I would prefer not to give them any stars. I drove an hour and a half to get there, only to find out they sold it a half hour before I got there. Then when I told them that they should have said something that they sold it he told me pretty much not my problem You're nobody special. I have a lot of friends in Bergen and Newark and I will make sure they will never ever purchase anything from them

Wishing I could give 0 stars.First, there s an awful customer service, specially today (Saturday) I call and there s a guy who s no polite, I would never recommend anybody to come to this place, what do they sell? They sell a terrible experience, maybe I can give them some classes on how to treat customers

Attitude! Absolutely rude customer service from a young Hispanic female answering the phones hanging up on customer and then ignoring the next 3 phone calls after simply returning a previous missed call from another representative who was letting me know that what I was looking for was available!!! Pathetic!

Rude coustomer service when you walk in the door no hello no how can I help you. The people at the counter looked like manikins. I asked about the type of car I was looking for didint even look on the computer just said no. I will never go back to this place. Such a shame too I livee in town would have been cool to shop local

Horrible as can be! I had a conversation with the seller via messenger on FB. We set a time to meet up, once i showed up i went in to the main office to explain the reason i was there and they all seem so confused. I showed them my conversation and they said the car was sold but that I can come tomorrow .... ??? What for ?? the car was sold !!!!! ...this place is ridiculous and unprofessional

Amazing and quick service! The lady at the desk was super helpful! Truck driver that came was polite and pleasant. Thank you for taking our old vehicles and giving me my yard/driveway back! Highly recommend!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I purchased a part,l for $90, didn't use or need it l, tried to return and got no refund! The gentleman told me if I bring my old part back I would get $10 credit. Instead I get $10 back for a part that wasn't used

John picked up an impala i had to get rid of today...all i can say is that i wish there were more workers like him, well done ...the girl on the phone was kind... overall i would definitely use them again .

I sold my wrecked car to carbrain.com(yes,someone will buy a total wreck) and this is where they sent me. Brought it here. The 2 girls at the desk were friendly. When i asked for a tool to remove my plates one of the guys said they don't have any but gave me one anyway. When i struggled removing it one of the ladies offered to help and showed she had experience doing it, so I'm not embarrassed for the help. Gave them the title, paid me cash in hundreds. Happy to have cash, sad to say goodbye to my car which would be two years shy of 20 years with me and never gave me a single problem...i regret it now but that's another story.

Driver was behind schedule but ran into nasty traffic. I knew this and he apologized anyway. Very courteous and kind about picking up my car and to situation. Paperwork was ready and given to me. Young lady in the office was also very nice. Thank you for the service.

Place is unreal, rude, and ingorant. Tell you one price and show up with another. They also have someone who cant write down an address correctly. I not only spelt the town car was located but also repeated price I was given and when driver finally shows up. He has $100 less than what was told. No apologies, just told she made a mistake, nope fix mistake jerks.

Wish I could give it 0 stars, they towed my car for a donation, I never got a receipt nor notification. Come tax time, I called them to get a copy of the receipt, the guy told me that they don't have my name anywhere, I managed to dig up the VIN number and he said that they don't have anything with this VIN either. When I asked him to write me another one, he said that if he does, he'll have to pay $80 to the city, so he's not gonna do it. No wonder he couldn't find my info. Costumer service sucks, when they don't wanna talk to you they hang up on you on in the middle of the sentence.

I have been going to Bibs since I was 17 years old, that's like 30 years now. They usually always had what I needed, plus if they don't they'll order it for you for free and their prices are extremely competitive. They also sell very nice used cars, like $200 and up, it's a one stop shop. They'll even buy your old car or truck. Back in the 80s, you would get more money if you drove it in, I have actually driven cars there without doors, windows, hoods, just on rims, steered with vice grips and even driven in with 3 wheels once, good old days, nowadays if you did something like that you'd be a multi Felon. Good Ole Bibs! Great place. Need a battery? $20 you got one, jump yours, drive over to Bibs, toss in nice used battery and drive away, and there guaranteed too, can't beat that. AAA+

I don t recommend no body buy used parts at this locationThey sold me car computer and I told the guy the part number and he give wrong computerAnd say that is the same parts will fitMy mechanic could not connect the computerBecause is wrongWhen I get back to junkyard they told me is not there problem and not giving money backManager there talk very bad to customer there is no respect at allPlease not buy at this locationThere is so many junkyard nearThose guys is unprofessionalIf there is option to give 0 stars will better ,,,,,,,Bad business locationBad business location

I've called this place a few times and they've taken my phone number and I've never once gotten a call back. If they didn't have what they had or didn't want to serve me they should have just told me. This was especially the case for waiting for replies for tire sizes in stock.

Had them tow away a junk car, the car was in a backyard and was tangled in neighbor's bushes. Other company refused, found them online. The guy was patient and kind and got the car out. Made getting rid of a clunker w no title or keys very easy, definitely recommend.

If you like spending the day at court in Newark Because they pay you for the car and TWELVE days later it gets ticketed at 12:15 AM by Roark St Newark with "fictitious plates" and YOU have to take time off from work, appear in court and PROVE that you did the right thing, including surrendering he real plates, then go for it. Personally I am not very happy with Bibbs at this time, but did spread the word about my miserable experience with them with my coworkers. NJ law states a car must be registered within TEN days. I guess I'm supposed to be thankful the new owner didnt run over small children. I should have donated the car, in the end it would have been more profitable. I see that they registered it the day it FIRST got ticketed 3/6/18. I knew nothing about it until I got a "change in court date" summons with today's date on it. What did the guy think that it would just disappear or that lucky me,the innocent one would get the bench warrent? Bet everyone at Bibbs got a greatlaugh about that. NOT FUNNY BIBBS. I can recommend them only to my enemies.

I've called 3 times in 3 weeks looking for a riverside t top. You litteraly open the door and take it off and they can't seem to handle the job. I called several times and was told they couldn't find it the. Left my number and was never called back . Terrible terrible service

im hector junio, i've been dealing with them for a long time and never have a problem,i have a good expirience with them,customer service is fine,but remember they always working,they dont have time to hear your wining on the phone, and taking your time trying to make your point for an hour,go there fave to face if you have an issue and they will help you,stop crying, im just a happy customer,also if you need a reciept you should it got when you closed the deal,you donate a car with a tittle then you should wait for a document in the spot,no prove no car,simple,have a good day, im going to bring them a 2003 cadillac DTS today 04/12/2016 i bet you i wont have a problem,thanks
