My experience with EZ auto was amazing and blessed, I got denied at a few dealerships but when I came to this dealership, Lianne really helped me and was able to put me into a brand new suv just as she promised. I'm not gonna lie, I really thought she was just pulling my leg but nope, she was able to pull a lot of strings and went above and beyond to get me into the car I didn't even think I would qualify for. Lol!! She also took into consideration that I took a cab to the dealership in below zero weather after work, both her and one of the other managers also treated me like family and didn't stop working until my needs were met and I was satisfied with all their help, hard work and dedication was complete. I give a huge thank you to the entire staff at EZ auto, keep up the good work you guys are the absolute best in what you do.

They sold my brother a 2021 Kia Forte with 7,000 miles. I was reviewing his paperwork, and noticed that Dion, his sales man, sold him a warranty for $3,000 included in this price.The reason this is shady is because KIA has a great warranty program. Up to 10yr/100,000mi for the first owner & 5yr/60,000mi for subsequent owners. My brother knew this because his salesman told him this.So the salesman knew this, and still added a warranty in there that isn't even needed. I feel like honest people would have explained why he didn't need the warranty.

I purchased a car on Saturday and Leeann Hailey was my salesperson. She was the best! She catered to my needs was knowledgeable about her craft, was pleasant and understanding about my situation. I highly recommend that when visiting the dealership that you ask for Leeann. Overall the leadership of the team is professional and willing to work with you to get the deal done. No hassle service!

Brian and his team were absolutely amazing. They explained everything, let me pick a color, and even helped me locate insurance for my new ride. I never knew car buying could be so easy and would recommend Sansone Jr's Ez Auto to anyone who is looking for or needs a new ride. Bad credit they can help with that too.

1- Sansone Jr's EZ Auto Center advertised one thing and when you get there is totally different. They offer, they will have a solution for you plus a program to help you (P.D. I have a good credit it just new). THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE!Also, as advertised with NJAutolending they won t run your credit another FALSE!2- The sell rep tells you they will do a "SOFT" pull of your credit first and when things are good they will do the hard pull, but guess what 12 hard inquiry on Experian, 8 on Transunion.3- "The Manager" will laugh at you and will insult you! And he will put pressure and make you feel like you forced into buying a USED car.His comment were: that isn't even a downpayment, pay cash. Do you have 15,000 cash?, etc. Your manager can get the "you have to walk before running" phrase and put it back where he knows!After this experience I wouldn't recommend it!

We had a very pleasant experience shopping for a new vehicle a couple weeks ago. Miguel Roman was one heck of a sales consultant, very open and honest, and an all around pleasant person to work with. He didn't try to sell us something just to make a sale, he let us look around by ourselves and when we told him we just started looking, he was fine with that. So after a couple of other places didn't have what we wanted we went back and brought a 2021 Kia Soul Sport with very low miles on it. Thanks Miguel for all your help and understanding. Will definitely refer my friends to your location.

I would like to express my pure pleasure dealing with this dealership and especially Brian my sales manager and Lianne my salesperson. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle off of Lianne who I can't say enough great things about, I literally told her exactly what I was looking for both experiences and she located each vehicle from different locations they have, she never switched up or changed prices like I've experienced in the past with other dealerships and got my financing exactly where she said she would. Lianne was amazing at getting even my first vehicle a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan financed with no credit history and my present purchase a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Thanks again Lianne for all your help

Such a pleasant experience. I was so stressed with the my car not working and wondering what to do. I reached out to this dealership and met a young man name Jorge. Put my fears at easy and extended me much courtesy. Very calming personality and worked to make sure everything was on point. I got my car today!! Thanks much Jorge. May God bless you.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!LiANNE is AMAZING! She helped me with finding a car in my budget worked with my credit history. Any other place kept telling my I DNQ OR A HIGH RATE. Lianne went above and beyond to help me and now I m walking away with a dream car! She answered my heart just by listening! THANKS SOOO MUCH!

I wanna take a min to tell a story about these people. Hi my name is Richard lecomte. And it all started when i got a call from a girl named Stacy. Made me feel like a person so nice so humble and said they would help me. Then they picked me up so i would not have to walk there. With such bad credit. They treats me like i was somebody dion was absolutely amazing person. Then another man came over and talked to me heart to heart. Then the owner shook my hand i mean these people and that car dealer are truly amazing people with a gilded heart so if u need a car and ur honest and don t lie to them this is the place that will help u they r truly a god send

I wouldn't be able to get out of my situation and get into a nice 2020 Chevy Equinox LT without the help of Lianne and Sales Manager Tom. They were amazing. This dealership does what no other dealership can do. No matter what your credit score is they get u into what u want without breaking the bank

Well, talk about a total shi1show of a car dealership!Joe Vatore and Brian Dirkman are absolute crooks, frauds, non-trust worthy and absolute clowns!Do not come here! Do not think about coming here, do not even give it a thought coming here.They will laugh at you! they will insult you! And they will put pressure and make you feel like you forced into buying a car.

This dealership pulled a bait and switch on me so I had to end up getting a different car and being inconvenienced to change vehicle with insurance company. Salesman Miguel waits until I come in mind you I came from Brooklyn. I end up leaving with a Kia Forte and the car has lots of issues I reported Salesman Miguel. He has me come in to Jersey and says it s going to be okay that the car will be serviced so I bring it in. Service center states that I have to pay$159.99 plus tax and if they find something wrong with it I will have to pay an additional $50. Again Miguel failing to mention this information so I wasted my time coming from NY to jersey. My whole experience with this dealership was horrible. Manger Joe basically told me there was nothing he can do and that I have to pay the fee and acted as if he did not care. On top of this issue they took almost two months to have my plates mailed to me and they sold me a car that has issues with the breaks, ignition and other things as well. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM

I love Sansone jr s ez auto because they are very friendly and especially the sales person Bernadette she has always been their for me and my family she has already sold my family 3 cars and I recently just bought a suv from Bernadette. She is always been their for us and she is so adamant about getting me into what I wanted and making sure everything is taken care of. If you ever wanna buy a car, GO TO BERNADETTE!! You will not be disappointed

I went to Sansone Jr. in Keyport, NJ and I drove home in my own car the same day. Miguel Roman is honest & thorough - goes beyond the call of duty, he is the BEST!! Sansone Jr. will not disappoint!!

This is my 3rd car I buy from them and I had a new sales guy Mr.Jorge Cordero he helped me buy my brand new 2022 outlander . I wasn t looking into getting a new car but when he called I didn t know how to say so please go see them and buy a car.. My before car was a 2018 Nissan Rogue sport went a bit bigger and I love it.

I would highly recommend this car dealership as they were extremely helpful, non-judgmental and accommodating. I was skeptical at first, unsure of what to expect, but Tom and Miguel were amazing! They are exceptional and highly professional businessmen - they truly helped me a great deal. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left with a car the same day and literally would not let me leave without one. I am very pleased to say that I received excellent customer service and a great car! Although I have less than favorable credit, Tom and Miguel made me feel very comfortable and treated me kindly and with respect! Definitely go see these guys! Great experience!

Sansone Jr's EZ Auto in Keyport was a great experience for our recent vehicle purchase. Our salesperson Lianne Hailey could not have been any more helpful than she was, she is a true professional and a credit to the Sansone sales staff. She worked with us and her manager to agree on an out the door purchase price and then did everything else that was required with our trade-in, car insurance, motor vehicle items and delivery. Lianne is referred to as the "The Approval Guru" and you'll know why when you deal with her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that walks into Sansone. Keep up the great work Lianne.

We came in not knowing what would happen and walked out happy and grateful. I got a beautiful truck. Everyone was fantastic! The easiest automobile purchase I have ever made. They worked with us to get us a good interest rate and affordable payments. Special thanks to Jessica Moreno "The Lady and The Tie" she listens & understands her customers needs, she is great at what she does. Terrific personality, she is truly awesome !!! 7 stars if I could. My sales person was Devon and although I didn t know if I d get approved since my credit isn t good. I felt confident after my consultation. Left with a car the same day! This place truly works for you gives you great rates and helps to repair your credit. The owner is very nice too if you drive 3 hours you ll get a $50 gas card. 2 hours (rounded, give or take) counts too!

I bought my car from them a few months ago and they made it worth it. Jorge helped me out, and through him a got to get my first new car! I really had no idea what I was doing because I have always bought used from other people, but they made it so easy. I got a great deal, and any times I have had questions since I have been able to call Jorge to figure it out. I cannot recommend them enough and I wish I knew more people that needed a new car to send them to here. Amazing people, and they do not force anything on you either which was refreshing.

I cannot praise Sansone Jr s enough after my experience yesterday. Lianne was so helpful and down to earth. She got me into a better car, and was upfront and honest about my options and payments. She really took time to listen and try her best to accommodate my preferences.If you re looking for a car and are not sure about your situation, go to Sansone Jr s because they will work with you. :)

Dion was straightforward, friendly, and incredibly helpful in finding me a car that meets my needs. I managed to score a great deal on a used vehicle at a truly amazing, but fair, price. I highly recommend this dealership and Dion if you re looking for a good car.

I got my 22 forte through Miguel in July of 2022, not only that he been dodging me , he lied and said he was helping me get out of my car. Which is a lie I couldn t even get a hold of him for 4 months. I went to do a trade in with VW & after the deal was done & said they decide to change my dealer pay off amount three times.First 18,000 then 29,000 then 27,000 lol which I think is HILARIOUS I work for a dealership myself so they thought they were playing me. Nonetheless, I will get a lawyer involved due to falsify documentation, we will see who s right & who s wrong. I ve done right by them since day 1 I don t like people stuffing me that s what they do. Get you in a program & a hassle to get removed.

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had and I used to sell cars myself so I know the process and wow I ll never go anywhere else. Devon worked so hard for me with his manager and team, please go to him ask for him say I sent you because he will fight for you and get you what you need. These are stand up people at a real dealership helping people and changing lives everyday and I respect their mission so much. I ll never go anywhere else to get a car ever again I ll always never forget how easy they made everything. Truly an amazing experience overall!
