Even though my two-year oil change is free, they ask me for money every time I go. They are trying to change my contract on their own and took money from me. Even though I changed the cabin filters and air conditioners of the car, it still did not fix it. Even though I had my car's wheel alignment done, there is still shaking and instability in my steering wheel. I definitely do not recommend this service, it is completely aimed at defrauding people.

Worst place to take your car, since i refused service they took my wheel key lock to make me come back for service, now I'm stranded with a flat. I called to ask for the lock, they put me on hold for 20 minutes just to say they used a universal one. So magically my key lock disappeared. Then they have the nerves to threaten me to call te cops on me cause I'm aggravated for their actions.

Had a wonderful experience with Jose here a few months ago. I asked him if he can give me something to clean the windshield of my car and he instead had done it himself. I didn't even ask him to do it but he was such a nice guy that he did so and also gave me great advice on what to do with my car in terms of maintenance.

Absolute trash! Attn: Kia Motors America - you should intervene because this branch is absolutely destroying your brand.I unfortunately purchased my Kia Seltos from this dealership and have been getting it serviced here. I got my 2 year servicing done this week, when I brought the car home I realized the back seats were covered in a white oily substance!! This is the second time they've serviced my car and left damaging oils all over my back seats. I paid $200 to get my car serviced and they left it in worse shape than when I brought it in. You can't make this stuff up.Its so obvious from the photos this is not a spill or accidentally getting something on the seat, ITS ALL OVER. They saw it and did not care at all to even try and clean it.Of course I called and complained, and of course NO ONE called me back. They absolutely do not care. The have no clue what customer service is. Nicco and Scott avoid all calls. Total incompetence. I'lll never be coming back. AVOID at alll costs.

I want to express my profound disappointment with the service I recently received at the KIA Service Center located in Jersey City. As a customer who recently purchased a brand-new KIA Sportage 2023, I had expected not only a high-quality vehicle but also exemplary customer service to complement the ownership experience. Unfortunately, my encounters with the aforementioned service center have been anything but satisfactory.My initial visit to the service center, which included a seatbelt inspection and an oil change, was marred by a series of unsettling incidents. To begin with, upon inspecting my vehicle post-service, I discovered that the seats were conspicuously tainted with grease and dirt, and there were noticeable scuff marks inside the door, adjacent to the seatbelt under examination. While disheartened by this oversight, I reluctantly refrained from lodging a formal complaint, choosing instead to extend the benefit of the doubt, in adherence to the principle of granting second chances.Several months later, my vehicle's maintenance indicator illuminated, a development I found perplexing, as it had not been long since the last oil change. Consequently, I entrusted the Jersey City service team with the task of rectifying this issue. To my astonishment, it was revealed that the service team responsible for the previous oil change had reset the maintenance interval to three months, as opposed to the recommended five months. Their assertion that a mere system reset would suffice to extinguish the warning light did little to assuage my concerns, particularly given the recent change in management at the service center, which raised doubts about their familiarity with my vehicle's history.It is worth noting that, according to KIA's guidelines, my vehicle necessitates an oil change either every 5000 miles or every 5 months, whichever comes first. Given that my vehicle had been driven only a modest distance and a few months had transpired, it is my belief that I should have been either reimbursed or, at the very least, offered a complimentary oil change to rectify the previous error. Regrettably, my interaction with Mr. Spencer Rempersa, the manager at the Jersey City service center, failed to yield a satisfactory resolution.Mr. Rempersa, noting his recent appointment as manager, asserted that he lacked access to information regarding prior service on my vehicle. Consequently, he was unable to fulfill my request for an oil change. This response was, regrettably, accompanied by an air of dismissal, which further exacerbated my concerns. Though I articulated my inclination to explore alternative service centers, I also harbored an expectation that the Jersey City service center would seize this opportunity to ameliorate the shortcomings of their previous service. Instead, I was met with repeated insistence that I should not consider changing service centers, accompanied by an unwillingness to provide compensation in the form of an oil change. Consequently, I acquiesced to the requested maintenance reset, with the intention of seeking service elsewhere.To compound my disappointment, I was flabbergasted when, upon receiving my vehicle, I discovered that the maintenance indicator had not been reset, contrary to the assurance provided by the service team. Incredulously, I was expected to extricate my vehicle from the service area myself.In summation, the overall conduct and professionalism displayed by the Jersey City KIA service center were markedly subpar, falling far short of the standards I anticipated when purchasing my brand-new KIA Sportage 2023. My primary expectation was to receive impeccable service that would allow me to relish my vehicle for many years to come. Unfortunately, the service center's actions have left me disillusioned and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. It is apparent that the primary focus may be financial gain rather than fostering enduring customer relationships.

Just don't bring your car here. Service often takes much longer than you would think (4-5 days for a simple job) and they don't even address the issue you ask them to.

At JC service department I was told I was speaking to the manager, but instead they had to be speaking to the mechanic which they lied. Held my car easy for three weeks without pairs yet. I called numerous of times with has been redirected many times to a voicemail. Give me the runaround about parts. They charged me for parts that we re under 100,000 mile warranty. I went to speak to them with my over qualified mechanic. He immediately noticed I was charged for parts under warranty. I was charged over $1000 and I didn t even complete correct oil change. The manager paid me off $800 to take down the review, but I ended up cancelling our agreement.

An incompetent service center that would rather ask you to risk your life driving a car that they know does not work. No seriously, they are that bad and if you care for your own safety go to any other KIA service center in the area!Let's start with the fact that our car was brought to this service center 3 times due to some issue that would cause the car to randomly shut off and was never fixed(we went to a different service center and it took their mechanic an a couple hours to figure out what was wrong, took these guys weeks to give us their best guess).I remember one time they gave us back the car and it shut down after 2 mins of driving, they didn't even bother to check if it was fixed.But to truly show off their incompetence let's look at some of our experiences. Like I mentioned the car would shut off completely, we got the car towed to them and the window was stuck open. We notified them to cover it up as it was going to rain and they said to not worry. Next day we came to check up on the car and the window was wide open and the seat was soaked from the rain, awesome!Also they have two huge parking lots and yet our car ended up with a parking ticket while under their supervision they care so little that they didn't even notice the ticket as they gave our car back.To summarize, if you value your life or of your family members who own a KIA - DO NOT COME HERE.

If you car breaks down on a Saturday and these are the only guys open (or is broken into on a Saturday, as in my case), just wait until Monday and take it to someone who will care at all about fixing your car in a reasonable time frame. It will still wind up being weeks faster.

The only thing I would honestly say is the job done on car damage was perfectly done. It took from the time I ordered the replacement parts, to painting part and finally placing it took 1 month! No staff speaks to you unless you speak up to someone after hours there waiting(over 5 hours there)..A.hello from staff and willingness to be alittle more friendly and see if you have any questions while waiting so long would be nice,.after all I'm a.paying customer(and spending a large amount). Never can speak to Scott the service manager when I called about 1/2 dozen times, always busy with someone,.yeah ok..I.really don't care to go there again. Duane the service manager in the past few years was the best, very professional and in touch with customers.

This was my first visit for service of Elise I got from Jersey City Kia and was very happy with the experience. They have a very courteous and professional staff and the service itself was completed much quicker than I am accustomed to from other dealerships. Very happy that I chose Jersey City Kia for my most recent vehicle purchase.

My experience at this service center has been HORRIBLE. In order to get anything done there you need atleast 3 visits - even for simple thing for which you got a recall notice saying that parts are available. I received a recall notice for the trunk latch and I booked an appointment after confirming the part is available. They called me, made me wait for couple of hours and in the end said to come back again. My car was simply waiting there for 2 hours and they did not even touch it. They said the part is unavailable, although the parts were supposed to be there as they themselves gave me the appointment for it. No regards for customer's time. Staffs dont even apologize and try their best to keep you in dark.The same happened for the radio replacement. Had to visit them atleast 4 times to get it done and call them atleast 10 times.

Very disorganized!! Been waiting for my car to be fixed for the past 2 months! No one is never available. They make me not want to have a Kia vehicle ever again since their service sucks so bad!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will get another brand after this!

Just say that this was my last time doing business with this dealer/service. In fact, when the lease of the car (leased from this same dealership) is up, I will return it to another dealership and hopefully negotiate a new lease with them.

Giving one star is too much. I recently leased a Sorento here. I advise you to record when dealing with them. And they won't listen to you after the deal is over and you take your car. Before you take your car, make sure it's in perfect condition. Before signing, record everything and make sure you sign it. I will never do a car deal here again. I don't know how other Kia dealers are. But this place was very disappointing to me.
