Working with Preferred Motor Cars to purchase my new vehicle was the BEST decision that I could have made. Not only were they helpful with every aspect of the testing and purchase process, but they fixed the (minor) issues with the car before selling it to me. I felt really confident the whole time that I was being well taken care of and Ron reassured me many times that he would not let me drive off with a car I wasn t happy with which he didn t!I cannot recommend this dealer or his team enough!! I ll definitely be coming back!

Great guys to work with and our salesman Ronnie went above and beyond. Returned our inquiry almost immediately. Traveled 2.5 hours to do business with them and left completely satisfied. Will be a return customer should they acquire something that fits our needs. Hunt Construction LLC

We made the 2 hour drive up to Keyport because they have a great selection of quality used cars! Our buying experience was excellent, no pressure, no hassle....etc. Ronnie (our salesperson) was absolutely the best! I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here, I will be returning here for future purchases! Thank you Ronnie!

Had a great experience here with Ronnie, I got an used SUV within my budget in good condition and they even fixed/ replaced anything in bad shape before I took it home! I had to take it back the following week regarding a minor issue which should have been handled before I took the car home but I brought it back in and they were very helpful and prompt about fixing the issue for me. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience buying a used car. It was what I wanted, in my price range and no outrageous fees and services that other dealers in the area tack on. Reasonable commission, reasonable fee for registration and plates, etc. Ronnie and gang were a pleasure to work with. I would come back to them in the future and, definitely, recommend them to others.

I purchased a vehicle for a relative that needed to be shipped to another state. The salesman I dealt with, Ronnie was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. There were no high pressure techniques or other non-sense.Ronnie even helped me find a shipping company when it was time. And when wasn't found, there was no pressure to get the car off the lot. I highly recommend Preferred Motors. I live in Aberdeen and make an effort to support local businesses and I am glad I did business with them.

Buying a car is not always a fun experience. Especially if you are looking to buy used. High pressure salesmen and an inventory of all kinds of cars that you are just not sure of usually makes the experience confusing, sometimes annoying and not quite as exciting as it should be.But not here!After checking around we found this is a family owned, reliable place that has had a great reputation in this area for many years.First thing we noticed was that our salesman Ronnie NEVER showed us a car out of our price range.This,of course, has NEVER, EVER happened to us before - at ANY dealer -New or Used!He was super nice, warm and friendly and we immediately felt very comfortable with him.After looking at a few cars - he remembered a car that had just came in that he thought might be perfect for us and that was - incredibly - UNDER our price range.This sort of attention to a customers situation is incredibly rare.He then let us drive it on our own - and we LOVED it!When we got into the office to make the deal, The owner, John gave us a great price for our old car and we closed the deal.So far the car we purchased has been EXCELLENT and we couldn t be happier.This was EASILY the best experience we have ever had buying a car - and we would recommend this Dealership to everyone!

We had a great interaction with this dealership. Car was good quality and reasonably priced. No pushy salesmen. Very laid back and easy to work with. We took the vehicle to get checked out by our mechanic and it was in good working order. There were some minor wear/tear issues that they fixed. Really fast, painless interaction. Highly recommend.

This was my first car purchase and I m extremely satisfied with the whole experience.I highly recommend this place, especially working with Ronnie. He was courteous, polite, and help guide me through the process. The service is outstanding and the owner John makes every effort to give you the best price, making the negotiation process simple and amicable. Couldn't be happier with my experience purchasing a used car. Ronnie was amazing to work with. They have beautiful cars here at good prices. Very straight forward and upfront about the car, the process and the price. They worked with me make sure I was 100% happy. Literally was done with paperwork in 15 mins. My family has bought multiple cars from preferred motor cars and never have had anything to complain about. Ronnie did everything possible to make it as easy of an experience as possible starting with recommending the car that was right for me as a new driver. The process was much less stressful and way faster than I had imagined it being and I m extremely thankful for the effort put forward to make it the perfect car buying experience. I know where I ll be recommending my friends to go and who to go to.

I went to Preferred Auto first because they were local. I saw a car I liked and stopped by one day to see if it was what I was looking for. After talking to Ron, I decided to buy the car because he gave me a decent price for my old car. After picking up the new car there were a couple of issues with it but Ron and John assured me that they would take care of everything right away. They did and I'm extremely happy with my car now. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know!!! Great people and great customer service!!! Thanks guys!!!

Thanks for replacing the air conditioning unit on my truck, guys. John Pelusio (Owner) goes through and "checks out " every car that Preferred sells and makes sure that it is in approved safe and reliable condition. If something isn't right, let John know and he'll make it right. Preferred is a family owned business and they showed me that they treat customers like family. 'Not just out to make a quick buck like the other businesses. Ken and Ron make you feel comfortable while you're there. Thanks again for the sales and service.Mike

Ronnie and John were fantastic to deal with. Exceptional customer service. Ronnie and John went above and beyond to help us get 2 vehicles that would help our family. We had an issue with the tires on one of the cars and John made sure it was fixed and taken care of before we took it off the lot. Highly recommend this place if your looking for great value and exceptional service!!

Great place. I was walking around looking at the selection when Ronnie came out to help. He answered all my questioned and wasn't pushy at all. I ended up buying a car that day, but needed to get it home as I was in my other car. Kenny followed me home in my new car and I drove him back. About 2 weeks after I bought the car, the battery light came on. I took it back and they fixed the issue quickly and without hesitation. My best used vehicle experience to date.

I just had the best used car buying experience ever!! Ronnie was so helpful when we selected the car we wanted. There was so much servicing that had been done already, brakes, oil change, etc. they even want you to come back if there are any issues. They don t just sell you a car and forget about you. They offer future basic services for their customers. John and I negotiated a fair price and I was on my way. They even register the car and call you when the plates come in!!! No trip to MVC!!! I highly recommend buying your next car from Preferred Motor Cars.

Hands down the best and easiest experience I ve ever had buying a car. John held the car for me for nearly a week allowing me to travel up the east coast to pick up the car. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was good to go for the two day drive back. Made it back with no issues, stand up guy. Also recommended Denino s Pizza Place for pizza and was by far the best pizza I ve ever had. Highly recommend these guys, thanks again John for everything.

I was searching the web for a Sprinter truck when I came across Preferred Motor Cars of New Jersey. They had the vehicle I wanted at the right price. I gave John a call and he gave me thorough information about the vehicle. The only problem was that I was seven hours away in Richmond, VA. But John scheduled an appointment for me on a Saturday to pick up the vehicle and the transaction went great! Even after we left, John followed up with me to make sure I had made it home safely. He even went through the trouble of sending me extra sets of keys a few weeks after my purchase. I will be buying another car from this dealership.Genaro BarronUnique Pools & Spas

I've have my SUV for over a month now. I haven't had any problems since I bought it. I'm very happy with what I paid for what I bought and they have great customer service. Definitely worth stopping in and taking a look here if you are interested in buying a vehicle.

We don t love the whole car buying process. However, all that changed with Ronnie and everyone at Preferred motors . Found a great car at a great price and it couldn t have been easier. Highly recommend buying a car from Preferred Motors in Keyport!!!

I came from Staten Island to look for a used car for my father in-law. I had a pleasure to meet the owner who I dealt with. He was down to earth and good people. He was very honest and had a good selection of used cars. We test drove the car and literally in like an hour the deal was complete signed and sealed. I will definitely go back and give him my business.

Ronnie is the salesperson that I dealt with and he is kind! There were a few things that I needed for my car and he ordered them for me at no extra charge. I like that this place isn t full of dealers and it s a small shop off the road. I highly recommend these guys!

Preferred Motor Cars of New Jersey is rock solid. I bought a car for my father from them last month and it was a very enjoyable process. The staff is very courteous and helpful, and their prices are excellent. I highly recommend them.
