I made this appointment in October with my last service and totally forgot about it. Lauren contacted me as a reminder about my oil change and to check if I needed anything else for the upcoming appointment. I was over for my oil so she bumped the appointment up a week (Lauren is a god-send in doing the thinking for me) and got my Civic serviced before the snow storm. Shawn was the tech and he got everything up to spec again- he even found and replaced the fog light that had burnt out that I didn't know about. The price was $15 under what I was quoted, which makes me happy! Driving for the last couple days, it feels better than what I remember in the snow. I trust this team- they know what's going on with my car (and me and my dog) and what I expect to get from my car. A good mechanic shop and a good accountant is what I need, and Auto-Magic is the best shop I've ever had. Thank you for everything!

I brought my daughters car for service, 2010 mini cooper ,They didn t fix the problem also they did an oil change, and just find out that oil plug was loose so there s oil everywhere, also they ate the tread of the plug wt power tools won t ever be back.

I would like to start off by saying that Automotive Magic is the best mechanic shop I ever been to, they took care of my baby like it was a Lamborghini. That has been my problem with other mechanics they never diagnosed my car like they wanted to fix the problems afterwards. I would have never known my car had all these problems with any other place. All I ask for is honesty and professionalism that's what I received at Automotive Magic, they did a fantastic job with my car, she's riding like new. The prices were shocking at first but it wasn't their fault so many things needed fixing, she's a older car and it was mostly wear and tear . Worth keeping. Thank you guys for all your hardwork and detailed process. I could go on more but I think you guys get the picture. I totally recommend if you're serious about fixing your car.

My Jeep Wrangler needed a new head gasket and manifold. Ben and the team provided first class service from the time I called for an appointment, to the day of pickup. They are friendly, communicate with updates and genuinely treat you like they want your business. My Jeep is running like new again. Thanks Automotive Magic!

I cannot help noticing how superior Automotive Magic is when compared with other auto services organizations. Shawn leads a very qualified team - they really know what they are doing...and very importantly this group can be TRUSTED...highest integrity begins with Shawn and is demonstrated throughout. Yesterday they not only fixed the problem with my Jeep but saved me a LOT of money by identifying a simpler yet effective solution to the issue at hand. Always a very happy surprise - Automotive Magic leaves the interior of your auto looking like new...much better than when you took it into them...kudos to Adam on an interior to smile about. Brought the car in for a 100,000 mile service as well as a shake I had at highway speed. Authorized some work and found some line items that I didn't need on the bill. When I double checked some of those line items they were not completed. My concern was that if they are not detail oriented enough to notice the small things, than why or how could I trust the larger repairs to be done with anymore care.UPDATE: I was called by owner and the details of my issues were reviewed. A plan was put in place to correct an understandable issue. Things do happen and the response to those issues is what matters, Sean made the effort to correct them. I have found my repair center. My 2013 SmartCar needed an alternator and belt. Steven and company replaced them, as well as a seized tensioner, and the water pump belt that needed addressing. On top of that they noticed the front tires I had recently purchased and had mounted were mounted incorrectly and remounted and balanced them without charge. THAT is some old school customer service right there. My car runs like a dream. Great stuff!

I am hard to please and very picky. Shawn and his staff operate on a higher level of service then you will find at other mechanics. What a great place! Every worker there was so helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things. They even gave me a follow up call a week or so after to make sure we were satisfied! That's good customer service right there. They did a great job with our car and I don't think we will trust anyone else from here on out. Bonus points for the fact that they donated to our local Breast Cancer fundraiser AAANNNDDD the owner (I think it was one of the owners... if not it was a manager) spent the whole day at the fundraiser in the kitchen flipping pancakes. Class act all around!

Ben and Brendan O. did a great job inspecting my vehicle. They sent me a very thorough report in a timely manner.When I returned to pick up my car, Ben explained all suggested repairs/maintenance and organized them from top priority to least concern. He was very polite and made sure all my questions were answered.This was the first time I felt comfortable getting my car serviced. I highly recommend Automotive Magic.

Was recommended to Automotive Magic by my employer who uses them for the company vans. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and spend the entire hour of my lunch break there while they looked at my truck on a lift. They take down my number and say they'll call with estimate. A week later no call so I get an estimate from another guy who doesn't even need to get it on a lift to see the issue and gives me an estimate within 2 minutes. I wait another week to see if AM will call me back but no call. I go with the other guy and estimate was exact, repair was done quickly. Almost a year later Automotive Magic still has not called me with the estimate.

Absolutely the right place to bring your vehicle. Full transparency and trustworthy guidance on repairs that are urgent and safety critical versus ones that can wait. Outstanding service, they did not hesitate to send someone to help me when I was broken down on the side of the road. Everything is so easy. They provide detailed reports and reminders emailed for services needed. Everyone is great there but shout out to Ben and Tyler, they are ROCKSTARS!

I almost didn't move forward with the work because of sticker shock and bad experiences with multiple mechanics, but wow am I glad I did. This place gets it, service and professionalism is how to win and keep customers. When I saw the level of detail on the mechanic intial inspection work report with pictures and prices, it built trust and confidence. The work was done on time they even followed up a week later to check in and 2 weeks later a thank you gift. Plus more importantly my car is running great and the work has a warranty. My wife and I chose this business solely based on the Google reviews. I'm glad to see our neighbors didn't disappoint with their reviews and neither did Automotive Magic! We had our Nissan Murano sent in for an oil change, tire rotation and engine filter replacement. These guys were great! Very professional and courteous. I love their automated information system they have in place for scheduling appointments and receiving updates. VERY NICE! All work was done the same day and on budget. We'll be back again and it's nice to know where the go-to place will be for all of our automotive needs.

I've been taking my truck here for years, they're great. I've always been happy with the work and people. Steve always takes care of me and my truck, this last visit they got my truck back to me very quickly so I didn't have to cancel a planned trip. Got an excellent price on a used car that was in excellent condition.Shawn the owner dealt with my wife and I directly. He answered all of are "laymen" questions, never losing his patience.The car he sold me was 10 years old Subaru. It is the best car I have ever owned. I am 50 years old and have own new cars.The old Subaru is the best. I can't wait for the winter so I plow through the snow on the hills in Hopatcong.

My brother recommended I come here for some issues with my car. Shawn (the owner) and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me from start to finish. He put the car on the lift and showed me piece by piece how things work! They also drive you to where you need to go within a five mile range. Top quality service and great customer service is what this place is all about!

"Local" shop that recently had a Grand Opening - thought I'd give them a try...My vehicle was sluggish when hitting the gas pedal. They recommended a differential/transfer case fluid change. The work Automotive Magic does is quality. I appreciate the diagnostics informing clients of what needs to be done presently, and what to expect in the future. The waiting area is clean. Customers do not need to fear using the restroom if they need to wait for any amount of time. We have had the opportunity to live in Atlanta, Miami, New Jersey, etc. due to career moves. Needless to say we have experience working with various auto shops to service our vehicles. Never, I mean NEVER, have we experienced the above and beyond customer care service Automotive Magic provides. They truly care for their clientele and how they represent the business. High praise to Shawn, Steve, Nicole, Danielle, and the rest of the Automotive Magic team for your service.

Outstanding service every time I have been there. This place came highly recommended from friends. The front office is very professional. They send you all of the issues they find with your car on an app that includes pictures and descriptions. Went there for a front wheel alignment not too long ago for my Nissan Sentra. Nothing major. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and a handshake which instantly made a great impression. Waiting area is comfortable. The price for the alignment was comparable to local shops and included a free multi-point inspection. Alignment came out perfect and that's all I needed done. Brian appreciated me bringing my car there for service and gave me two referral cards (gives a friend a discount, gives you a reward for referring), as well as a handwritten thank-you card in the mail a couple weeks later. By far the best experience I've had when it comes to car shops. Highly recommended, honest and welcoming people.

I was having issues with my vehicle in reverse. I brought the car to them and after diagnosing my vehicle they found that the transmission needed replacing. They informed me that the trans was most likley covered under the vehicle warranty and I should bring it to the dealer. They were right and saved me alot of money. If they told me we need to replace the trans (no warranty) I would have hired them to do it. Instead, they were more concerned about doing the right thing than taking advantage of a situation to make money. These guys are honest and reliable. With all of the years of experience I have doing going to various Auto repair centers;It is without a doubt, Brian and his team are awesome! They go the extra mile to take care of my cars. Before I even took my cars to them; I asked for recommendation from friends. Everyone said the same. "If your new car no longer has a maintenance plan with the dealer then go to Automotive magic! They are the best place to bring your car to!"I cannot tell you how true that is. Our 2010 Toyota Corolla and '08 Mazda CX9 comes back in tip top shape! As if they are ready to be sold to a new owner. They are completely upfront and honest with you. Never will they perform work on your vehicle without speaking to you first.They are a hidden Gem!

Honesty is rare to come by in the auto repair industry. I've been going to Shawn at Automotive Magic for a few years now and it has been a pleasure. When you speak to anyone in his shop they are straight forward on what needs to be fixed right away or what you can plan for in the future. I have no issues recommending them to friends, family, and complete strangers. Keep it up!
