This Nissan & their amazing service center always goes above and beyond for every little thing for their customers. Really appreciate all the kindness and help and barely ever have to wait for services. Eric is the nicest and very helpful appreciate all his hardwork making a scary financial time easy.

Went for a first oil change on 11/13/23, without making appointment. (My oil change was also two months overdue). Spoke to Very Nice Lady, Service Adviser, Stephanie, who informed me the service, since its the first one, will be performed for free. (!) The place is very clean and super professional. While i was enjoying a complementary coffee and granola snacks, the oil and filter change, multipoint inspection and tire rotation was performed expeditiously. In 20 minutes or so, having paid 0 dollars, i was out on my way in a car that was also washed for free and i even received a "Thank You" e-mail. No, Thank You Guys!! Amazing.

"My Nissan Leaf electric vehicle was taken to the service center due to an error message, and the dealership has held onto it for over a month without completing the repairs. They claim that the necessary parts are on backorder, and there is no clear timeline for when the vehicle will be returned."

Bought my car here with no complaints and really tried to stay loyal for service/repair but in the end had to relocate to Red Bank. The biggest issue is you literally cannot make an appointment at this place. Make an appointment for oil change/service? They don't accept appointments, hope you show up early enough (ie more that six hours before they close) or we'll nastily dismiss you to come back at a later date. When? Who knows because you can't make an appointment. Okay, so maybe appointments are for serious repair... Or not because when I brought my car in to repair power locks that failed (in a year-old car but that's another story), I discovered that "we can't take appointments for something that involved through the website". Then what are any appointments even good for??! At this point I gave up and took my business to Nissan City in Red Bank and I have never been happier! Easy to make appointments for both routine service and actual issues, faster turn around, much friendlier staff... If it's even close to equidistant, please choose Red Bank, you'll be so much happier!

Great service! I arrived 8:30am for an oil change and car was done by 9:30am. I expected longer because other Nissan dealerships take longer. I pray next time is as quick and efficient. Oh and the free coffee is plus. Last, there was an older gentleman who was very welcoming and pleasant. I wish I would wrote his name down.

It's ok to go for oil changes, but do not take for repair. I had my car checked out, because the cross traffic alert, does not work. They do not know how to fix it or how much, it will cost! They even put down the wrong mileage for a oil change.

Quick oil change and changed out some new filters recommended. Blades replaced as well but unfortunately not working properly. No problem because I will go there and Service Manager will just switch them out again.

My car was due for its first time oil change. They did a complete inspection and rotated the tires. Everything was done within an hour. It was a good experience. The staff is very friendly and good at what they do.

Great service. I was told I needed new tires all around. They evaluated my armada, called me back and said you just need two front. The rear have 10k left on them. Next time you come in we'll check and see where we are at. I appreciated this type of honesty. Not just trying to sell me everything and anything! Thank you Eric!

Not knowledgeable. Everytime I go there, new employees. Service department is very slow. Cashier tried to make me sign someone else's paperwork and was very unprofessional when I made a big deal about it. I can go on and on. They will never have my business again. Other customers that I talked to as well as previous employee's have unpleasant situation's also. Once they sell the car, they could care less.

Bought my car from here. They really went above and beyond. However, as with anything, do your research on the car and know that you should not be paying a bunch of BS fees. Overall, I am happy with the service and my purchase.
