Finally a real professional automotive shop. I have spent over a decade trying to find a shop with knowledgeable, professional automotive technicians that have a passion for what they do. AZP is doing everything right and every shop in the state should take a page out of their book. As a former technician It has been impossible to find a shop that can perform even simple repairs and maintenance without destroying my car or wallet. Thank you AZP you have a client for life I can safely recommend you to my friends and family.

Mike from AZP was literally the only person in the country that was able to piece together a set of Pirelli snow tires for my R8's stock wheels. I'm really a particular person about where I have work done on my baby and knew I was in good hands when I arrived for my 4 pm appointment (love a place that schedules appointments and confirms them ahead of time!) and the guys were working on the steering rack on a 2009 Corvette Zr1. After we talked cars for a few minutes they grabbed my wheels, hooked them up to a BRAND new machine that automates 90% of the process and swapped out all four in no time. I have honestly never seen a machine swap out 19 inch, 295 tires on and off so easily. I will definitely be using them for all my tire and alignment needs going forward.

I moved to the area from the Boston area, and was looking for a new shop, and couldn't be more satisfied. My '07 Subaru WRX wagon was there a while going through a major service and a minor upgrade, and the communication over email was excellent. Thanks Calvin and Mike for making a big repair/upgrade bill a little less bitter! You do great work!

Great experience with Mike and his team. I have a 2021 Mx-5 and they put Flyin' Miata swaybars and a Mesiter R coil over suspension on the car. The car handles like a go kart without negatively effecting the daily drivability. Price was very fair with no surprises. Service was outstanding - excellent followups, detailed explananations and they did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. After letting the car settle in for 500 miles I took it back and Jake, the suspension tuning specialist, set the wheel height and the alignment. I just couldn't be happier with the way the car handles. I let them do an oil change and will go to them for all maintenance going forward as they know the products I should be using for the way I drive my car. Next up is a roll bar over the winter so I can add track days at NJ Motorsports Park to my autocrossing. I brought my 2013 STI in for an alignment because I put coilovers on and couldn't get it serviced locally because it was to low the service provided was perfect and they gave me food for the ride home I will be returning in the future great shop and mechanics definitely went above and beyond

What can I say about AZP that hasn't been said before? I've been getting my cars serviced here for 10 years, and they always do right by me. Their prices are great, their work is clean, and they always go above and beyond for their customers. AZP Installs knows Subarus inside and out, and if you've got a Subaru, you have to get it serviced by these gents.**UPDATE - they service pretty much everything else on wheels!

Amazing staff and amazing owner(s). I have pretty unreasonable standards and AZP exceeds them every time. They are passionate about Subaru BRZ platform, take pride in their work, and have got me out of a bind multiple times. I love these guys. Been going to them since 2006. Even after I replaced my STI with a ho-hum Mazda, I still make the annual pilgrimage to Kenilworth over driving a few blocks to that absolute rip-off of a dealer.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely fantastic alignment on my Impreza. Alex, Gabe, and Susan were great. None of the BS that you find at the dealerships or even other shops. They talk to you like real car people and even told me to test drive my car afterwards to make sure everything was good. Great shop, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They helped me out in a pinch when a dealer suggested my car had a much more serious problem than it actually did. Since then, they've completely won my business. Very good about suggesting needed maintenance, repairs or mods. Easy to make an appointment via email, just need a little advance notice. I'll continue to make the 40min drive to have piece of mind that my Subaru is in good hands.

Went for routine maint on my 19 Subaru Outback 3.6 and had a great experience. Dropped my car off in the morning and was done by mid day. Much better than going to the Subaru dealer, and they offer a first responder discount which is something I appreciate. These guys are the best in the business. I used to get nervous when I droppped my Subaru off at the mechanic, but things changed after AZP was recommended to me. I am fully confident in their work, which is based upon their knowledge and experience. I've been taking my Subaru to their shop for years and will continue to do so - because they keep it running strong. They have done all my major maintenance and repairs and I've never been disappointed.

AZP is the Best Auto Repair Shop I've ever go to.Their highly knowledgeable especially in Subaru's their friendly and reliable.For my subi I'm really picky when it comes to Repair shops because almost all of them they just scum you with those unnecessary repairs but here @AZP I feel at eased bringing my subi for any repairs they did my clutch and my car runs excellent and I have a little knowledge of mechanic so I know that this guy's @ AZP only tell you what really needs repair and they only get their parts directly to the dealerships not aftermarket once for me I highly recommend this shop thank you guys for doing a great job!Specially to Alex who have given me some good recommendations on what I need to do for my subi also Mike and Susan who done a great job answering all my questions.Thank you so much guys for doing a great job!Guaranteed to come back for all services that needs to be done in the future.

First time customer of AZP and I'm very satisfied. Their work, professionalism, and communication are all excellent. I have a 2012 STi hatch and they installed a 2015+ STi rack, did a timing belt service, replaced a leaky valve cover gasket, did trans and rear diff service, and a full alignment. Definitely going back to these guys for future work. I highly recommend Mike, Gabe, and the team at AZP.

The staff at AZP collectively made my experience here a good one. Scheduled an appointment with my 16 WRX for an OEM tire mount and balance, RCE spring install and an alignment. I put the aftermarket lower control arms on myself before the recommended 500 mile follow up alignment. My advice would be to let them do the control arm install on site before they do the follow up alignment. All the work was done with a quick turn around time. All the quotes were thoroughly explained in detail. Im very happy with the results of the work. I dealt mostly with Susan and Mike and they were great. I'll definitely be coming here for work in the future.

Great experience with the AZP Installs crew. From start to completion of all work on my car I was extremely impressed with AZP. Adam and Rey are knowledgeable Subaru car fanatics dedicated to providing top notch quality and service to their customers. Their obsession to detail is bar none! I will definitely return for all of my future car needs.

This place is beyond excellent. Very clear pricing, with nearly all of it on the website before you even walk in. Very smart, well informed guys who know everything about Subarus.They worked on a few repairs on my 2005 Subaru Outback H6 and gave it a high mileage service and did a brilliant job. Car came out running perfectly, and the guys even marked down the initial estimate after recommending not to do some unnecessary work.You need to book your appointment significantly in advance to get any serious work done, which requires some planning. However, the fact that for many tasks you can sit and wait whilst the work done more than makes this practical.I drove from Brooklyn, NY to get the work done and would again.

They were great! Very helpful and definitely knew what they were talking about in terms of suspension and lift kits and coil overs. They did a great job guiding me and recommending the proper ideas for a proper lift to my Subaru wrx hatchback. They do have reasonable prices as well. The only reason I gave them one star less was because I order coil overs and tires from on my own. Had AZP install them, and they found out that one of the parts I ordered didnt not fit..they told me to bring it back until i have the right part. In the end they gave me the parts back and replaced the stock parts back on. Reasonable...but then they charged me the full price as if everything was installed. They didn't chop the price or change the price. It was the full service charge as if it were to be installed.. I understand it was the other companies fault for not giving the correct part, but I wish they hadn't charged me the full price for that

Went to AZP for a J-Pipe and CAI installation for my WRX about two weeks ago and the service was top notch. They were mega friendly and fielded all my noob questions without hesitation and gave me their honest opinions on what I expect for the car. AZP is the definition of a grassroots shop. I will not take my Subaru anywhere else. I have even taken my other, non-Subaru cars here for service because they are honest, fair, and do good work. I trust them with upgrades to my Subaru as well as regular maintenance on it & other cars. Once you find a good auto shop, don't go anywhere else!They are also very flexible with hours and drop offs so that works really well with my work schedule.

I am typically not one to trust many shops with my cars, After reading reviews and asking around i decided to have AZP do some work for me that I did not feel comfortable doing myself. Mike worked with me on an issue that i feel many shops would not have. After letting another mechanic work on my car who will remain unmentioned, I was left with an unfinished, unprofessional job. I had reached out to Mike via email and Mike was able to work with me and get me in to have to done correctly and properly. Mike worked with me with my busy work schedule and even offered to drive me home back to Staten Island where I live being that he is also from near where I live. You will not get that from any other shop. If you want a shop that is going to cut corners to save your pockets some change, don t come here. If you want a hack job, don t come here. If you care about your car and want to feel comfortable knowing that it is in good hands and will be done preoperly the first time, I highly recommend AZP. Emails were answered quickly, staff was nice and sensible. Upon picking my car up I had long conversation with the guys just about car talk. It doesn t feel like your average shop with miserable workers who are not interested in your car and your business. Thanks again Mike and the rest of the guys at AZP.

I live 40min from this garage, but it is worth my time and money. You can come here for simple staff like tire mounting- balancing (not so simple if done right) to complete engine diagnostic and repair. These guys specialize in Subaru but would also work on other makes/models. You are in good hands here.

Got a new clutch for my 2016 WRX at AZP, prices were amazing and service was also amazing! Mike is a great guy to deal with, one of the techs even made me aware of another issue with my vehicle and how it can be corrected !

Very professional, friendly and meticulous with all the work, from the office to the shop. This place is known as a Subaru shop but even though my car was not one they were still able to take care of all the issues I had and keep me updated and informed throughout the whole process.

Awesome shop. Polite, knowledgeable and will talk to you like car people not like you're just a customer. Gave me a really good alignment that feels solid and got a great wheel balance too. They scraped off the dust crud that was built up so the weights stuck on the wheels good. Even replaced my missing valve stem covers that I've been meaning to take care of. Car is smooth at butter now.

Im posting a little late, but I needed to find their info for vehicle service, and figured I mention my great experience. I came to AZP a few months ago because I was looking for Subaru Experts. AZP runs a full diagnostic on your vehicle, which is pricey, but fair and expected for the type of work that they do. I opted for a basic checkup because there was a weird noise coming from my car. I couldnt afford it at the time so i chose to focus on my main concern. The owner is so nice as well as one of his mechanics. The process took about 30 mins, and he took my car for a drive and said he didnt notice the noise I was hearing. He also mentioned that he tightened my steering which was very off, and took the extra air out of my tires which is hazardous. I said how much do I owe you? The manager said its ok you're good to go! That was so kind of them! I will definitely be back here again to service my vehicle before the winter. Subarus are known for being really great cars and I love that they know the car inside and out to keep it running its best.

Brought a pair of KW V3 coilovers and was looking for a mechanic to install these. Contacted MINHS Automotive on 3rd Ave in Brooklyn, NY and they refused to install it for me because I didn't order it thru them. Found AZP Install thru google and I couldn't be happier with their service. Contacted them and asked if they would install a pair of coilovers that I brought and they said "No problem" They quoted me a price, answered any question that I had and took 2 days to complete. It was a longer commute from NY to NJ but worth it. Very happy with their service. Highly recommended.Service: Steering & suspension repair
