First off, If I could thousand stars to Erica in the main office I would, she was very nice and polite and extremely helpful and she went over and beyond to help me in anyway she could regarding my appointments.Matthew was exceptional to deal with at the Kenilworth location, he was very helpful and very patient in the process of me learning the device. He was very professional and polite as well.Both of these employees are a huge asset to your company.Thank you both for everything!

Mike was so wonderful with this entire experience. He made sure he explained the entire process I'd the interlock device to us and answered all our questions. He gave us suggestions as well for obtaining an interlock liscense and how the process worked. Mike remember is each time we came back for service and was always a joy to deal with. Chris at the Kenilworth office is top quality in so many ways. Included are his efficiency, knowledge, graciousness, patience and quick resolution to my problem. They made for a smooth customer experience. I ve enjoyed similar experiences on the phone with supervisors. Thank you!

As much as an inconvenience the process by law is, the kenilworth guys were pleasant to work with as well as the customer service representatives by phone. As far as the experience goes they were great and made my almost 6 months relatively painless.

I had a positive experience with this company. They are flexible with appointments as well as rescheduling. The staff is friendly andnon-judgemental. Monthly service is efficient and quick.

The guys at the Kenilworth place Anthony & Juan are always nice and respectable to me. Even when I miss my appointment day or time they always find a way to squeeze me in.Keep up the good work guys.

Had interlock for six months interlock device functioned perfectly. The service was very great and I never had a problem. Juan did my interlock and removal and was very fast and precise. Five stars!

Mike G. Was great. Went in for information and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail. I am longer worried about having to get this device. The best part was he didnt judge me.

My experience with the interlock company was great at the Kenilworth location . I had the device in my car for 13 months & overtime time Juan & Anthony were both very helpful . I definitely recommend the Kenilworth location to anyone who unfounetelly has to use this device.

Had to bring my car to a mechanic for emergency service on a saturday. Interlock couldn't provide a code for the mechanic to work on the car until Monday. Huge BS!
