I came to this Ford Dealership to Update my Radio SYNC to the latest version. When they plugged in the computer to my car my radio Stopped working the screen went completely black and they said that my car was out of warranty and I needed to buy a part which cost $650 dollars. Why would I need to buy a part to fix my radio? When I came everything was working fine

Best damn Sales department EVERRRR.! Not only did they obtain the vehicle that I wanted their application process was quick and smooth. Staff was amazing. I'm loving my Ford Maverick and when I went to their Service Department for an oil change that department excelled to my expectations as well. The staff was helpful friendly and efficient with getting me in and out. I would recommend Steven's Jersey City Ford for any and all of your car needs.

Essentially there are three things I look for when trusting a ford dealer with my truck, quality, reception and efficiency. Stevens ford hit the nail on the head when it comes to this. I pulled my F-150 into the bay and the service coordinator I believe was her title brought out her I-Pad and was able to document and understand what I was saying. She was up front and honest with me and showed me what was under warranty still and what was not. She noted my laundry list of service items I needed addressed and left me with a sense of relief knowing that my vehicle was in good hands. I always used Wayne Ford however due to convince Stevens was put on trial and they absolutely knocked the ball out of the park. Job well done and I m sure they ll get most if not all of my service business for the time being.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

it was terrible , after the complete change of my engine my car broke down 3 more times , apart from that my air conditioning is not blowing air in the front until today . terrible

Reviews here seem mixed. I have had no problem. They have offered rides to and from my JC office when the cat had been in for extended service.

One of the horrible people to talk with they told me and specially the woman who s sitting on the left side she said that my car will take 24h to 48h to be fixed and her attitude was so bad with me I came to her this morning to talk and see my car why it s taking to long to be fixed and it s the 4th day of leaving my car in their place and talking to her in very respectful way and she s replying with a bad attitude to me that it s being busy here and it s not about that came and saw my car out of their place having it in other parking lot what a service A very very very bad service from them and specially this woman who s sitting on the left side in the Office
