This place is awesome! Staff is so wonderful and super friendly. Very reasonable prices. They actually detected an issue, walked me through getting in touch with my dealership where I recently had work done and suggested to have the dealership fix the issue the dealership started. Overall, GO TO THESE GUYS! Scott and Lauren are absolutely amazing!

Just, wow. You guys are the best. I appreciate all the effort you expended on my behalf to get my car back to me quickly and explain everything that was wrong. Also, thank you for helping me get the keys back that I left in the Uber. You made a extremely stressful situation more palatable. You have just earned yourself a loyal customer and I will gladly recommend you to anyone and everyone. Well done guys.

Always great service! You are told exactly what needs to be done and the price prior to work being performed. They also let you know if there are other potential issues for which you didn't specifically come in (past due oil change, tire sensor not working, etc) but there's no hard sell to do any additional work. I would definitely recommend!

Scott and Co are great! Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. Just look at all the other recommendations from locals; that speaks volumes and this review is no different. Highly recommend for a no fret, quality and trustworthy interaction in the automotive repair industry. Pricing is very fair too. The only ride you'll be taking is back in your vehicle.

Hands down the best shop in the area. Scott was able to fix our truck quickly and at last minute when he was already fully booked. Staff is so friendly and I would recommend this shop to anyone needing automotive work done to their vehicle!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for this company. I brought my Subaru in with a laundry list of problems and little faith for a solution. Scott and the team were able to fix everything and the car has not run this well in years. Honesty, integrity, and top of the line service and quality is how I would describe this business. Great shop the owner n help very nice people to deal with. They get your vehicle in when they say and even better get the job done when they tell you. Not like other places that keep you hanging for days. I highly recommend them.

A friend recommended Roxbury Automotive to us. All I can say is they are phenomenal. It is hard to find honest car repair businesses but they are. Extremely professional, don't rip you off, prices are so much more reasonable than any other place we looked into. Had to have spark plugs done several months ago and today a serpentine belt replaced. They are quick, the job is always done well with no issues and everyone there is super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.Service: General repairs

I was in the market for someone to take better care of my 2007 Ford Fusion after two bad experiences from a local Valvoline. That is when I found Roxbury Automotive, run by Mike and his wife Laura. They are AWESOME! They took my car in for an oil change, new wipers and new brakes, and they absolutely had it done in no time! They do not cut corners and they do 10x better of a job than your local dealership would do for you. I highly recommend them for any work needed for your vehicle. They have Saturday hours as well so that made it easier for me, with my busy schedule, to get there at my convenience.

Just visited Roxbury Automotive for the first time as a recommendation from my parents. They were excellent! The best customer service I ve ever received dealing with a mechanic shop. I felt comfortable and would trust them with all my auto repairs in the future. Highly recommend!

An honest and great mechanic with very fair prices! I was referred by a friend to Roxbury Automotive because there was a serious problem with my mom's car that the dealership denied after taking it three times. It wasn't until we took the car to Mike and his team that they were able to diagnose, repair, and resolve the issue for less much than what the dealership charged. Thank you all, you've got a bunch of new customers and we'll be sending you more.

I recently needed my head gasket replaced on my Subaru Baja and looked up local places who would be able to repair it. Roxbury automotive came up first so I decided to give them a call. They told me to bring it in and they would evaluate the job before working on it. Scheduled me a few days later. I bought it in, they quoted me a very fair price and I gave the go ahead. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. My car was fixed within a week of my first call to them and she's been running like a champ ever since. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there who needs work done. Honest, fair and efficient. Couldn't be happier!

Mike and his staff are the Best. I don't trust any other shop. He's very affordable and always willing to accommodate when possible. Finding a trustworthy shop is hard and I'll never bring my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks again Mike and crew

This is, without question, one of the most honest and trustworthy repair facilities I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Mike & Laura (and the rest of their staff) are awesome people and know the value of having a long-term relationship with their customers (which rarely exists in this day and age), and they treat you that way! We don't hesitate to bring any of our family vehicles to them for any maintenance and repairs they might need.

We have been taking our cars to Roxbury Automotive for over 20 years for one main reason-we can trust Mike and his crew to give a correct diagnosis and fix the issue the first time. We have never had to take a car back twice for the same reason. They are honest and will give you a very close estimate before they begin the work. If something is a simple fix, that is what they will do, not give you additional work that you do not need. they also inspect the cars for safety and possible needed items in the future, which is great when you have a 23 yearold daughter! We will continue to use Roxbury Auto as long as Mike and Laura own it!

Great experience. I Own a landscaping business, and every time I bring my truck to another shop it always returns with more issues. This shop is the best! My daughter's car broke down in Fort Lee and after a week of poking around we're no closer to a diagnosis. After it was towed to Roxbury, the diagnosis took 45 minutes and the repair took two days (they had to special order a part). The price was reasonable and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I've been a customer here for 5 years now and it's the only place I trust with keeping our cars in the best condition that they can be. I went recently for my routine oil change, and Mike (owner) heard this annoying rattling sound in my car. He fixed it with no questions asked and to top it off didn't even asked me to pay for it. A few years back, I was out Christmas shopping, go back to my truck and battery was dead, after getting it jump started, I drove and found Roxbury Automotive, it was a couple of minutes before 5pm, I went in and asked if they had a battery for my truck. Without hesitation they stayed late and put a new battery in for me, where they could have just as easily said they were closed, and I appreciated it. At that time I made the decision that they would take care of my truck from now on. And have enjoyed bringing my truck to them since, they are friendly, courteous and always have a smile, a finer group of people you can't find! Thank you for taking care of my truck.

We have been going to Roxbury Automotive for years. In fact this week both my husband and I were there for oil changes. My daughter had an air pressure light on in her car. Mike and his team helped her right away, discovered the light switch, and sent her on her way with no charge. You can t find that service just anywhere.

After failing inspection for check engine light oxygen sensor, which I'd already replaced, and repeated attempts at another shop to fix the check engine light problem, I took my 2004 Toyota Corolla to Roxbury Automotive. The car served me well over the years but what good was it if it couldn't pass inspection. Since the car ran great with the check engine light on, I took it to them as a final attempt at emissions repair before junking it. I am very glad I did! Staff there is courteous, highly skilled, fair and honest. Price for repair was reasonable and they got it right the first time. My car passed inspection and I can't thank them enough!

I have been going to Roxbury Auto for as long as I can remember. I hate bringing my cars to the dealer but sometimes you have to, like for a recall or warranty issue, etc. Many times over the years various dealers would tell me I need new brake pads or rotors or some other wearable because they're jerks who assume they can take advantage of me. So I'd bring it to Mike at Roxbury Auto, he'd check it out and he always told me the truth - and often times the truth was that those parts had thousands if not tens of thousands of miles left on them. He is knowledgeable, honest, pleasant, an excellent communicator and I have referred everyone I can to him because I trust him 100%. How many people can say that about their mechanic?!?! Laura and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and helpful. I selfishly hope they never retire because I love these guys and if they do I'm screwed - I don't know what I'm going to do with my vehicles after that. Maybe I'll just get a bike.

I need a new starter in my Silverado. Even though they were slammed they were still able to fit me in and get me my truck back the same day. Honest and reliable shop with great pricing. Would highly recommend.

I have known Mike all his life along with his beautiful wife, Laura. They are wonderful to work with and are always there for you. Laura is pleasant on the phone and always makes the time to speak with you. Mike and his crew do the best work. They have always taken care of our cars. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Luv these people.
