March 24, 2022 was my first encounter with Zacks Garage, and this is when my car was left on the lot unlocked unattended for almost 3 weeks gas cap stolen other things that were in my vehicle. He did reimbursement and apologize for the vandalism claiming that the doors were locked someone must ve broke into it. I drop my car off this Friday which was April 29, 2022 to pick up my car on Saturday at 2 PM. I called them all morning up until I arrive at the lot and no answer. They NEVER CALLED TO SAY HEY YOUR CAR IS READY OR WOULD BE READY AT A SPECIFIC TIME, so I knew they close at two so I had it over there. No Weber said they was closing early. I had pay for a tow, this took like four hours of waiting, rent a car and this just was a total inconvenience, horrible customer service and SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Zack s left before 2PM & left my vehicle was left on the street all doors left open. I work for the county all my credentials, my badge, my shield, insurance, work gear, and registration, etc was left in safe and I will be filling a report.Don t patronize this shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Zach and the rest of the guys did a phenomenal job on my E90. I was referred to them by a friend after my old mechanic told me I needed to replace a part that was going to cost me over $1000. Zach was able to tell me it was a simple spark plug and coil pack replacement. I got my car back same day and have had zero issues since. 1000% would recommend to anyone looking to get their car fixed

I honestly think this is the best mechanic I ve ever work with. They had an appointment available as soon as I called. Texted me a link for repair quote after inspection that I had to approve before they did any work. They work with warranty companies and let you know what has to urgently be addressed and what can wait. Labor fee is a bit pricey but you most certainly get what you pay for.

I took my Fiat 500x in for a check engine light and oil change. Zach was great! He was very communicative with confirming my appointment and keeping me updated on my car while he had it. He was forthcoming and only charged me for exactly what I asked for - no needless add-ons or scare tactics. Pricing was decent - $65 for the synthetic oil change.It s tricky to find mechanics that do work on Fiats so I normally take it to the dealership. But Zach s is much closer to me so I took the gamble, which paid off great! I ll definitely be back for routine service and diagnostics next time I need work done. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience. Had my Fiat 500X serviced for a ln air pressure sensor that broke off & was spinning in the rim. No one else could identify what was making the noise. Brought it to Zach's and was in and out in less than an hour. Service was affordable too! Definitely will be back.

Overall decent job. Got my car fixed quick but it was just clearing my check engine light. I had p442 and p445 error. Showed it to the mechanic. He said, need to run the smoke test. Once done, he mentioned that the vent valve should be replaced and everything costs me 200 bucks. I did my research and found the price is comparatively high. I asked if the price can be adjusted he said No. I also asked to replace my car remote battery which he did not do, probably forgot about it.Overall everything was okay but need to wait and see if the check engine light comes up again.Post Edit - Things look good! I haven been to other mechanics this guy is good.

Excellent customer service ,Details ,Communication ,work done timely ,Zach is amazing i would highly recommend his shop to anyone who has a foreign vehicle or Domestic ,i have gotten a lot of work done on my AMG e 63s and its running better then any previous Mechanical work done on my car ,will be back for the foreseeable future to ZACHs Garage

I m a used car dealer here in New Jersey. I use Zach s garage for all my maintenance and repairs from small to large. Very knowledgeable and informative as what repairs consist of and extent of them. Organized shop, meticulously clean waiting area, clean work, all service go to carfax data base which is great as it shows Service records when a carfax is pulled. Reasonable pricing and turn around time. Very professional.. free coffee too :)Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery

Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and honest. I took my jeep Cherokee here to get the heater core fixed. After going to many different auto shops and recieving many different high prices from 1200-2000, I found Zachs shop online. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed done and didn't charge me an outrageous amount( less then 1,000). He even showed me on the computer what part I needed. I will continue to go to him for whatever my cars needs. Next is my ac. But, If you want someone you can trust with your car, you should check him out.

I have always struggled to find a good mechanic that I could trust for years and years I could never find one and constantly got ripped off I've been now going to Zack's garage for about 5 years my family goes there and I also bring all my work trucks there he is reasonable and is the type of guy that will call you back on a weekend to make sure you are OK hes a man of his word. Once even came to fix one of my plow trucks in a blizzard then went to a junkyard to get a part for me brought it back and fixed it in the middle of a storm that should say all that needs to be said about my mechanic.

Charged $20 for a plug because I had a flat. Way more than anyone charges almost 2 weeks ago before the whole madness started. Refuses to install the tire saying he doesn't have time and I'll need to come back. Gives you an attitude and then tells you to get lost. Never again will I be back you price gouger.

GREAT SERVICE!!! would recommend to everyone... cheapest estimate i got for the work i needed done... charged me less then half of what the dealer wanted... even stayed late for me to pick up my car after work!

They did better then the people I usally go to because my engine light kept going off.The other place said it would cost a lot of money and would have to fix a lot of stuff.They just removed one thing and the light was off .They did a really good job .I now know were I'm going next time I have a car problems
