I had a camera installed by Auto Action Technologies a few months ago and the job was done amazingly well, not to mention the great customer service that I'd received! I was greeted by Joe, who took the time to explain all of the work that would be done to install my new camera. I obtained a rental from Auto Action while my work was being done, which made the overall experience so much better.Fast forward to April 2024... because of a minor car accident, I lost my camera, but the housing for the camera remained intact. Luckily, for me, I was able to call Auto Action Technologies and have the camera replaced without any issues and too much expense. I appreciate the time that both Joe and Junior took to explain the whole process to get my issue resolved. All done with extreme professionalism. I love this place and will be back!!!

I was looking for a one stop-shop to customize my Dodge Charger. I wanted multiple services, including tints, hood wrap with a special design, painted brake calipers and additional designs specific for my vehicle. I was fortunate to find Auto Action, who offered all the services. I was impressed not only with their facility and quality of work, but also their responsiveness and communication. I emailed Auto Action to get a quote for some interior lighting and tint. Lia responded to the email promptly and was able to send me over a quote and get me an appointment scheduled within two emails. Everything was thoroughly explained over email. On install day, everything was completed perfectly and my quote was matched exactly as sent over. Will definitely be a repeat customer here for all my vehicles.

i had my hitch and wiring done and Lia was very helpful to be sure that I got the hitch that my company needed for my vehicle. She assured me that it was right and scheduled it once the piece came in. It took just a morning to complete and I did not even need the loaner car she arranged for me. I was very impressed and would recommend Auto Action and Lia to anyone needing after market updates on their vehicle.

Where do I even begin! A friend recommended me to Auto action after he got his truck interior done. I decided to stop by and boy am I glad I did. I was greeted by Joe, a man who was completely excited as I was to get custom interior done. He broke down the pros and cons of different patterns and materials which made it a much easier decision to make. He was completely empathetic and answered every question I had. He showed me a bunch of patterns and colors. The special order took a week and instillation was a few days after it arrived. My expectations were blown out of the water after seeing them installed. I absolutely love how my custom interior came out. I get compliments everywhere I go. 5 stars to Joe and the team over at Auto Action Group. Will definitely come back for more work in the future.

I had a great experience with auto action. My car was purchased in 2018 and they did the sunroof for the dealership. Last month my sunroof was leaking. When I went to them to fix the problem , They knew I was stressed. The manager not only fixed my sunroof they gave me a discount that I felt was fair. I definitely recommend auto action for your sunroof and other needs . They not only do great work, they are very fair as well. Thanks auto action ..

I got my front door windows tinted and they look fantastic. Wanted the fronts to match the rears and they nailed it perfectly. Their waiting area is also really nice and comfortable. Highly recommend if you're in North Jersey and need customization done to your vehicle.

I must say I was very impressed with Auto Action Group. They were very professional and accommodating. Their facilites was state of the art, their offices were like walking into a high end NYC corporate office. Very clean and inviting. Very happy with my custom seats for my Rubicon Jeep Wrangler JK. Highly recommend them (Speak to Shane; he was very helpful in picking the design and process)

My Katzkin seats for my RAM 1500 came out better than I could have imagined. Jocelyn was wonderful to work with and always kept me informed of the progress. The install team did an awesome job and were able to place the heated seat switches where I wanted them. AAG was well worth the drive to get this done!

I want to thank Sean and his team good Action Auto Group for a job well done.Sean is one of the best salesman I ever met. I came in initially for leather seats and walked out with almost every product they sold.In addition to being a great salesman he was also very good with customer service and followed up when I had problems or needed help.I definitely recommend Action Auto Group to anyone looking for good value at a good price.

Went to them to get Llumar Stratos tint done on my car. First time I went there I found a lot of dust trapped in all windows. Some were severe with 20+ dust spots and some where less severe with 5+ dust spots. Aside from that, I also found scratches on the tint on almost every window and one window wasn't even aligned correctly and had light coming through. They redid tint, but some windows that had scratches on the tint they missed and did not redo. Other windows still had dust spots, and almost every window they redone still had scratches on the film. Worse part I found scratches on the inside paint/plastics of the car and damaged weather sealing. Pictures with finger is the first attempt, yellow circle is second attempt. Only a small part of the issues were photographed. Out of the two attempts there was only 1 window out of the 7 they did that was acceptable. They are Llumar Select Pro installers and claim to do a lot of high-end cars and Teslas without any issues. Not sure why my Toyota was an issue then. There solution was to give them a 3rd chance to get this right and that the damages to the car were "marks" and that they gave me such a nice loaner car so I should risk having them "mark" my car more on the 3rd try.

This is a 5 star company. Had a Bakflip G2 tonneau cover installed on my new Ford Maverick truck. The work was done quickly, expertly and at a great price. The tech took the time to explain how it worked and check that it was completed to my satisfaction. Joe Cardinale is terrific and will guarantee you are happy with the work his guys do. Highly recommend this company for all your after-market needs. You won't regret it. Next up a spray in liner. JB

These folks are white-glove. I was given ceramic tints for my birthday. They did a beautiful job, and were very attentive during both the drop-off and the pickup.I love their work, high quality, professional, and very good looking work!Thank you!

Auto Action installed my remote starter in December 2021. Their waiting area is very clean and the staff was very friendly & polite. Then in June 2022, my car battery died. I replaced it and the battery died again the next day. Per the dealership, something was draining the battery. After months of trying to figure it out, including going to Auto Action twice to have them double-check that the remote starter wasn't causing the problem, the dealership determined that my remote starter was not installed properly and was draining my battery. Prior to diagnosing and fixing the problem, I had my car jump started 10 times, had to run my car for 30 minutes twice per day for months, stressed out over having a now unreliable 2-yr old car, then periodically rented a car. My car was in the dealership for months as it was being diagnosed and fixed. I was also making car note and insurance payments for a car that I didn't have. Though the car battery hasn't for a few months however I still have some lingering problems with the car's electronics.I contacted Auto Action on 03/10/2023 and spoke with the owner, Joe Cardinale, who offered to reimburse me for the cost of the battery only. I explained to him everything that I had been through for the past 9+ months. He said that he would investigate and call me back on 03/13/2023. He did not. Since then, I have left 4 messages for him but he hasn't returned any of them. Honestly, I don't know what is a fair resolution however I do know that Auto Action was at fault for the problem and the anguish that I went through. Auto Action's incompetence messed up my car's battery and electronics, they did not apologize and they are not taking full responsibility. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered some leather seats from Katzkin and selected Auto Action Technologies to install them.It was one of the best decisions which I have ever made. Not only did they do an amazing job installing the seats but they also repaired an issue which I had with my driver's side cushion shield without asking me at no extra charge as part of the service.

I never post reviews. But this is a must. Customer service is excellent. I only needed to replace the remote starters of my Honda Pilot. KENNY took care of the job in a matter of minutes. The fact that a very small job was handled as if it was the most important thing for Auto Action (obviously is an important thing for me) has made me a customer for life and I'll recommend this location to all my friends. I look forward to the detailing work on my vehicle.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I rarely write reviews, but these guys did an A+ job installing an Alpine head unit in my SL55. It was not a straight swap as I originally expected. Joe patiently researched and sourced the appropriate conversion kit which 3 other installers could not figure out, and Junior did a perfect install! In my opinion, their pricing is very fair for an outstanding result!

I drove from out of state to have my tacoma get tint and PPF because of the level of care they provided in taking care of my needs over the phone. Now that I've picked my truck up after the work was completed I would not have wanted to take my vehicle anywhere else!

I had heated seats installed in my wife s Camry and we couldn t be happier. During discovery, Shane was very helpful and promptly answered all the questions I had, via multiple emails. I dropped the car off expecting it to be there over night and was surprised to get a call the same day that it was complete. Auto Action Group was professional and did a great job! I definitely recommend them.

Stay far away from these scam artists! I brought my new Tahoe here as it was a dealership recommendation since the luxury package was not available to be added to my new build. I wish I hadn t. There were to install, to factory standards, blind spot detection and rear camera cross traffic detection. Upon picking up my vehicle, I realized I was scammed! They installed a $75 Amazon product, requiring them to drill holes into my vehicle, not replace my mirror as I was told. It s not to factor standard. The product malfunctions non stop. It doesn t even pick up a tractor trailer next to me. Somehow I m supposed to trust it to pick up a motorcyclist or pedestrian. The back up detection is non existent. I explained to Karen that it wasn t working correctly. She sent a team to pick my vehicle up and recalibrate it. No change to the back up camera and no change to the blind spot detection. I made her aware and that s when she became defensive saying that it worked properly and would have Pat the manager reach out. That never happened! It s been over a week and no contact from anyone. They got paid and I did not get what I paid for. When I reached out after a week, they pushed blame on the dealership. They will take 0 responsibility for their products or actions. Stay far away from these con artists.

I was charged 180 dollars for two windows on my Lexus then was told my window was not under warranty. I paid 200 on my last car which was a Honda for all 5 windows. My driver side car window has a crack in it and they are staying they can t replace the window tint. False advertisement. I was a loyal customer but I will not be returning for future services.

I contacted them through their website looking to have the front windows tinted to match the rest of the factory tint on my 2020 Blazer. Joe reached out to me within the same day, simple pleasant conversation, and was able to set up an appointment for the week after. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Joycelyn who was very personable and professional. One of their guys went out to my vehicle and did a walk-around then took her to get her new shades. Since I stayed while the work was being done, Joycelyn directed me to the waiting area that had a TV, fat book of rims to look through, and very odd looking chairs that ended up being extremely comfortable to the point where a few head nods slipped in lol. Joycelyn also made it a point to check in time to time just to see if I needed anything which was very nice of her. When everything was done I went out to look it over and Joycelyn went over the "dos/don'ts" for the coming days. Even though I know not to roll down the windows for few days I appreciate the reminder tape over the buttons because sometime muscle memory jumps ahead of the brain. All in all, this took place a couple of weeks ago and I waited to review just to make sure everything went well with the tint especially since it's the cooler months. I couldn't be happier with job done... clean work and looks great. I also couldn't be happier with the customer service I received as well. Not only am I recommending them but I will also be back in the future for some more work since they offer a multitude of services to make your baby unique. Thank you guys, pics will follow soon.

Jocelyn was especially helpful in the process: on top of her game, personable and detailed!! don't hesitate to choose Auto Action Group for service! From the moment I walked in, the positive experience began. The greeting was professional and courteous. Since I live an hour and a half away, I waited to have the remote starter installed. The office is wonderfully decorated and comfortable, making the time spent there enjoyable. Everyone I encountered was amazing. I was told that the installation could take 2 hours; however, it was completed in less time. Because the people and environment were pleasant, the wait time felt extremely short. I would recommend Auto Action Group, it was worth the drive.

Went to replace my Elantra 2017 car seats from fabric to leather. Dropped the car in the morning and afternoon was ready. The guys did a wonderful job and they were really helpful during the entire process especially Shane (hopefully remember his name right). Also they had in the morning a complimentary loaner vehicle for me to go at work. Great job guys.
