To the employee who drove by and laid on their horn down the street at 0530 am this morning that was extremely unprofessional and rude. Totally uncalled for. I know it was this business because I watched him drive down and turn into the business. It s fine if we park on the side of the street overnight. I hope that you think about how immature and childish this action was. I hope whatever has kicked off your Monday to set you in such a terrible mood gets resolved.

Stay away, estimate and final cost were not the same. Waited for months for parts purchased. Upon delivery to get repairs, they didn't have all the parts that were paid for as well as had the wrongs parts. Paided over $2,500 for new oil pan, oil drain plug, oil and spark plug. My rv generator doesn't work after 30-45 mins of total use. (For context) generator has a total of 74 hours on it.

I have been coming here for service on my generators for almost 15 years. I drive over an hour to get here but it is well worth the trip! Barry the generator technician is one of the nicest most knowledgeable people you will find in this field bar none. I have never left without a working generator. The gentleman behind the service counter named Eli provides the best customer service I have experienced in my 15 years coming here and he truly makes the customer feel valued. The whole staff is very nice however these two star employees is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Willing to get the parts for you, when they don't have them in stock. Pricing is quite reasonable.They moved to 435 Bergen Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032 from the Doremus ave location on 9/11/2017. They're in Building "B".Beware, there is NO SIGN near the street, other than a piece of plywood with a "435" on it, out on Bergen Ave. I guess, eventually they will put one out there...

The parts department runs like a well oiled machine. They're effectively dealing with supply issues and give accurate lead times for part availability. The men behind the counter are gentlemen.

This place ir really bad they changed you what they ones.... crazy prices. Just oil changed couple parts, over $3000.... not recommended.

Wow very professional i forgot his name but this kid helped me out and i save a lot of money i went for a oil fill tube and it wasn't the right thing and then he started to look and he got the right one from $120 i end up paying $20 dollar he said you don't need all of them just o ring thanks for the help guys.

Went pass there on way to railyard off 15 E. NJTPK. Has full service repair bays for trucks and parts and sales for their engines but their service department are not open 24/7 anymore. When I wrote this review they were not at that location, they were still in Newark off 15E.as described above.

This company has the worst service. Knowing I'm coming in the morning why would you have the parts that are coming from the warehouse that would arrive to your shop by 8:30 since the warehouse sends parts to the shop every day, why would you have those parts be sent to my shop , knowing I won't get them until end of day or next day ??

Buy the parts from your truck dealership to get lower prices. I've seen big differences in price quoting from Cummins and then going to my dealer. Don't buy direct

spent 7 to 8k on the DPF as they kept changing parts after parts n they couldn't find nor fix the problem after they had the truck 3 or 4 times n each time they held it for 5days or more...these guys are college kids working on trucks with unexperience manaments...u better of finding a private mechanic who is an experienced n pro mechanic n for half that cost n time...shot story they suck don't waste ur time n money...

The worst mistake of my life when buying a truck with a Cummins engine, after the parts are the most expensive in the world, is also a very bad engine. If I could return the time I would feel lucky. You only have fame because quality was lost. 0 star for u Cummins. After the N14 you never made a quality engine.

The only place I purchase OEM parts for my 1998 L5-5.9L Cummins 12 valve diesel engine. Knowledgeable and experienced parts and service advisors.
