Joshua is the best customer service rep you can ever have. I live in New Brunswick, NJ and leased with Hudson Nissan about 8 yrs ago when I lived in JC. His customer service is so amazing, despite the fact I moved I still drive all the way to JC to get my car serviced there. You have no one but Josh & Gary to thank for that. They treat people with kindness, dignity & respect. Make you feel like family

When you look at these reviews, know that many of them are sponsored or customers received some discount to give the place a 5 star review.The service center people are friendly and personable. However, honesty and value for the customer is not this dealership's strong point. Case in point a receipt from 2019 of recommended items for my car. The audacity to charge over $100 for wiper replacement and almost $100 for cabin air filters. I've been back multiple times for warranty issues related to my car and I haven't seen this culture change. Dealerships make most of their money on the service model, and receipts for declined services show how predatory places like this can be.Lately I've seen them charge all customers almost $200 up front to inspect a check engine light (reimbursable for services provided). Don't agree to anything like this - they're going to inspect your car anyways and the issue could be really minor and really cost $10 to fix yourself.

I greatly appreciate getting service at Hudson Nissan ! The customer service rep Josh is amazing and super friendly.He makes you feel so at home while waiting on your car to get serviced. He also keeps you informed on all services that needs to be done , upcoming repairs and more ! I will definitely recommend Hudson Nissan .

It was a drive to get there, but it was worth it. Great service, helpful and knowledgeable employees. Get a better coffee machine for the waiting area and you'll be golden.

The minute I drive in to entrance service, the logging in clerk inputted all information and placed protection plastic on seat and gave me my paperwork. I waited awhile cause at the time there was only one service person inside. But the minute they came in , Jason assured me right away. He went above and beyond for the service I went in for. I visited the show room. I was notified ASAP with a text that my car was ready with exterior wash as well.. The mechanic sent me a video pdf of him checking my car. I very highly recommend Nissan service 100%.

Stay away from this place! I had my service appointment through Eugene who stated he couldn't access my history of prior services in the Nissan DBS because this info was proprietary to each dealership, I then found out from my previous dealership that this wasn't true. When I called him out on that, he replied that only the lead mechanic could access the database and that they didn't do it there and went based on the customer's recollection instead (didn't know I was expected to memorize every service my car had over the years). I later found out that this wasn't true either.Next, Eugene stated that I needed to replace my air filter which, as I found out from my previous dealership, has just been replaced during my prior service only a few months ago and I haven't driven much since then.Next, Eugene offered to replace my transmission fluid since my car was at 43,000 miles stating that the manual recommends doing it at 30,000; he also said there was no way to check the deterioration of my transmission fluid. My previous dealership and another one in NJ (a third opinion) both confirmed that this wasn't true as the manual recommends to check it and not replace until at least 60,000 miles. Also, both confirmed that there is a way to check the deterioration of the transmission fluid, there is a tool for that.When I dared to question Eugene's recommendations, he quickly lost his temper and started talking at me in a rather condescending manner. I couldn't get out fast enough from that shop, I will never be back to that dubious place.

My convertible, soft top indicator light was on and beeping while driving. Also my trunk release button would not open as a result of a dead battery from being stored all winter. Hudson Nissan charged me $200 labor to reset computer. No parts were needed. In April 2021 they charged me $140 to reset. Advisor said increase was due to inflation. I had no choice. I paid $219.01 for a reset. I will find another option for my auto needs. Dealership too expensive.Service: Electrical

I am always pleased with the level of care and concern by the guys here at Hudson Nissan. Jason at the desk is the most amazing customer service agent, but don't worry all of the guys here are extremely good at what they do and the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I am very satisfied with the interaction I had starting from the valet service , Wilfredo, Service advisor , Joshua , and tech Kiel, they were all professional and very receptive on my concerns.Service lobby s coffee station was not working at the time but access to free water bottles was a delight .Excellent experience. First time at this dealer for services. I was assisted by service advisor Joshua Balthazar who was incredibly helpful. I even have to mention the way he assisted other customers, not just myself.
