They suggested that I take my car to the dealership for repair, which is what I did.Mountain Tire could have taken me for several hundred dollars but they did not. My car got fixed and I ended up paying nothing. I've been taken my cars to Mt Tire for years and highly suggest that others would be well served if they do the same.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Been using Tom and Don for over 7 years and they always professional and honest . servicing over 200 vehicles with them yearly , plus personal cars. Redid my breaks and calibers on my truck. Everyone is friendly. I waited there for the service which was very quick also. 10/10 on their maroon couch. Lol

Honest mechanics that give a fair price. I have driven beater cars for most of my life and know very little about fixing them. I have brought multiple cars there and he will tell me if something is worth fixing and he always gives me an honest quote for the service and most of the time it is cheaper than the competition. They do good work too, was able to fix a problem for $200 that the dealer wanted almost a $1000 to fix. Highly recommend.

The first time I came to Mountain Tire (2019)was immediately after experiencing a flat. I was a bit anxious since I had my young child with me at the time but the service was fast, I felt well informed and was given options. Great experience. The most recent time (this week-tire blew out) wasn't as good, maybe new management? But wasn't given options and felt as though I just had to go with what I was told by the employee assisting me. I had let the employee helping me know I was on a tight schedule the following day which was when my new tire was due to arrive, and he told me he would call me when it came in. No call received so I finally called in the early afternoon and asked to bring it in. I did not wait very long so I did appreciate that. Based on the service I received this time (no options, mediocre customer service) and the many other repair shops out there, I would recommend weighing your options.

Quick service, called them in the afternoon to let them no I was going to drop my car off so they could order the parts. The next day my car was all fixed for a reasonable amount. I have used Mountain Tire for over 9 years and I have always been glad that I did. Craig, Don, and Tom are honest men who do quality work at a fair price.They stand behind their work; if they do not get something right the first time, they will fix it. In 9+ years, I only had to bring my car back once to have a repair revisited; they corrected the problem at no additional charge.I am always comfortable referring people to Mountain Tire; they always come away with good experiences. I highly recommend M.T. to anyone who is searching for skilled mechanics with honest business practices.

I've used Mountain Tire numerous times. Very fair on prices. Does great work in a timely manner. Has taken me in for tires at the last minute as long as he has them in stock.

These guys were great! First of all, they were one of the only places to give me a quote on installing a trailer hitch right off the bat, which tells me they know what they are doing unlike other shops that had to Google instructions before offering a price. And then yes, the trailer made it across country without any trouble, pulled by a little Impreza. I asked the mechanic how much weight I could pull, was offered an advice, followed it, and had zero issues. And they were kind to give me directions to nearest trails to hike while they worked on the car. No mechanical issues and nice people - too bad I moved out to CO, otherwise I'd come again.

Don, Tom and Craig have been taking care of our family's vehicles for years! Honest, reasonable and very accommodating. They have helped our (now adult) kids understand the importance of regular maintenance and what it should be, shouldn't be and what it should cost. Trust is the hardest thing about auto maintenance and these guys have ours.

Well my tire pressure light went on my 2017 Audi Q-5 and I saw the garage on my left, pulled in and was greeted by Craig, he said it was a big hole but they have a special type of patch / plug and nothing to WORRY ABOUT! Only charged 32.00!They had to take the tire off and glue it from the inside, this is a HONEST PLACE, take your car here for a fair and HONEST PRICE !Kyle actually did the work on my car, a good kid!Oh and a side note, Craig knows a thing or two about fishing so you can pick his brain or chat with him while waiting!I was back on the road in 30 minutes, Thanks !

I found mtn. Tire in 2016 after my husband passed who did all the work on my car. Of course I was skeptical about going to a shop for repair, but craig, don & Tom have been awesome and very honest with me about my car's needs. All the work on my car has been "spot-on" and I really trust in their care. The tires I bought are awesome especially the snow's which I bought for the 1st time. Thanks guys for all you do. I am never disappointed.

Coming From Nyc I was worried about finding a good mechanic in New Jersey but luckily I found trustworthy service at mountain tire and auto service. They are fast and efficient! Highly recommend

Mountain Tire has a wonderful team working here and always does quick, reliable work at a very reasonable rate. I have brought multiple cars to MT ovet the last few years and continue to do so whenever I'm in the area.

Love these guys. Go here for all my auto service. Full repair shop, not just tires and alignment. Will not go anywhere else. Tom, Don and Craig and crew will.take good care of you and your vehicles. Been going here for many years. NEVER disappointed.

I try really hard not to be negative. If I have somewhat of a bad experience at an establishment, fine... no reason to get on Google and feel like a snitch . I typically go on about my day without concern. In other words, it s difficult for one to get a rise out of me. Unfortunately, the older gentleman (probably the owner) had the worst attitude, was completely unprofessional, and lacked an essential skill known as, communication amongst his employees and customer(me). I did give two stars however I recognize that it must not be easy being a miserable owner of an auto shop during this pandemic.Simplified Version of what Happened:I had issues with my vehicle, I told owner issues with said vehicle, owner aggressively and unnecessarily grilled me with 20 questions about why my car was stalling, owner couldn t find the issue, I offered to PAY to keep my car there for two extra days in order to get it back to my place, I asked the younger gentleman the day before this happened and said it wound fine for me to leave my car there a few days(lack of communication), I scrambled to find a company to pick the car up, tow truck driver called Mt. Tire to schedule a pick up, owner picked up and said, there is no such car here and hung up like a child.Service: Transmission

customer service is very unprofessional.Very much uncommodating. DO NOT BRING your vehicle there. you will treated unwelcomingly. so many times I called I was rejected and ending the call abruptly without explanation. Horrible business!!I repeat . DO NOT GO THERE or waste your time calling..

I take my vehicles here for everything. Top notch mechanic work done promptly and very reasonably priced. Great location. Large visiting area with tv and magazines. Comfortable seating. Great group of guys.

Great shop. The only repair place I really trust. They do great work and very fair prices. Not like other shops who try to find add ons to run up the bill. I will buy all my tires here and get all my brake jobs done here. Very quick repairs!!!! Awesome service.

I called looking to have work done on my car. I asked if I could wait for it since I don t have any way back and he refused to accommodate me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Look elsewhere for service with a staff that is willing to accommodate their customers.

These folks are awesome. Rolled up with a screw in my tire and asked for a removal/patch. They said they'd get on it right away. I sat down and had a coffee.Turns out the screw didn't go through, and they removed it anyway!Didn't charge me a dime. Class acts these guys.
