We were referred by our Insurance USAA. They did a great job on our Audi and finished 2 weeks early. They even dropped the car off at our house when we couldn t get there and took our rental back for us. Thanks again

Extremely disappointed. I've been to this body shop numerous times as a repeat customer. I took my car in for an estimate and through numerous follow-ups and "we're sending it today" responses ... I still have not been given an estimate for work to be done to my car.I'm looking somewhere else. If you can't take care of repeat customers, you lose them.

I would never recommend this auto body shop. I got into a rear end accident and My car did not have a check engine light before my accident. I explained this to the child that was working the desk. Mind you children run the front end with 0 customer service skills. I explained to 3 people that that check engine light was not on before my accident. I felt ignored so I reiterated my point that I don t just want my check engine light turned off I would like it to be checked out. When I get to the shop to pick up my car the light was off. 15 minutes later back on. I m taking it to my mechanic and getting an estimate for the repair. I hate that the insurance recommends this shop. Beware and read the reviews.

Body work looks good and was done quickly. Front staff would benefit from customer service training. Also, they have an automated service update system, but aside from the initial text I never received updates about the work.

This is my second time to this place. The first time I had an accident, it wasn't my fault. The repair took ten days. When I took the car, I found a scratch on the side of the door. I Complain about it to them, and they simply smeared it with a white liquid.The second time was recently, when my car stopped in New York and someone scratched it, and the insurance put me in the same place, and this time they didn't fix it perfectly and broke the plastic in my back light, and they insisted that I broke it. Why would I break my own car for no reason? The scratch wasn't fixed. I could still see it. and the managers attitude is so bad, its like i owe him hundreds of thousands of dollars. the end they stuck it on with glue .this place not recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to have a rust issue on our vehicle fixed. It s not cheap. But considering what C&L had to do and the great job they did, it is well worth the cost. I was updated by the service technician on what the estimated cost was going to be and when the time came to get our vehicle, I was promptly notified. Picked it up the next day and I'm happy. Now I can enjoy looking at our vehicle without that sore spot ruining the view. Great job to all the nice people at C&L in Kenvil.Service: Body & Trim

DON'T TRUST THEM, MONEY SCAMMERS! My insurance recommended to take my car to get fixed after i got a hit and run and it was supposed to take 2 weeks to complete the repair of the front bumper but it took them a month, they replaced my suspension which was fine before only to take money out of the insurance. They messed up my wheel after and I had to return to get it fixed right after leaving. I returned not even 5 min later because my window was cracked. This damage was not there before I gave it to them and they would not have any responsibility for this. Recently, we had a car auto body repair/repair done at C&L autobody in Kenvil, NJ. Their service from the beginning to the end was top-notch. The office personnel and the mechanics who worked were very professional and courteous. The office staff was extremely helpful in arranging to get the car parts as soon as possible from the vendor. There were continuous texts from the office updating at every stage of the repair. The day we received our car back it was a smooth process. I was rear ended and my trunk was demolished. The repairs took about a month and I was put in a rental immediately. Great customer service from beginning to end. My rear camera was defective and I had to bring my car back for repairs. Again smooth process. Overall great experience! The body work was amazing! I love my car so much and I can tell this company takes pride in what they do!

Upon referral from my daughter who was extremely pleased with the work C&L completed on her vehicle, I took my 2012 Honda Pilot to have some body work repairs at the Kenvil location. From start to finish, the staff was extremely kind and informative, the pricing was fair, and the work was done to perfection! My vehicle looked brand new again! I needed to get a repair/paint job on my bumper. I went to C & L and worked directly with the manager, Jerry. We got a great price, the work was wonderful and they were very flexible and worked with our schedule to pick up the car. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

After experiencing an Auto Accident, I chose C&L Auto Body as my servicer through Geico to get repairs. Initially I suffered auto body damage to my trunk and after a detailed review, Anthony assessed that the fuse to my battery had a major issue ! My car wouldn t start after repairs to a dead battery that was completely not covered in my original insurance quote. Anthony and full staff @ C & L has superior customer service! IF YOU ARE A WOMAN do not be afraid to be educated about your car repair experience. Anthony informed me about everything that needed to be done. He repaired the wires to my battery free of charge and ordered a fuse that was sold out until 2027! So far my experience has been terrible. It has started in Washington with a nice guy named Doc. I have no complaints there s. I was initially told it would be 2 weeks. I wasn t that happy with the answer but you have to do what you have to do. So i arrange for rides and I wait. April 29th I drop off the car. May 4th i get a message that the car has moved onto the next stage. Great. May 10th i get a text that the car has moved onto the next stage. Perfect. May 17th I text to ask if the car will be done. They text back saying no that it won t be done until the end of the week. I call my insurance to see what is going on. She speaks to c & l and they tell her they have not even started the painting process and they need a few more days. When 7 days prior i got a text stating the car would be in the paint booth that day. So instead of calling so i can make arrangements they just don t say anything and had no plan to say anything until i reached out. I ve hit a wall with them, my business is mobile and I need my car. Today i check the estimator and they added 6 more days. Bringing the total time with my car to a month no one reached out, no one offered to fix their mistake or do their due diligence by putting me in a rental NOTHING.I get it, things are busy. But communicate with your customer, be transparent with your customer.I m a business owner and service provider myself, things happen, but when you have someone s 2nd largest purchase in your possession for a month the least us consumers expect is communication so we can plan accordingly. C & L Auto Body of Kenvil, New Jersey epitomizes the ideal of a premium auto body business. The office personnel are extremely helpful and they treat you with sincerity, kindness and respect. They are led by a gentleman named Jerry, who is a consummate professional that keeps his word. If there is even the slightest thing you might be concerned about with your repair work, Jerry will ensure that you are completely satisfied before you leave their location. I was absolutely thrilled with the perfection of the repairs to my vehicle. This terrific work is handled by the folks that prepare your vehicle, the technicians, the painters, and the "finish personnel" . Was referred to C&L by my insurance company. On the day of my scheduled appointment I was in an out of the office which was wonderful considering how horrible of an ordeal getting into an accident can be. I was in and out within minutes, the staff was very friendly and proficient and to top it off Enterprise was also on site ready to go! How convenient is that?! I was kept informed throughout the entire process and they absolutely exceeded my expectations!!

This place is top notch. I slid on some ice and smacked into a wooden guard rail (car came with summer tires smh). I brought it to C&L and not only did they take care of my car, but they work closely with Enterprise so i was able to easily rent a car all in one swoop.I dropped my 2020 Subaru WRX off a few days before Christmas and received it a few days after New Year s. That s crazy! I cracked my front bumper, quarter panel, my rear door, scratched a wheel, and scratched my rear bumper. It was a lot of work and they did it over the holidays in a short period of time... and it even snowed! To top it all off Giselle at the front counter even stayed a few minutes late one day so i could pick up my car.10/10 would recommend to anyone.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I first took my car to C&L Aiuto Body in East Hanover but they couldn't fit me in until mid Februar . I've had my cars fixed by these guys before over the years and they did great work. So I checked around in early January 2019 and this Kenvil NJ location fit me in the next week. They worked with my Insurance Company Farmers and it took a little longer than expected but there was lots of unseen damage once they removed the bumper. I dont give many reviews but when I got my car back this week they not only fixed my car 100% to my expectations but the car was detailed inside and out. It was like getting my 2016 vehicle back in showroom condition. They kept me informed of the necessary delays all along the way, Giselle and Sandy, and others in the front office were a pleasure to deal with. Top to bottom this place deserves the 5 stars given. If ever needed again the C&L Aito Body Shop in Kenvil NJ will certainly get my busines . Thanks to all. Tom Florham Park, N .

The office staff was very accommodating since I am one of those people that needed contact free service. This was First time using this business. I have no concerns about using them again, but hope I don t have to.

C & L came as a recommended shop by our insurance company after I was sideswiped almost two years ago. Turn around time was very fast for the amount of work being done and at the time I thought they had done a great job. Everything looked to be in order and the way it should have been, but after about 6 months I started seeing signs they had cheaped out. A trim panel was the first to go, falling off and leaving a big hole to the inside of the door behind my driver side rear window. Next the rear door started making rattling noises which ended up being from a loose screw that had fallen out inside. Most recently while making other repairs found that one of the interior trim panels on the side that was sideswiped had been glued on instead of being replaced after the mounting clips were broken off. Absolutely no interior was damaged during the accident, so this means they broke it while working on the car and epoxied it back in place rather than replace it on their dime as they should have. I don't give one star reviews often, but I can not suggest using this Auto Body shop at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Awesome job done and very fast!! Great work and Staff is very friendly, paperwork was a minimal and everything was explained perfectly... ABSOLUTELY LOVED the detailing on the car inside and out...it made me smile from ear to ear!! It was a perfect job done!! Thank you so much! I would recommend you all the time!!

They did a great job, and they make the process as easy as it can be. Insurance adjuster is there, enterprise drops and picks up the rental from the shop. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday and had it back on Friday. Best scenario for a bad situation.

I would like to recommend C&L Auto Body to anyone needing work done above all other body shops. The staff is very caring, concerned especially Jerry the owner who greets you with a smile and always goes the extra mile. The service is wonderful, I would never go anywhere else.Bottom line the work is impecable and its always guaranteed.

This comment is about the previous repair that I have gotten done at your shop.I noticed that the panel wasn't properly tightened the last time and you can clearly see the difference, when compared with the side that wasn't worked On.Because I noticed it after I picked up the car last time, I just let it slide.I got an opportunity again to visit you guys because of this recent incident, so I decided to bring this up to the rep.And instead of listening to me, he started chalking up stories that I have been hit again and thats why its like that, because there was a tiny Smudge in the middle, so far away from the actual problem.The problem is that he persisted almost to the point of being rude and he doesn t want consider that that tiny smudge in the middle could he because of loading groceries.Such an entire interaction leaves a customer really high and dry that you claim to provide warranty but in reality you have these highly unprofessional reps fighting tooth and nail to not to listen to your customer.Please be assured that I am going to take my business elsewhere if there is ever a next time.

DO NOT EVER GET your vehicle's repaired or towed to C&L....after having a accident, my car was towed to C&L by their towing company. While my car was in C & L possession they damaged my right quarter panel and rear bumper causing an additional $1,500 in damage. Numerous phone calls were made to C&L and got no response. Their actions show their Integrity. Caused more damage to a vehicle and make no attempt rectify the situation. So be aware . The SHOP IS called Cheaters and Liars.... how very fitting!!
