Went for a 30k service. Pretty sure all they did was change my oil. Wind shield wipers didn't even get changed. They tried holding my vehicle overnight because they just didn't do the maintenance all day. Ended up rushing it after close. Called them out on it and watched them rush the oil change part. The manager seemed pretty responsive, but he can't micromanage all the service going on. I will definitely never go back here again.

I brought my car in for an engine fault light at 8:40 Am. We told the advisor whose name is Mina that we d be waiting in the area in the meantime. He told us he would call to give us an update on the car. We returned to the dealer at around 11am to find out the car was still sitting outside and it wasn't brought in until 12pm to get checked. While I understand that it can get very busy, he was very rude when I expressed my frustration. Customers who came at the same time as me were already leaving with their cars. I waited for about 3 more hours and Mina went on break not updating me that the car was done. I didnt get my car back until 3pm and that was only because the manager printed my paper work and gave me the key.

Wilson Rios was a great salesman. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient. It was a nice lot, the building/offices were clean, well lit, comfortable. Great experience. I highly recommend this dealer.

We had a great experience, pretty easy and straight forward, Juan was an amazing salesman, easy going and helpful. .Just as a side note regarding the dealership they do tack on a 3,000$ 360 point inspection fee which I haven t come across before, which didn t get disclosed until our very last loan document it just said plus fees, which we were expecting dealer and doc fees, but not a delivery and inspection fee of 3k.. especially since we purchased and picked it up locally. So, just a heads up so you don t get caught off guard.

I had called a lot of Ford dealers looking for my Bronco. Typical was come in and we can help you.Apparently they do not want their time wasted on the phone. The team at Steven*s Jersey City spoke on the phone spent the time to describe the automobile and the options that i was looking for.I traveled from Queens to get to the dealership and got caught in traffic I ran very late I called them and Danny one of the sales staff said no rush he would wait for me. The sales manager Stavros was very pleasant and cordial . There was no pressure to buy just great Dealership. PS I bought the Bronco

Very bad service center. Could not get hold of manager after calling multiple times to raise concern about dire state of quality of service that was provided. My car was not in drivable condition even after asking the technician multiple times to check, he said it s all safe. Even after me noticing the problem getting it checked by other third party service centers, the technician fails to admit that there is a problem with the car it s not safe to drive. If we would have met with an accident with the state of car this service center is responsible for claiming that everything is fine with the car. Clear in experience of technicians and lack of required skills. Pls don t go this service center if you want to be live on this planet.

Service at Jersey City Ford is pretty straight forward especially if Alex is your service coordinator. He's a man of few words but he gets the job done. In my experience: I had endured a catastrophic tire damage and night-time freezing cold sparetire swap 150 plus miles from home the night before and brought my vehicle in at 8:30 am for a Ford pass appointment. Jersey City Stevens ford techs took my vehicle off my hands with no problem as I drove up. They found the exact new tire match, and while they waited for the new tire to come in repaired a backup camera recall warranty. I ended up spending all day waiting from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at the dealership with Alex that day. As I said before, he's a man of few words and big action. He could have extended my appointment and made me come back the next day, but he didn't so I'm not going to complain. While I waited I came across a few of the staff who were friendly and very professional. There were some nice cars and SUVs in the showroom to browse so I was kept occupied between visiting various restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

I went there to finance a car, and just driving the car for 24 hours, the car didn t feel safe at all, especially for someone who just experienced a very bad car accident. I observed Not 1, but almost 5 issues with the car, now I feel like they haven t also been transparent about the pricing because what was said and what is on the paper are different;I want my money back and return the car, they are telling me that they can t take the car and no accidents will ever happen to me.They don t care about my safety, and they won t care about yours.Don t purchase from them.

Poor Customer Service ERICAShe has me back-and-foward many time. Every time I call or text messages she say. ThatShe ll be send it to me a diagnosis or estimate of my truckAnd she never did it that was going on for about 3 weeksI think the Ford Dealer should have a better efficiently person to management this positionI am very disappointing with the Ford Dealer

Saleswoman was great! She really helped me get a car. Not the one I wanted but something to use for now. The car I originally wanted was all good to go but the next day the bank reneged on the down payment. I put a partial down only due to them saying I would get the SUV once I bring in the rest of the payment which only took a few days. Why tf would y all have taken the partial on those conditions but then say I can t get the car? I would ve NEVER left any deposit at all! After a few weeks I was shown a car. Mileage was through the roof but because they wouldn t hold their end of the deal, I had no choice but to take it. They tried to show me a busted looking car and say I would have to pay for the passenger side to be popped out and realigned yet it wasn t a SAI car. Absolutely not. I bought a sold as is car and was assured that everything was checked out. Unfortunately that was not the case. Heater/AC was blown and it drove way too loud. I brought it the next day to have them fix it. This is my first car buying experience and I inadvertently agreed for them to fix it and I would pay half the cost of everything. Sadly, after having a discussion with my man about it, that is not something I should have agreed to nor even have to pay because it was a big part the dealership overlooked. Now I m having to pay for it. However the manager and whoever else that was involved with repairing my car threatened to keep my car remove the parts I complained about that needed fixing if I didn t pay. What kind of manager and dealership threatens customers like that? On top of that the KBB value of my car is about $5000-$6000 less than what I paid for. Another thing I didn t know. In a nutshell like I was taken advantage of. As a woman especially in critical need of a car I was preyed upon. I can t undo this whole purchase or even do anything about the repair payment. I will not be returning to this dealership once o get my official plates. One day they will threaten the right customer and karma will reign over them.DO NOT COME HERE. Unless you know how to play their games, you will leave here feeling sad, confused, and defeated!

I had the worst experience at this dealership- broken promises, ignored my requests when urgent help was needed- absolutely a nightmare- go somewhere else if you value your time and money. I bought a new 2018 gt from them at the time while trading in an old Lexus. Run for this hills!I took the time to contact corporate about this particular dealership - hopefully they can get a revamp and fire the entire staffBtw- I rarely write bad reviews.TLDR: they are dishonest

They add a huge amount of money to the sale price. Thought the monthly payments were based on a specific sale price of the car., but when i got home and reviewed the contract, I noticed that the sale price was actually much higher! Make sure you look at the details and line items before signing anything! Don't just base it on monthly payments. Lesson learned!!!

I recently visited Steven s Jersey City Ford with the hope of obtaining a replacement key for my car. My experience, however, left me with mixed feelings and a sense of disappointment.First and foremost, the issue of transparency regarding pricing was a significant concern. I own a Ford Explorer, and the auto serve is called Steven s Jersey City Ford, and I requested a spare key. While they provided the electronic component of the key, they omitted a crucial step: cutting the key. This negligence could have led to a dire situation had I not double-checked the key's functionality in a moment of need. It is imperative that any establishment offering key-related services ensures that such key components are handed over in a fully functional state. Proper communication and disclosure in these matters are paramount to customer safety and satisfaction.In conclusion, my experience with Steven s Jersey City Ford was a mixture of positive and negative elements. Great service,and customer service, the salesperson who worked with me was honest,great and down to earth. He helped clear every doubt I had, and explained what I didn't know in detail, insurance didn't want to clear me for another 48hrs, but the salesperson did the same procedure in 15 minutes and got it cleared immediately.

I came to this dealership with a simple issue a broken transmission oil pen. It took them 2 weeks and cost me 2000 dollars even though they quoted me 1000 dollars. And after reading reviews I see that many people have similar problems with the price doubling for no reason.

I don t know why I decided to come here even after reading so many honest negative reviews.I was looking for a Ford Escape in red. The sales person tried to sell me the white hybrid version which was $4k more expensive. And on top of that he asked me another $5000 markup since they had difficulty in finding these vehicles LOL. Is this a joke?The moment I stood up and started to leave, the sales person said that he is willing to remove the markup. Are you kidding me? What kind of tactics are you playing? If you can t be trusted on your words, how do you expect to do any sales.Looks like these people make all the sales by misleading innocent customers who hadn t done their homework well.Genuine tip: stay away from this place. They are not worth your time and money.

Terrible place to (try to) do business with. We showed up to buy a truck after traveling from hours away, and were informed that it sold this morning such an obvious bait & switch. We run a business and have a $1M line of credit through Ford we will never walk through those doors again. If you re a serious buyer, go elsewhere. These people play games for a living ..

The lack of communication is unbelievable. Kept my vehicle overnight without notifying me. Had to call out from work thanks . To me companies like this, who puts PROFIT OVER CUSTOMERS you SUCK! Train your staff and DO BETTER! Communication is a free lesson unfortunately when you don t care you allow staff to treat customers like this. I recommend SERIOUSLY NOT VISITING THIS SITE! I will drive to Malouf Ford before going there again.

I've an issue in clutch for my transmission and they gave a quote for about $4100+tax to change almost everything for transmission and to change one o2 sensor they gave me another quote for 450+tax. I've asked them to change only clutch but they are trying to force me to change everything. I just left the store by paying 186 for diagnostics(and this will cost only $40 or $50 when you reach out to local mechanic). They don't care about customers. They just want to loot you as much as possible and parts cost in my quote are more than double the prices in autozone/amazon.

I have to thank Alex in the service dept for helping me repair my mirror adjustment part that was broken and even though I purchased the car from Smithtown NY. It was repaired the following day in the Ford Service Dept.in Jersey City,NJ.on Route 440 and I have to thank Alex for the excellent help with my used car and it was not even his fault, but he went out of his way to assist me with the repair and I wish to thank him from the bottom of my heart .
