PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!!!!!IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO SAVE THE MONEY I SPENT !!!Purchased my car July 29th of last year with no car payments!!!! The conversation that was had by me and the owner was the car was very good and it has no problems and since you have a family, it would be a great car for you. It was all a lie. He played on the fact that I had a family.Not even a month and out of nowhere, my car started smoking and broke down (spent more money )Two weeks ago I called Jcity to tell him everything that s been happening with the car. He told me to come down and we could work something out with me getting another car trade because he knows my situation with my kids and he wanted to help.I get there and he says there is nothing he can do for me because he will lose out on money (but what about the money I lost ) but then takes me outside to show me a $6000 car asking if i can gave 300 a month ( me telling him that I couldn t do that and that he said we could work something out and I just don t have that kind of money) instead of helping me he wanted me to give him more money for another car HOW?Then he starts lying and saying, he told me that the car had problems and told me that the mileage was already high so the car was bound to break down. I told him if you had said that then I would have never bought the car.NOW 4 months into having this car it no longer starts and is just sitting in front of my door!!!! I m telling you its not worth it now me and my kids are out of a car this has just been the worst experience.I just don t know what to do so if this could help anybody on their decision about Jcity Cars then I m happy to help because I don t want anybody in the same predicament that I am in now.

I visited yesterday I was 99% that I buy a beautiful minivan that they have, but they completely ignore me actually I was thinking buy more than one car, very bad service never come back again and I'm not recommending this place

Outstanding experience at J City Auto LLC! Purchased a Toyota RAV4 in excellent condition and at a fantastic price. Any minor repairs were promptly addressed, and they even filled my tank before I drove off. Kudos to Nelson and Denise for their exceptional service. Highly recommend!"

Update for Laura Dixon review - don t ever trust this dealership. Again, I bought a 2004 Honda CR-V 165,000 miles and have had to go to several mechanics to fix it. Yesterday my car died out of nowhere it wouldn t start after a jump from one of my neighbors. I had to get it towed in the middle to the night and brought to a mechanic that is charging me $600 because the oil is not being taken so it cannot not start. I have video proof to show what my car is doing. Lukas the owner scammed me and do not believe him or his partner even if they pretend to do the right thing for customers. I had to get the department of motor vehicles involved for them to even give me my plates and register my car. Absolute scam artists and not Lukas I m not going to stop posting reviews because you take advantage of people everyone should know never to buy from you. I have video too but it s not allowing me to post it will be posting on yelp. You can see the dead battery signal on the car. And the second photo is of the tow guy towing my car.

I purchased my 1st car with J City Auto LLC and it was a very positive experience. Buying your 1st car can be a very stressful journey but they worked with me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Til this day my car continues to be dependable with no major issues or concerns. I utilize their services for continued maintenance with my car where I trust their services. I will be utilizing their service again when it's time to purchase my next car. I am a very satisfied customer.

Bought my first car here. Great prices and very convenient location. I recommend asking for Lukas. It was a pleasure working with him. Very professional who knows his stuff and walked me through the many car options available and worked out a great deal for me. You definitely get a great car dealer experience here for a better price.

Purchased a bmw with JC Auto LIC, in Jersey City, from Lukas, and was ripped off. Their advertising was completely false. They sold us a vehicle that wasn t drivable and it took them90 days to get our plates and registration. When our car was delivered, it was dirty, dusty and had parts falling off; and it was driven to us by 2 drivers who didn t speak English. Our vehicle should have been professionally shipped to us, not driven; as we payed $300 for shipping. Twice they had to come get the car for repairs; and twice they sent drivers to pick up our car who couldn t speak English. Our car couldn t even pass inspection. After Lukas sold us a lemon BMW, he pawned us off on Nelson, who was equally bad, if not worse Nelson quoted Bible scriptures while taking advantage of us. When my fianc� and I went on vacation, Nelson had his 2 drivers pick up our car to fix the repairs, for a 2nd time. While we were on vacation, the workers in their illegal auto shop located, in the Bronx, took our car for a 5 day joy ride, and placed over 1,500 miles on our car. We logged the mileage on a vehicle before it went for repairs. When they failed to return our car after we returned from vacation, I contacted the police. The detective that I spoke with ran our license plates and discovered that our car was never parked in a garage for repairs. The idiots who took our car on a 5 day joy ride used an EZ pass; so all movements on our vehicle were tracked through EZ pass. To add insult to injury, they wrecked our car in the process and got a speeding ticket on it as well. We received a speeding ticket in the mail. The camera logged our car speeding on Bruckner and 149th street in the Bronx, during the time we were on vacation, out of state. When I spoke with Nelson about this, he made excuses for his laborers and dismissed the speeding ticket. After I told Nelson about our mileage being run up, he had them to adjust the mileage, which made no sense because EZ Pass, logged the mileage that was used. We ve since obtained a lawyer and we are in the process of suing JC Auto. After our investigator gives us our report with the names and driving license statuses of those employees, we re filing criminal charges as well. I want them arrested. We ve hired an investigator to look into their auto service shop that s located in the Bronx, as opposed to Jersey City where their car sales business is located. Most of those auto shops in the Bronx are ran and operated illegally; that s why they are called chop shops. JC Auto was supposed to tow our vehicle for repairs, not send drivers to drive our vehicle to the repair shop. DO NOT purchase any vehicles from JC Auto. They operate on shady, unethical and unprofessional business standards. I m seeking to have JC Auto audited as well, because I believe they are operating some what illegally. Most replicable businesses will list their owners, but not JC Auto. With them, everything is done underhandedly, which is why we had to hire a private investigator to look into their business practices. I m, also, going to contact the news media because I want JC Auto LIC to be put on blast. The public has the right to know
