A bit bias since I work here but we honestly are great the boss and me will always try and save customers money whenever possible and we tell it like it is with cars if your car is really bad we will tell you we don't sugarcoat anything as if to say oh you need this and this when you don't we are honest good people

Really can t stress enough how great of service I received. I got an air suspension conversion done, which I was concerned about, however mechanics pulled it off without any issues and were prompt with the work. They also did it for much cheaper than another place I got a quote from.. almost $500 cheaper. Highly recommend. Now my GX470 should be good for a long time!

I had my 17 Subaru Outback 60K service done here. It was the first time I ever had any service done outside of dealership.Wow, they thoroughly checked and accurately diagnosed all necessary items need to be replaced; nothing more/nothing less.At the end, I had to spend only $152 and some changes. I know Subaru is very robust, but at the dealership I would have easily spent few $$$ more.I definitely recommend these guys.All recent reviews confirmed my experience.

I purchased a groupon voucher a night ago. This morning I decided to get a oil change from G &L Auto Service, however, they were closed. Not sure why though because on their website it stated that their open and close hours are from 8:30AM to 5PM. I also called the phone number that's on their website and it rang to voice mail. Also, they have the actual hours posted on the window, it said hours 9AM to 5PM. So their website got it wrong and the groupon got it wrong about their hours. Lastly I arrived at 9:15AM and they were closed; I will get my refund soon. A waste of gas driving to this business!!

Just some time ago I took my son's 2003 honda civic to G*L Auto to have an engine installed.The owner quoted me a good price.So I agreed to have it installed.After a week or so I picked the car up.I drove it for maybe 30 minutes,the check engine like came on and it just stopped.After paying them over almost $1,200 I expected the car to run more than 30 min, so I took it back.They said they would check it out.After a day or so they said it was ready.I then went to pick it up.Thats when I met the son who was working at the front desk.I explained to him I was just there to pick the honda up.He then said he knew that and his father is not there and he is not dealing with me.."JUST HAVE A SEAT, WATCH TV, OR READ A MAGAZINE." Now me, being a person of color I asked him who he was talking to like that? He then said, me. He then went own to say "IF HE WAS HIS FATHER HE WOULDN'T HAVE DID BUSINESS WITH ME."Then the father pulls up.I then go outside to tell him what just happened.He said he would talk to his son. To me thats unsatisfactory. The damage was already done.The service was terrible.Some parts they put on were not tightened,some were very loose,some not even attached and some just siliconed on.I would never recommend anybody to go there after the horrible way I was treated and after the terrible, horrendous, and dangerous service I received.THE WORST.

After a dealership told me I needed $1200 worth of work on a 3 year old car, these guys checked item by item for what was actually happening with the brakes and manufacturer recommendations for mileage, which saved hundreds. Will only use G&L in the future.

I didn't like the way they treat their customers, also they overpriced some services. I rather go to some other place, having so many options around that give equal or way better service for less price.
