Not Bad, The trailer washout process seems a tad, Less than thought thru. Nice Group of employees tho. Pulled in, Repair to the left , truck wash right, no staging area if more than two show up. Swing Wide to LAST bay on right, No turn around, they wash out in Driveway, Then Back up next to Repair Shop, again Swing wide to exit same way you entered!.. Pull Through bay looks like Original Floor Plan, But?? Guess not so much now!..

How you do a lazy diagnostic which you never finds the problem which was told to you. You change out a hose that wasn t leaking to which I said I ll go get you sneak charge me 158 dollars for a 70 dollar hose from freightliner then I say to the new mech the leak Is coming from here he s like the other guy didn t check I said no so he tells me to start the truck and tells me to turn it off and says the leak is on this hose and it s bad why he tell me to change the other hose, so he goes to change that hose which is 38 dollars and they charge me 85 dollars for that, just CROOKS AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE THERE.

The price is over 60 bucks, and you had to be on top to get a clean truck.Very long line on Sunday couse is the only game on town, 3 to 4 hrs. Easy.

Always love this place. $60 for a washout but it's definitely worth it. Trailers cone out looking brand new. I believe it's the acid wash that they use. You get what you pay for. Staff has always been very friendly to me. From the greeter to the washers to the office staff.

$75 for a washout is kind of stupid high but they seem to be the only one in the area so they get away with it there really slow be ready to sit there for more then an hour before they get to you also there times on Google is wrong there not 24 hours

This place sucks. The line shop is horribly ran. Leave you waiting for hours outside. Then they bring you inside and leave you waiting for hours. After the receptionist said it would take 45 mins to get into shop and then another 30mins for grease, 3 hours later and still nothing. The TRUCK wash is good for the price. The LUBE SHOP is not worth your time and money.

Very expensive reefer washout 75$ usually it varies between 35$ to 50$ but driver lounge and customer service it upmost!!!

WORST PLACE EVER! This mf are just common THIEVES. 6 months ago, i went for alignment, the mechanic told me that the kingpin was bad, it need to repair first, and he asked me for a 1000$ to do that. I went to a different service, the guys there were laughing on that, and 6 months later, im still driving with the same kingpin, and no problems at all. Today i went to do the dot inspection, they failed me, the mechanic said there is a leak in the back seal, when i asked him to show me, he said its on the insdie, and they need to fix it. I refuse that. I was charged for failed dot inspection, full amount. I went to different inspection service, i got my dot sticker, for double less the money, and they said there is no leak at all. I have 2018 straight box, its in a great condition, but every time I go here, they want to reap me off. Save your money, go different service.

When I worked for CSX they rejected my inspection because I would not pay $120 for a part that cost $20. I told them I'll do it myself and the girl behind the window got mad and failed me. After that I started going to another place. This was about 4 years ago... I wonder if she's still there

This is the worst place to come.I came in for a oil change and engine diagnostic at around 9:30 a.m,didn't leave until after 6p.m.And the only work they did was the oil change.After waiting for almost 10 hours.The receptionist said that their machine they have on hand to do the diagnostic is not working, so they couldn't give me a diagnostic test.After swiping my credit card for the payment of services they did not complete.I had to argue with the lady behind the counter for a refund of money back for the diagnostic test they didn't complete.So they tell me to leave the truck and theywill have a working machine the next day.So I come back the next day at around 9a.m again only to find out that they locked my keys inside the truck and told me they aren't Responsible.Not to mention that they never put my truck on a machine to diagnostic it,but the machine was adamant that I needed work that cost upwards between $5,000-$6,000..Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Worst place to come for truck wash or even trailer wash out. They tell you 10 minutes and took them over 2 hours just for the wash out no body really is working just waste of time. Such a bad management Not recommend at all. better go far away for a better truck wash rather then staying here for hours just for a wash out

Warning. In just one day I spended $2,800 for horrible job. I had to come back for the same problem. And a week later I went to another mechanic to replace steering box cuz of what they did. Rippers.

Ojs is nothing short of outstanding im a Bynum transport n e dedicated tanker driver + they have all my trailers washed in a timely manner every time I've never had 1 rejected at my customers 4 over 5 years now !!!

Staff is very nice and they even have shower rooms with washer and dryers in them free to use. BUT its dirty and i mean dirty and hot like you stepped into the devils pit.....

One of the worst place I have ever been too. Came here 9:30 am and there was only one truck head of me took them 3 hours to put me in a door than waited another 30 min to guy to come ask me what I want today.
