I would give half a star, if possible ..my husband came to have his seat work done..we were guided to Matthew, who didn't care to bother with helping us..he tried to pass us along. The service and professionalism of this place is awful. Look elsewhere

I used Bergen Seating (aka union county seating) to cover seats in a bus because a friend of mine told me they don t charge a lot. I now know why! They gave me a quote of $900 and promised the seats would be ready by the deadline I needed them by which was reasonable (3 weeks). They called me 2 weeks later at said they underestimated the job and needed $800 more than they originally asked for. I agreed to pay them $500 more because Nancy, who is very nice and helpful, was the person who made the mistake and they had me in a bad spot because I was under pressure to get the job done. The seats were delivered 3/4 sewn (not completed) and 9 out of 14 seats had the plastic attachments sewn on backwards. One seat had a hole in it as well. I had to pay someone else to finish sewing the seats and reverse the plastic attachments. I contacted Nancy about the issues and she admitted the entire job was rushed and apologized but Bruce had to approve any discounts or refunds and also warned me he is not an easy person to deal with. Nancy was right. Bruce was unreasonable and nothing but nasty with me. I gave Bruce multiple opportunities to make this right. The nicer I was, the more nasty and aggressive he became. I try not to post negative reviews because lets face it ..everyone makes mistakes. Most companies will make it right in the end. Not Bruce and Union County Seating (aka Bergen Seating). Here I am months later finally feeling it necessary to warn the public to stay far away from this company. This is my first negative review I have ever posted on the internet.
