AMAZING!!! The customer service here is top notch! Thanks to the part sales manager Wilmer I was not only able to understand what was best for me and my situation but I also left with more useful information!!! He went above and beyond to meet my needs and was very attentive!! Will definitely make this my go to auto zone

Came in with a coolant leak and the older gentleman showed us how to replace it, and helped us with a game plan to get home and get the car to a mechanic. Really appreciated him going above and beyond (and we did make it home!)

Vicente is such a great guy. Was so helpful. Helped us pick the coolant and then helped us pour it in too!! Such a legend!! Converted me to an autozone customer forever!!Thanks so much!! Highly recommend

My experience here was so good. To start my battery was dead and they service they provide was so good. The manger went out of his way to solve my issue with my car. They go above and beyond service at this AutoZone!! I recommend this AutoZone to everyone who needs great quality service. I left there with a smile knowing my car is running smoothly. Thanks AutoZone at Kearny !

Excellent employees! The young African American female supervisor and the older Hispanic gentleman were outstanding! They are very knowledgeable and kind. They resolved my car issue quickly. I highly recommend this Autozone! A+

I would give a 4 star if it wasnt for the extreme large size white skinned lady working there. The older gentlemen is very helpful. He will really help you out. I strongly recommend staying away from the extreme large size lady, her mood and energy will make you stay away from this store.

This place doesn't deserve a single star. The white/hispanic woman behind the counter has a terrible attitude. Doesn't know how to treat customers and always has a bad attitude. Also, doesn't treat other employees with respect. Looks like they can't hire anyone else to fill her position because it doesn't make any sense to have a person mistreating employees and customers. I would suggest other customers to go somewhere else and maybe this place will consider hiring someone more professional.

Very bad experience with this branch specially with the fat lady manager (Bobs).I have a commercial account with autozone and now i am fair to say that autozone is not capable to handle commercial cuatomer when they have unprofessional and bad attitude people as Manager of their branches. I will not give her a Cleaner job in my organizations. She dont know what she is doing even. Manager should not be rude and loud with customers. I would recommend people to go to Advance Auto Parts who have more parts than autozone and always enough people to deal with customers.

Almost had everything I needed. I thought they carried Royal Purple oil products but not so. Other than that staff was excellent.

GREAT store, very clean, i went in with a dead motorcycle battery, Kenny and Mike took the time and did some research and found out my battery was still under warranty, i got a replacement ( in stock )and i was out of there pretty fast, back on my bike again , a huge thank you to Kenny and Mike, very professional, polite and knowledgeable at their job! 5 out of 5 stars!

Worse customer service in the history of auto parts stores . They don t answer phones, they stand around and look at you when you re waiting for help in an empty store. Then when they help you for the part you called for and they tell you oh you should go to manufacture for it. Meanwhile it s in your store.Hire people who want to actually work and help others. Do not go to this store

Website, Google, and front door all say the store opens Sunday at 8 am. I showed up at 9:30 am (5/15/22) and the store was still closed.All three phone numbers listed on the store door goes either unanswered or is hung up because no VM was set up.I understand that hours change, for PLEASE update them so people don't make trips to repair their car for nothing.

This auto zone states it opens at 7:30, I went around 9:30 and it was locked up with the lights out. You just opened how are hours already jacked up this is unacceptable especially when people place orders for pick up to have their vehicles repaired. I ll never do business with you guys, and all the positive comments seem to be from employees creating fake accounts.

Went to this location for the first time Kenny, I think he's the manager, was extreme helpful with my car issue. There was another lady also, that was patient with my in finding what I was looking for. I recommend this location

Recently went in to get a new car battery and David was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Easily answered my general car questions and helped me in purchasing additional items as well. Definitely recommend this AutoZone and look forward to coming back in the future.

Visited this Autozone location looking for some spray cans. I ve visited in the past never had a bad experience untill today the person who was in the store couldn t help me at all , she was been very rude with a nasty attitude and unprofessional her name CRYSTAL R.If you ever visit this autozone location don t even bother to ask for help from this lady. Everyone else there is nice and professional but not her.

I was in this store this morning to buy a cap and rotor the guy says nothing showed up for that and he tried to sell the shift I had to look up the part myself to give him the part number I need
