I had a great experience at Aberdeen from start to finish. Brought my car in after a no fault accident. They were so accommodating and helpful when dealing with the insurance company from out of state. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. They did an amazing job on my minivan. So happy! After taking the car to BMW twice they keep saying the wind noise and dripping water from the driver side door was normal. Steven took one look and he knew what's wrong. He have his guys fixed the problem.Update: they are still very good. They took care of my Honda Pilot this time. I highly recommend them. Ask for Alex.

Awesome shop! Professional, honest and trustworthy. The service here is impeccable and when they say they are going to call you back they do! Alex is the best to work with and you can trust every thing he tells you. I had to have some body work done on my Honda CRV and I could not be happier. Don't judge a book by its cover! That statement applies perfectly here. I've had my collision related misfortunes over the past few years and have been forced to do extensive research to find the right body shop. Not only does Aberdeen specialize in high end automotive collision repair they actually excel in that sector. I made the mistake of trying out another another high end auto body with all the glamor and glitz and lights everywhere and was extremely disappointed with the work service and outcome of the repair. Since that experience I have gone to Aberdeen auto not once but twice to repair my high end luxury vehicle and have been only happy and incredibly satisfied with the customer service professionalism and quality of work that they provide I would not hesitate to highly recommend going to Aberdeen auto for any sort of body work, collision repair, or mechanical work work. I've had the experience (several times) of utilizing the services of Aberdeen Auto Collision and they are wonderful to work with! Alex and Steve are welcoming and accommodating with many aspects of this process, are conveniently located next to a car rental location, and have done amazing work on our vehicles! The silver lining to being in a hit and run, getting hit by a deer (or a piece of tire on the Parkway), is that this shop is always there to help (from insurance go-betweens to calling us when our cars are ready. I cannot recommend this shop enough (and it's employees and customer service!).

When I was in the Army we d say it s easy to be a stud amongst duds. I can leave it at that and it would be a great compliment to Alex and the crew at Aberdeen. However, they went above and beyond so I have revised it to it s not easy to be a stud amongst studs, but they pulled it off. Awesome shop and the man Alex who I spoke to and kept me in touch was a really cool guy honest and easy to talk to about the work that s being done the car was finished very quickly after going in for paint work they told me ahead of time when it d be ready and when I got to the shop to pick it up Alex walked out and talked over the process and made sure I was happy with the outcome before even going back in to pay very happy with the shop and the work they did would highly recommend them !They even gave the car a quick wash and vacuum and had plastic over the seat / paper Mats on the floor to ensure it stayed cleaner than it came in

great experience with the body shop and Alex. He explained the process step by step. His shop is honest and does excellent work. They even got my car done sooner then expected. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed.

I have had a problem, grinding sound, on the front break. I changed the front break at a dealer, so I went back to the dealer to check the issue. A mechanic at the dealer told me that the sound was from a rear break and advised that the break and rotor should be replaced. I just couldn't believe the diagnosis as I knew that the sound was from the front. I went to Aberdeen Auto Repair Collision as I heard this place by my neighbors. Alex drove my car and agreed that the sound was from the front. He advised to apply some lube as there is no visible issue when the car was lifted. After his team tool care of it, the grinding sound is GONE. I would recommend Aberdeen Auto Repair Collision.

If anyone is looking for grease monkey, this is the one. They are probably good at auto body works, but in terms of mechanical repair, this shop is not even closed to be called monkey. They don't even know how to do things correctly.If anyone asked for warranty works they performed earlier, the owner will tell you: "We will take care of you and we do take our warranty seriously." The truth is that they will always find something related and tell you that the part needs to be fixed. At the end of day, the original problems still exist and you just pour more money into the drain.Fortunately, I decided to cut my loss and see them in the court asking for all my money back plus time wasted there.
