Technicians know what they're doing,mechanics are very knowledgeable.Been taking my truck here for 5 years, and I'm always satisfied with repairs done to my tractor trailer. The rate is very fair, I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else, Raul's Truck Repair is the best in Jersey.

Waoo..I have been doing the trucking business for about 18 long years in total. And that's including the time even before I went on my own with my own Trucking Authority. During that time, I have been to a WHOLE BUNCH of different mechanics shops.But these guys at RAUL'S TRUCK REPAIR in Kearny, NJ are just the BEST MECHANICS IN NEW JERSEY!!!For real,that shop knows it all about trucks.I just can't complain at all. That shop is just the best shop in New Jersey! -Period.Thank you guys for such a great service and for knowing so much about trucks. Called and a lady picked up and didn't even know what she's talking about. It's like someone woke her up from sleep the way she was talking. I rather take my business somewhere were they actually care how they speak with customers. If front desk is like that then how the repair has to be lousy too.

Service was fast and complete. Replacement of faulty CPC, Raul had the problem diagnosed quickly without wasting time on unrelated components. Estimated by dealership 5 days wait for repair, Raul's Truck Repair had it fixed the next day. Many Thanks!

Garbage truck repair place. Had my tractor in for a week and they told me they didn't find anything wrong..took it to the dealership and found various issues with it. This place didn't want to deal with the warranty so instead of stating that, they decided to let my truck sit for a week without touching it to then tell me their is nothing wrong with it. Lost a week of income because of this place incompetence. How a business like this is open is beyond mind blowing

I manage a trucking fleet of 6 26' vans. Raul's does a large part of our maintenance. Professional level work. Most importantly they get it done quickly. Less expensive than most mechanics of this size.Only issues are:1. Only a couple of service managers speak English.2. Most places do multipoint inspection, check lights and top off fluids as part of P.M. service. At Raul's you must request these things.We use dealer mechanics for serious engine/electrical issues but Raul's offers overall good value for good service

Asked for a quote to replace four batteries. After a bit of a wait I go out to discover that the work was being done and no quote provided. Nobody here seems to speak much English. After getting that straightened out, the price was more than reasonable. Most of the work is done outside. If I was in the area I would probably come back but I'm not sure about getting anything done of a serious nature.

If you re not Latino or speak fluent Spanish do not come here!! I repeat do not come here,They ll just make You wait for hours to do small things , while bringing in Latinos with their trucks right away and start working on it right away! I was there a while ago to get three minor things done after 3 hours they told me it s done and they had only done one thing! Again if you are a Latino and speak Spanish then this place otherwise go somewhere else !!!!! Horrible people!!!! They ll make you feel like they re doing you a whole favor by doing every minor thing but charge you lots of money!!!

They charged me a fair price, we're professional and handled the issues I brought my truck in for without trying to rip me off and sell me things I don't need. The only issue I had was they were very busy and it's easy to get lost in the mix, but if you check in on the status of your truck every hour or so you will definitely be well taken care of here

I didn't bring a truck in for repair, but stopped in with an unfortunate flat tire (picked up a nail somewhere) near Raul's. I didn't want to drive far, so I thought, just by chance, they may be able to help. They did! They plugged the tire and had me on my way in no time! I'm not suggesting you take your car here, but am thankful to the friendly staff who were willing to go out of their way to take care of me. Thanks!!

They have always helped me out with issues. May not be the speediest, but- they are busy and will get you fixed up and done right. Hourly rate beats the heck out of backyard repairs, roadside service and dealers! Always been fair and do their best to get you fixed for as busy as they are. Kudo's

Dont waste your time to come here. Just oil change and engine calibration took them more then 48 hr to do it. Before I arrived i called them if my truck is ready, they said it will be ready by 2pm. When I came to this place they started to open my engine, after 24 hr. I had load to pick up. It got canceled :(((

Any port in a storm. Needed a place to park in a crowded party of the country, got that for a fee. $12 for 12 hours, $24 for 24 hours. Dirt lot, kind of small, but arranged in a way that you should have little problem getting in. Nice view of the city from across the water. Nothing much in the store area. Restaurant at the entrance of the station.

Nobody found the problem of my truck !I went to two places before and nobody had any idea about where the problem came from !When I took my truck to Rauls truck repair a Colombian guy his name is John helped me a lot with my truckHe found the problem and he is the best electrician I ever seenVery helpful and very professional!

Few years ago, I have been here for replace my truck secondary air tank, they charged me $2400 and take 10 days.

I am not afraid to spend money to fix my truck... Rahul was involve with me and the truck and he made sure the mechanic do the right thing and he made sure the right parts were replace... I have friends comin here since 2011 and it my first .. I will definitely be back when i have mechanical problems....

I went in for DEF repair,but this business is in the business of stealing the truck's computer and switching it for adefective computer . My freightliner broke down later that day.BEWARE OF RAUL'S.THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOUR RIG.

Extremely knowledgeable, and the prices are amongst the best in the eastcoast. These guys do everything to any make or year trucks of course, and they accept walk ins most of the time they will have you rolling immediately.

Good professional people .only problem is they are very busy you can't leave the truck you have to stay and push.very reasonable prices. Don't try to rip you.some parking issue. But worth itNot a good place for def issue or motor issues.
