I went to four dealerships when I was looking to buy a truck. Ruisi was by far the best in customer service and ease of transaction. Mike was very hospitable and accommodating. Left in a couple hours with a new truck and a good deal.

My experience with Ruisi Auto Sales was great. I was an out-of-state buyer looking for a particular truck. I was fortunate enough to find the exact vehicle I was looking for at this dealership. I worked alongside Michael one of the sales professionals and he was very helpful and upfront with all the information. My experience working with Michael and his dealership was five stars and if I ever needed to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely be giving Michael a phone call. Even though this isn t a dealership with hundreds of vehicles in stock and a big name, brand, however the professionalism, and at home feeling was what stood out the most..

I Bought a car from here today, Very smooth transaction. The salesman Mike was very friendly and helpful. All of the vehicles on the lot are in excellent condition. I am so happy with my purchase! Let's be honest here.... Buying a used car as a woman, is a tremendous PITA. I had gone to 4-6 dealers the day that I went to Ruisi already, and I was ready to roll my eyes and deal with the annoying machismo and superiority complex. HOWEVER, Ruisi was amazing! Mike talked to me like a normal person, respected my questions and was super (and genuinely) friendly! I can not say enough about him and this place and I will be back next time I need a truck. THANK YOU Mike!!!

After digging through the internet looking for my replacement truck, I stumbled upon Ruisi Auto. I am so glad that I did the long trek from PA to NJ to see the truck and also meet the owner Mike. Right from the start he was transparent with the whole process and made it such an easy purchase. The hardest part of this whole experience was waiting for the bank to open! Thank you Mike for the great deal and also for all the patience while I delt with the insurance speed bumps! Ruisi is where I'll be coming back for my daughter's car next!

So I traveled from Florida on a flight to New Jersey Newark Airport. Just to buy my dream truck 2021 Ford F150 I ve shopped everywhere. The Manager Mike Is the Wow factor in this deal sent me live videos, No games and paid for the flight to his dealership like that is V.I.P service. The truck was spotless still couldn t believe I have it drove it back to Florida no issues. Power seller will definitely do business again best experience

I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram Rebel 1500,I have to say I had an extremely pleasurable experience!! My 5 year old son was treated awesome and was given a small care of his own!! So excited and what a gentleman Mike is as a sale rep!! Worked with me and made my family leave extremely happy!!!

I just picked up a vehicle (RAM 1500) from Michael at Ruisi yesterday. I'm an out-of-state buyer several hours away, and needed to work on the deal remotely for about 2 weeks to finalize all of the details. Patience and customer service are in short supply these days in the automotive business, just like the limited supply of cars and trucks! Michael and his team were professional in person and had already been great over phone, email, and text leading up to the day of pickup. They had a vehicle with exactly the specs I wanted, which made it worth the long drive. My local dealers didn't have options with the right specs, low mileage, and price/value proposition. Excellent photos, description, and information made me confident about a long trip to purchase the vehicle without having seen it in person previously. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described, and they were very accommodating about the test drive, trade-in, and transaction. Long day of driving, but worth it to get treated well and find the right vehicle. I don't love driving 5 hours to buy a vehicle, but I'd do it again from these guys!

Mike, he is best dealer ever I met.Every processing very smoothly, fast , accurateI have almost not possible to get a loan cause of my financial situation but he makes go through and all the car in the lot, specially a car that i get 2016 dodge ram 1500 sport, so clean nice looking. Its is fabulous car on the right price. I will recommend everyone who looking for pre owns truck and I will definitely come back next shopping

Bought my BMW 5 Series from Michael recently. Great car with great price, but most importantly is the costumer service. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Michael at Ruisi was great to deal with. They were very accommodating of our tight schedules while we were working out test driving and purchasing our new-to-us car! The process was clear, easy and fast (and the car is great too)!
