I had such a great experience at the Mavis located in Keyport, NJ. I had an appointment at 8am for a wheel alignment and I was seen right away! The job only took about 45 minutes to an hour which was great since I waited there in their lobby. I was greeted by Andrew and he was extremely nice and welcoming. I also had a conversation with Billy and he was also extremely nice and welcoming as well. The workers and atmosphere at this location was great! I highly recommend getting service at this location.

The new manager, Billy, is extremely knowledgeable and provides exceptional service. The whole Mavis team is very reputable and overall great people!After coming in early in the morning with two flat tires, the team also let me know that I was in desperate need of new rear brakes and rotors. This amazing group of hard workers did what they do best, found the best deal for the repairs I needed and gave me the utmost reassurance during an incredibly stressful situation.I can't recommend anyone better for all your vehicle repair, and maintenance needs than Billy and his amazing team at this location!

My experience with Billy as Mavis in Keyport was so professional, So positive and So punctual. He took the time to explain everything I need done on my car in detail, Down to how take care of my tires and breaks in-between visits. And what to be aware of for upcoming maintenance. Highly recommend this location and ask for billy to answer any questions.

Yesterday (3/16/24) I stopped in for some help with my Santa Fe. Doug, Kelly, Andrew and the rest of the employees that helped me out were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Just moved to the area and first time at this location. Billy is awesome! Had a 12pm appointment and came about 10 mins early, was attended to right away and he took the time to explain the job being done to my car and quoted me a great price for everything being done.Hearing Billy, Kelly and the other staff answer calls and tend to others in such a pleasant manner is a breath of fresh air!My go-to from now on for sure!

Mavis Tire of Keyport was so helpful in my time of need on a Sunday of all days! I called and let them know I had a flat tire and they were able to help right away. I came in with the tire and they replaced it within an hour! It was a pleasant experience during a not so pleasant time. Thank you!!

Had 2 front tires put on Saturday morning. I have been to Mavis Keyport before but this Time, was different The Staff was Friendly, happy & the guys taking care of my car inspected everything. I will Definitely go back!

I have to give them a lot of respect. My friend called me mid afternoon and said that he had a flat tire, he is 88 years old and retired from the military. I went and put air in his tire on the roadside and had him follow me to this tire shop. They were prompt very appreciative of him and did a great job. I ve been a mechanic for 42 years. Want to thank both, my friend who is a Green Beret and Mavis of Keyport for their service. If I had more than 2 thumbs, they would all be thumbs up for you. Thank you very much!!

I really hate to go out of my way to not only give a business a 1 star review but also with specific details but in this case im a little compelled to do so.I always go to Mavis Hazlet, their service is straightforward and decent. So when my father called me about tire trouble on his way home GSP southbound I told him to go to Mavis asap while the tire still had enough pressure.Turns out he went to Mavis Keyport and called me with a bunch of questions from what service was telling him:-He needed a new TPS sensor because the reset light was on $80-They cant find the leak on the tire-The vibration is caused by new tires being needed-He needed new brakes and rotors.Fortunately I was 3 miles away so I told him to wait and ill go over there. When I did:-The TPS simply needed a reset button hit from the vehicle- Any tire tech would know that procedure but they try to upsell an $80 replacement-I inspect the tire and notice straight out the rim is bent on the inside- I ask them to recheck for a leak. This time the other tech actually puts air in the tire and boom- air bubbles fizzing all over right at the bend. I ask them to throw the tire back on and I will get the car immediately to my other rim shop.-I decline the brake service because I only let my BMW mechanic do anything above oil/tire service.They didnt charge anything so I guess that's nice.If you dont have very good basic knowledge of cars don't go here or you will end up leaving with the same problem and getting charged for unrelated crap very likely.

Came in for my brakes, and it was done quickly, we had also talked about other issues that I have quoted for a way higher price. The service is fantastic. I highly love this place... big shout to Doug, Andrew ,Chris ,Aaron, and the rest of the crew.

Best around! The entire staff is super friendly, do not uncharge just to uncharge and always are looking to get you the best price. Andrew especially goes above and beyond to help, no matter what car or need you have. I will not go anywhere else. I found my team for my car needs!

Andrew is very helpful. Always makes sure my vehicle is running properly and doesn t ask you to fix a million things that do not need to be fixed. He does recommend repairs when they are needed so you can trust when they tell you that something needs fixing

Chris and Andrew are some of the best managers I have met when it comes to working at a shop. They were very helpful and detailed in their explanation on what needed to be done. Pat the tech who worked on my car was thorough and did an amazing job. I will only use Mavis in Keyport for all my car needs. If you are questioning coming here do it !

We had a great experience at this location! Friendly staff and excellent technicians! Very knowledgeable and quick service!! We went to the keyport location after getting a flat tire on the parkway they did not rip us off and went above and beyond to provide great service! Would definitely recommend! I drive ~1000 mile per week and have had my fair share of flats and tire replacements. The staff at Keyport Mavis are very professional, knowledgeable, fair, and always get me back on the road a quickly as possible. Highly recommend!!!

Had a very good experience there. I needed 4 new tires and didn't have enough cash so a worker drove me to the bank to get cash. They were all very friendly there...no one looked at me strange because I didn't call an Uber and they were happy to help me.
