We were traveling to upstate New York to visit family and broke down at the Liberty State Park! We got towed there and were pleasantly surprised. Expedited service and GREAT HONEST GUYS. The only mechanic I ll take my car to in JC they answer any questions you have and took my car in when they were about to close one time. Very good pricing and great work!

First of all. The service was great. Customer service is fantastic, especially Clara and her dad.Second:My car was done. Bumper was professionally replaced with no problemsThird: it took longer than expected and that was not this body shop's fault. Some parts weren t available at the dealership and they had to be ordered . They were kind enough to drive to another state in order to obtain the missing part from an authorized dealership . All parts were presented with their receipts . No extra hidden charges.Finally : I hope you never find the needs to visit this shop. However, if your car needs service, this is one of the best shops I dealt with

Definitely recommend Tyson s Auto Shop!!! I am a satisfied customer, I have zero complaints. They exceeded my expectations!!! My car was ready within a day of two!! Clara is extremely professional and helpful, she made this process very easy. I will return if my car ever needs any body work done!!!

I was informed about Tyson Auto repair through an advertisement and they went above and beyond all expectations. They always kept communication and did not perform anything that I was not aware of (they called before hand). Their customer service was very friendly yet professional and they had an organized work space. It is very important for me to note that they performed a great deal of work on my vehicle yet they did it in record time and I have not seen any deficiencies. If for one thing, Tyson Auto Repair deserves five stars mainly because they were honest with me and they gave me what they promised. Went for the first time here for oil change from Groupon this morning.very professional and genuine owner and Co worker.Mike was honest and a good guy and explained the other issues in the car and gave an estimate.Unlike other auto repair shops.I felt this shop is genuine and not a rip off.Will definitely recommend in my friend circle.Lot of people ask for a good and in budget car mechanic.Usually I never post reviews,but wanted to let others know my experience.Service: Oil change

Check out this new mechanic shop! Great, fast, reliable, and professional auto mechanics located in the heart of Jersey city in a nice quiet street with ample parking spaces. I dropped off my vehicle to get my brakes and oil changed and had them call me when they were done. It took less than an hour and the technician called to let me know it was ready!They also gave me a free vehicle diagnostic letting me know what other maintenance/issues I have in my vehicle and I will be scheduling service again for this weekend.Seriously consider these guys because everything from the customer service all the way to the technician's expertise is amazing!Services: Brakes, Oil change

They were great. They worked very fast to get us road worthy to get a vehicle we were buying home. They replace the alternator and the battery. They made recommendations for future work that might need to be addressed but didn't pressure or force us to do it then. They made a day that could have been a nightmare not to terrible. My car suddenly would not start when I needed it most a few evenings ago. After a failed attempt to get it operating by a AAA technician, he recommended having it towed to Tyson Auto Repair. This turned out to be an extremely wise decision! They found that my car would not start due to a non-functioning key fob. While in the process of replacing this item, they discovered that my front and rear brakes and rotors were completely shot and he even sent me pictures of the failed components. I just purchased this car less than 3 months ago where I was assured the brakes were in great shape. Ironically, I was very fortunate that this key fob mishap occurred as my vehicle was not really safe to drive. I found that Michael was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and accommodating to my schedule. Additionally, his prices are very competitive and I found him to be quite honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend skipping the car dealership and getting your vehicle serviced at Tyson Autorepair.Service: Brakes
