Poor service and rude employee who don't do their job.Doesn't accept coins and tells me to run and change them for bills. Although there is no difference between coins and bills.

Hard to give a gas station a high rating but I ve come here many times for gas and they are always open. Somehow the attendant has a smile even on cold damp nights. The air pump worked when I used it.I ve never been inside so I can t speak to any of the in store items.

A $2.00 sports drink costs $3.40 here. What a rip-off. The man at the counter looked like he was about to shoot everybody and rob the customers. What a choice of staff. Never coming back.

I normally avoid this gas station because it is overpriced. I was on near empty and had no choice but to pump here. The attendant was rude, accusatory, not wearing a mask, and the staff inside were not wearing masks either (only one had one on at all and it was below his nose).Details:For some reason, my card wasn't being rung up correctly by the computer and the (unmasked) attendant told me it wasn't working. He apparently said I needed to pay inside, but I did not hear that as he kept moving/not facing me to talk, so I thought he was saying my card was declined. He didn't wait a moment for me to ask any clarifying questions and walked away to service two other people. While he was doing that, I checked my bank because the card had just been paid up that morning and working. I saw I had a $1 charge on the card from Sunoco. He came back and I tried to explain this, and how I was confused that the card was not working because the system did clearly read it. Immediately before I even get half the sentence out, the attendant starts yelling at me. He tells me I'm "wasting [his] time" and "making [him] mad" and he's "been pumping here for years and knows how this all works and you're trying to tell me how to do my job?!" I try again to explain that all I'm trying to do is understand what exactly is wrong, and that there's no need to yell, and he grabs my card from me and swipes it again "do you need me to prove to you that I know what I'm talking about?!" and then points at the screen that says "pay inside" (which I had not been looking at the first time so of course I missed it) and he starts yelling about how "I told you that you need to go inside stop wasting my time".When I do get inside, I see no one is masked or masked properly. I'm high risk (in fact the disabled placard is visible on my car from where he was standing), and if I weren't dangerously low on gas I would have walked away. I pay, which was it's own hassle as I'm still not entirely sure what happened and attempting to explain my situation as I'm worried the card won't work here either, and the cashier (understandably) seems confused why I'm confused-- luckily the one with his mask half on figured out what I needed, rung me up (at half the fill I asked for but that's fine because I gave less money to this station), and then I go back outside. I've never paid inside except for self-serve gas stations plus the pump's computer doesn't seem to be working right so I'm not quite sure if the attendant needs to see my receipt and walk up holding it asking if he needs to see it. He starts yelling at me again, about how "he doesn't need that" and "was that so hard" and I respond that it was because none of the staff are masked and I'm high risk and was trying to avoid going inside for that reason. He literally turns away from me when I say high risk and stops acknowledging my presence, so I sit back in my car and put my window up. When he's done pumping he slams the pump back and walks away.If it were just him being rude this one time, I would have given him the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad day and had been accosted by a rude customer earlier. But reading the reviews here, this is clearly a pattern. On top of that, and most importantly, absolutely no one there was practicing safety protocols with regards to the covid-19 pandemic, and putting themselves as well as any customers at risk. This facility needs new staff, new management, or both. This is straight up hostile and dangerous.

After my first time here in this station, i said ill never come back coz the attendant is busy talking with a friend from a car who just stopped by. Waited 7 mins. My 2nd time there i wasnt suppose to fill up gas. My son wants to buy something in the mart. But then my wife said just fill up gas here. I agreed since we are at gas station already. While were heading to the pump from parking space beside the mini mart i said to my wife they will let us wait for 5 mins and then they fill up but its true. Took us like almost 10 mins after we are attended. And no, he is not busy. He was talking on the phone and getting pissed of. Lol. But im sure no more 3rd time in this gas station. Price is high too compared to other gas stations.

Ok wait this place is wild, the attendant just put the nozzle in our car and told us when it s done we can take it out and drive away? And then he went into the booth to crank some music? He was literally just sitting there while we had to take the nozzle out - us and another car were just sitting there like ...?? I mean we did it ourselves because we had places to be but still.

Attendant was not wearing any face cover or a mask, asking me to move from one station to another for no reason. (There were two working at the gas station today. One was having a mask on and the other was not.)

Overpriced. Many times, it took attendant several minutes to notice your car and it took another few minutes for them to stop ignoring you. Then they would go to the car that came after you. I will never go to this gad station anymore.

After using this gas station, my debit card was copied and used at several arms and stole $400+, one of there workers are most likely taking picture of your cards when getting gas, make sure you watch them with your card

Worst place. The tire pressure is not working. The guy working there literarily saw me putting my money, then told me it is broken.

The most expensive gas station in the Jersey City area. $2.99 when most stations charge $2.45-$2.55. Crazy.

Worst service ever, the attendant just put the nozzle in, then charge us and told us to take the nozzle out.

Very rude service. Serving people who arrived after me even by several minutes and this seems to be the norm. No face mask used.

This gas station is around 20% more expensive than every other gas station in jersey city... not sure why...
