Mike P and Lianne were absolutely amazing! We had been turned down before elsewhere but they made it happen!!! They made sure I got exactly what I wanted! They went above and beyond for me!!! Lianne even made it possible for me to pick up my car on her day off. Honestly, if Lianne and Mike can t get you driving off the lot, no one can! Lianne really is the approval guru! Go see her! Tell her I sent you!

My experience at Sansone Jr's EZ Auto Center was just excellent! As soon as I completed the online application (at home), I was instantly contacted by the dealership staff for assistance. When I got to the dealership I met with Miguel Roman. He had expert advice on various processes of the car buying experience, which only complimented what the dealership offers. Even my sister left with much needed advice for her situation and I sincerely appreciated that. Miguel was patient and courteous, he even stayed longer than his working hours, just to make sure I received everything I needed. In the end I got a car that is perfect for me without even having to explain much. Such excellence is worth mentioning so I'm writing this review because I want to share the fact that at Sansone Jr's EZ Auto Center you really get a complete package deal. Great customer service and a purchase suited to specifically to your needs! Thanks again Miguel !

Updated review: STAY AWAY!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad customer service and after reading alot of these reviews seems that they sell defective cars, as with my case. Unfortunately in my experience Sansone's true colors of no loyalty to their customers showed. I purchased 2 cars and brought my mother in law to purchase a car...thats 3 cars we purchased. After having my car about 6mths it needed to be serviced because the brakes went out while driving on the parkway. All sorts of major issues: circut, sensory and power bank failures. Fast foward another few months and again the car died on me while on the highway. The camshaft needed to be replaced!! On a car with only 60k miles that is unheard of, that only happens on a defective car. But when I took it to their service dept, because I was 2,000 miles over the warranty they would not help with the repairs. I understand what a warranty means however when you've purchased 3 cars from a place you would think they would work with you on a price. I spoke with a lawyer, I did not hire one, but when I spoke to one they suggested I try to speak with the manager and see if Sansone would work with me on the price rather than going a legal route. When I went in to speak with the general manager, Brian Dirkman, he wouldn't even look me in my eyes while I was speaking with him. He knew why I was there because of the amout of times I called and from the moment we sat down I knew he wasnt going to help. His attitude from the moment I started speaking was atrocious, again I couldn't get over the fact that while I was speaking he was shuffling papers on his desk and not even looking at me. Extremely rude and disrespectful, I would NEVER treat one of my clients like that. The moment I mentioned I spoke with a lawyer, without letting me say that I didnt hire one but came to see if he would work with me first before going the legal route, he cut me off, threw his card at me and said "since you've obtained an attorney this conversation is over here is my card" Extremely rude man and doesn't know a thing about good customer service or loyalty. I plan on buying another car in the next month because the one I bought from them is defective and I no longer feel safe traveling to work anymore. But I sure as hell wont be returning to Sansone. I suggest you fully check the vehicle before buying it....apparently my experience of the car having major issues less than a few months after buying from them is a common occurrence. What a shame.

I had a very nice experience at Sansone Jrs. I spoke with Mike, Noel and a few of the other members on the team. They did a great job helping me find a nice car. Noel walk me through all the features of the new car, which was great because I have not had a newer car and my old one did not have as many of them. Overall they made the entire process a breeze and I was able to drive home with the car that same day. I would highly recommend Sansone Jrs!

My recent car buying experience at Sansone Jr's was actually very easy, something you might not think with purchasing a vehicle.For the most part our salesperson Lianne Hailey made that all possible. She was very personable and professional and a pleasure to interact with, a credit to Sansone Jr's team. She truly is the "Approval Guru"!

We Had an excellent experience at Sansone Jr s in Keyport 3 years ago. Dion was our sales associate he was very honest and to the point we We re very happy with our last car and the experience that we had that yesterday we went back and saw Dion and bought another car with him. He has excellent customer service and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go there and speak to Dion.

My experience with this company was great. My sales person Lianne was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We have been in touch for over a year and I just made my new purchase yesterday. The process was smooth, I felt fairly confident the whole time and I ended up driving off with the perfect vehicle! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Especially those who have credit issues -you can still purchase a vehicle because they work with you- not against you. Great place!!

John Crawford, my sales agent, I just wanna say thank you and your team for everything you guys did for me! That was truly a blessing and a life changer for me. You guys really work miracles and I'm so thankful I trusted you guys to help me. I had no clue of how I was a going to get out of my old car and into a new one and that I would ever get a second chance at building credit. This was the best, fatest, and most simplicit vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. Bernadette was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding of my situation. She worked extremely hard, and was able to get me approved after others denied me. Not only did I leave with my vehicle in record time, but it was exactly what I wanted! I would HIGHLY recommend Sasone Jr's EZ Auto Center!

God places angels in our ways at the right time. Liane saved my family and I from renting. I mean I was paying over 2k a month for a sedan that didn't even belong to me. After informing Liane at NJ auto lending she knew exactly what to do. As a new USPS worker I know will also have my own vehicle. Thank you so much I swear my family and I thank you so much. I had the greatest experience. These guys really are there to help very smooth transition from potential buyer to actually securing a vehicle. Devon was great Not one time did I feel like I was being rushed he respected my time to make a decision and was more than happy to get the deal done once my decision was made... Is a terrible program ! They will take your security deposit and add it to your payment history and then still harass you for a payment the payments are set up weekly , which gives them the right to repossess your car as early as 1 day past due. The program is not set up to help, it s a fraud program and a way to just get people in cars, Even their own employees and former employee they harass constantly , Bernadette is very rude , and unprofessional I would not recommend anyone buying a car or taking interest in this program. It s a total gimmick. They do not care about what you re going through , just like any other dealership. This company is TERRIBLE!!!!!

I bought 3 cars in the last six months from Sansone Jr Keyport, NJ. The experience was extremely positive. Sales rep Devon Penn was the sales rep when I purchased two of the three cars. Devon and the entire staff at Sansone Jr. are extremely professional and accommodating.. I high recommend this dealship..

Had a great experience. Haven't bought a new vehicle in a long time. Bernadette Rodriguez was amazing. She was professional and responsive. Everything was done before I got there, all I needed to do was pick a vehicle to test drive to possible buy. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Nissan Sentra. Thanks again for making this so easy.

I had a great experience the other day at NJ Auto Lending! Ms. Lianne Hailey provided an outstanding seamless purchasing experience. The best Inever had at an auto dealership. I would like to COMPLIMENT Dion my salesperson and the professional manner I was treated.I went to Sansone Sr for over 16 years and this year Toyota sales Manager Charlie treated me horribly due to my credit drop from Covid illness this past year and I decided to try Sanesone Jr and I am thankful.I will recommend them to anyone who needs a second chance. They are wonderful.Ask for Dion.....he was amazing!!!

We all know what a grueling experience car buying can be, but Bernadette, Devon and their team ensured mine was not! They were very knowledgeable and patient in answering any of my questions and concerns. I went in with less than stellar credit and they worked a miracle for me, not to mention all the laughs we had while doing it. Best team in the business by far. Joe Vatore & Glen in finance were amazing to deal with. The whole process was quick and painless. Went in with no pressure whatsoever and left with a great deal and an even better car. Good place to to build credit help with ur credit and get a good reliable car. Bernadette Rodriquez was a helpful salesperson and kept her word I would drive off with a newer vehicle. And Assisting me in repairing and Establishing credit I recommend No Auto Lending. Ask for Bernadette

I had almost given up on getting out of a very frustrating situation with a vehicle that I had. My credit situation only made it worse. I cant even count on one hand how many other dealerships made all kinds of false promises to me, just to lure me in; then only handed me almost impossible resolutions. No one really bothered to take the time to help...until I walked into Sansone Jr's auto used cars in keyport nj. From the moment I arrived I was treated with compassion and understanding, and patience...My sales person was spot on with the best of both worlds...professionalism,knowledge, and caring. She did the impossible. I walked out with a gorgeous late model, low mileage Nissan Sentra!! Thank you so much Lianna Hailey
