Holy smokes. They know there stuff and a subwoofer install was 3 hours !!! Professionally done. (See photos) everyone was very kinda and they did an absolute amazing job. The my even routed my control knob under my steering wheel to adjust bass on the fly. I recommend doing research then bring them the entire kit for install. It was an amazing experience and I will never go anywhere else for car audio service. Don t hesitate.

These guys know their stuff, make great product recommendations with fair pricing, and stand by their products and their work. Due to reasons out of their control, my install of a sub, amp, and signal processor wasn't the easiest. I wish it were easier but I would've had problems anywhere and not only can't I imagine anyone else putting the amount of time in that they did to get it right but also doing so graciously and with a smile. Richard and Luis and the rest of the team are honest and thorough and my Grand Cherokee sounds siiiiiick. I'll be a friend and customer for life.

One star is a reach! I went in to get rims for my project car. The only reason I didn t just order online is that the owner told me he could have them in a few days, and he did. I picked up the rims and put them in my truck; when I got home, I inspected the rim, and two of them had dents in them. I called, and they replaced but had to wait another three days. Altogether, I waited a week, and I could have gotten these rims for way cheaper in the same amount of time online. My issue here is that they tried to pass off rims that clearly had dents in them to see if I would notice. I know this because one of the employees asked me if the owner had spoken to me about the dents. This is called being dishonest, and I will never do business here again! The cherry on top is that nobody even apologized other than the guy who was mounting and balancing the rims, maybe he should be running the store because he is the only one who seems to care about the customer. The owner seems like he doesn t care all the much about the customers.

Been wanting to leave this review for awhile and kept forgetting. These guys are the greatest , especially rich and Jeff did alot of work for me . Rich is extremely polite and very informative and will always try his best to work with you. If you need anything lifts radio rims and automotive goodies go see rich he will go above and beyond

What a great experience. Installed my Katzkin leather in my grand cherokee and installed a drone alarm/auto start system. Great work, the owner Richard was fantastic and the techs doing the install were great. Highly recommended!

These guys helped me patiently choose aftermarket rims for my Volvo wagon, as well as suggesting the correct offset and tire size to perfectly fill the fender wells for the exact look I wanted. I won't go anywhere else for aftermarket accessories. A+ all around

Can't say enough good things about Ultimate Sound and Security. Went above and beyond in dealing with my son's 2004 350Z. The system sounds fantastic, the price was unbeatable and their customer service was phenomenal. Solid good people. Thanks Rich and Team!

One of the most horrific experiences that I have encountered. I received a gift for a remote starter to their shop and they installed it incorrectly and kept blaming the dealer that the keys weren't programed correctly since I had lost one. After going to Ultimate twice in an effort to resolve the issue, the Ford dealer directed to me another shop who diagnosed the issue which turned out to be that the remote the starter was wired incorrectly by Ultimate. Within 30 minutes my issue at the new shop was resolved and everything worked as it should. While Ultimate was courteous, they should take full accountability for their work and not point fingers at others.

Mom and I have been customers since 2012. From Keyless Auto Heat, Mag Wheels, Key Fobs and now Radio reinstall, they do good work, always on time, no excuses or problems have we ever encountered. I make it a point to always tip the technician out of gratitude and appreciation for their honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Ultimate Sound & Security for your automotive needs.

I just got 2 pairs of new speakers and an auto start for my car. John was amazing at researching my vehicle and finding the best systems to work with. Quick communication, rescheduled me no problem due to the snow, and had the job done fast. He made sure I get a big boom for my buck and is a really nice guy. I really enjoy the people who work here and I'll get any work they do here and only here. My brother used them for a lot as well.I've also used them for a car interlocking system a few years ago and it was very reasonably priced. As embarrassing as that was, they didn't shame me or make me feel uncomfortable.

Good spot. Guys were curtious, and helpful. Seemed a little pricey but honestly that could me just being cheap and uneducated as to what I was getting. But they must be doing something right because they had plenty of work and incoming customers while I was there. They do everything from rims, electronics, tints, ignition interlock devices, and truck bed covers. With a pretty good selection of equipment. Worth stopping by and giving them a shot.

First time customer, I came in to get my windows tinted and a leveling kit installed on my truck. I bought my own leveling kit and just wanted them to install it. When one of the installers came in and informed me that there was a defect in the kit and it couldn't be used, needless to say I wasn't happy. The owner told me that he will order me one and to come in next week to get it put on. Not only did they not charge me for the labor a second time, he didn't even make me pay for the kit. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and how they handled the problem (which wasn't even really their problem). Highly recommend!!

I bought my GPS system from Ultimate about a year ago. They were really awesome they took the time to explain how everything worked even set my phone and contacts up for me. Since then I have been back 3 times for them to change stuff for me (nothing to do with them or the system) they not only did it for me on the spot they never charged me a dime. Oh, and when they put the system in you would never know it didn't come from the manufacturer. This system blows the manufacturer's system away. Thanks to Kane who is the technician there who always helps me he is so AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

After meeting Richaard in person I was sure I found the right place to hookup my truck. I explained to Richard what I wanted and he showed me my options for tires and wheels. The price was very fair and the short wait time was awesome. When I received the call from Ultimate when my truck was ready, I got a ride there and at first sight I was blown away Ultimate knocked it out of the park. They went overboard and it was perfect! Definitely recommend this business for all work on your car!!!!!! A+++++

Great team over there. Really knowledgeable and fast. I've been back 3x initially for an entire sound system, then a remote starter and again for another sub woofer. Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Today went to have both the remote control and the backup camera adjusted. Both were done in a short period of time. Happy with the job.Guys at this store are experts and very professional in what they do. Been a customer there on and off over twenty years.

I went to them today and had a remote start put in from groupon coupon. The gentlemen there were friendly and kind and it was done in 2 hours just like they said it would. They carefully and slowly showed me how to use it. I would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy with my experience.

Wasn't feeling the fact they, told me there recommendations instead if what i want done. I should do this or that, made me think they couldn't do it or they took me for a rookie. On top they tried to ask for $100 a hour for something else instead of my scope of work. You pay for what you want done because you have a plan, these guys didn't show support for my vision. Probably didn't want my business

I had made an appointment earlier in the week to come in today, Friday, to have my windows tinted. My appointment was for "9/9:30" and I was told I would be there for less than 2 hours.After changing my entire schedule around to accommodate their quoted time slot, I was just told today that they could not get the job done in 2 hours. Now I personally know for fact that this job CAN BE DONE in that time frame as I have had this car there for the rear windows and my other 2 cars were brought here for there windows as well.There is a small word in our language; it's called "INTEGRITY". When you make an appointment with a customer for a specified time and a time frame to accomplish this job, you really need to keep it. I changed my entire day around just to accommodate this business.When a business has a loss of their integrity then they have a loss of all respect of their customers.Luckily I found I a place in Middletown, AutoWorks, that was more than happy to accommodate my needs today.UPDATE:This owner just called me threatening me that if I do not take down this review he is going to get his lawyer involved and sue me for slander. Sorry but slander is only if you have a malicious intent and there is no malice in speaking the truth.

Advertising on Groupon for $99 automatic start with installation included ($249 value!!) reads the Groupon. Upon setting up an appointment they informed me I would be charged an additional $225. SHADY BUSINESS . A quick google search will point you in the direction of a better rated Company doing it for less money , no Groupon involved.

I have a 2007 Rav 4 and had a new head unit and sub installed. They did a great clean job with no surprise costs. I definitely recommend them.

Called and asked if they could help me with an issue I was having installing my GPS in my BMW. Ralph said sure! Bring it right in. Now what sound audio place what s to work or give advice on a car that s already been taken apart? Ralph tells a technician to go outside and check out my car. It literally looks like a bomb went off inside. I needed to find constant power. And also find my reverse wire for backup camera. Two techs come outside and begin to help me with all my issues. I go inside to pay and Ralph doesn t take money. The guys spent about ten minutes helping me. However. Without them I wouldn t have been able to fix the unit. Amazing job! Cannot thank you enough!!

I've been using ultimate for years and they have always been professional and do great work, Mike and Ralph know their stuff and have been very accommodating. I've had windows tinted and remote starters put in with them.
