I have an old Jeep. If you want to purchase a vehicle to keep it don t buy Jeep. They stop servicing when they are older than 10 years. The stop making parts, they don t even offer solutions to the problem. At least have a reliable mechanic that the house can recommend for replacement parts.Such an expensive vehicle! One shouldn t have to junk it.

Let s start by I left my car in the service area because of an engine light and transmission light and they called me 3 days later saying that it was a system update needed to be done and that the car is ready. Picked up the car drove it for less than a week and it happened again! Brought the car back and nobody was willing to help me even thought I came at 3pm when nobody is in this place, after 3 weeks of calling cause nobody gave me an answer for my car., I decided to just lease another car I had an emergency in between of the purchase and had to leave right away but they had the audacity to charged my card without signing any contract or finishing the sale. They just care about making a sale and no their customers! Here I m back in this place again cause they only gave me one key and was promised a second key and that would take less than an hour to be made but no that was a lie again! Stay away from this place for godsake!

Galip & the Hudson familyThank you guys for going the extra mile for my wife and I over the past 2 days.Between Galip showing us vehicles, Manager sorry I forget your name preparing the deal and making sure we were comfortable, Johanny explaining the document signing, and my front desk promotion guy always checking on us . The best experience Her first car experience with you surpassed her expectations as we closed the deal today before she had work.We definitely recommend Galip - Showing us vehicles with your bald head and no hat Freezing, but staying dedicated haha.After almost leaving unlucky, Galip to the rescue off from Jeep to Nissan and brought my wife her Rogue.Keep up the don t quick attitude.Everyone shop here at the 440 jeep location. They have access to Toyota and Nissan making it a one stop shop

Salesman Braulio was direct and no B.S. Gave me what I wanted for my 2016 Ram truck and even dropped 3,000 from the MSRP. Which in today s market is unheard of. Got my interest rate 3 points less than the average 750 person. Dealership didn t waste my time. Highly recommend them. My beast below.

I had gone to a Kia dealership to try and get a new car but the sales man was to aggressive so I was recommended to come here and deal with ray . Ray is an amazing sales men who was very kind smart and start to finish he gave me world class service not once did I feel pressured to buy something or felt like I was being sold something I don t need . I appreciate ray and for the amazing service he gave me and I left with a car that day I would highly recommend any one who needs a car to go see ray at Hudson jeep ram and dodge and ask for ray , say Damcam sent you

Please do not purchase any vehicles from this dealer. It s been 3 months and I have not received my plates. When I ask for a new temp plate, Madison the manager keeps giving me excuses And the run around. Turns out, the bank cannot find the title to the car. Why would you talk me into getting a vehicle if the paperwork is missing? Aside from the temp plates, my 2019 Jeep Compass is making tons of noises and squeaking sounds. Don t fall for their warranty B.S. They charge you $280 just to look at the car.I am in the process of taking legal action against this dealership. Please do not waste your time or money with these people. Go to Metro Honda across the street or even Toyota, which is next door.I would give this place 0 stars if I could.AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

Amazing Service and staff that makes the car buying experience amazing.I would not take the time to write this if it was not true. This staff really cares about it's customers and how their dealership operates.I've visited other dealerships in the past and heard stories about the car buying experience and how difficult it can be.I had done my research and prepared haggling tactics in case I had to use them, I was even keeping my hopes low to prepare going how with the same car I drove them in.However I was surprised on how different the atmosphere was.Let me tell you about the staff that I had encountered at this dealership.The sales person was not pushy, we had told him what we had wanted to look at and he had shown us our options and test drove the cars. At no point he delivered the famous line "what can I do to get you to drive away with this car today". He has simply shown me respect to what my dream car would be. No haggling over what the figures might look like, he simply got the price to the most responsible range it can get before proceeding onto the next purchasing step.The sales manager did not yank my chain about being young and having no "major purchase" prior in attempts to intimidate me. He simply laid it out as it is.The financial manager was not overly baring on making me feel like I "need" to get the addons. As a first time car buyer he made me feel easy about signing all of the documentation as well as helping me understand what I was signing.Car buying is a big decision. I'm over the moon happy that I had choose to do business with this dealership.Big special thank you to Julian, John, and Manny.

Went into Hudson Chrysler/Jeep just to look. I'm a jeep owner and my husband wanted me to look into getting a new car. We were serviced by Carmelo Macalindong. He did an exceptional job from beginning to end. We looked at a 2018 Jeep Compass. He gave us all the information necessary to make us want to consider going inside and start the process of possibly purchasing this vehicle. Once inside, we sat down to work the numbers, between Carmelo and the manager John G we arrived to a price that was within the budget we wanted. I took the Jeep for a ride with Carmelo, in which he continued to show me features of the car which validated my decision to buy! He's super knowledgeable which I appreciate in a salesperson. The process of purchasing is a long one but Carmelo made sure we were comfortable, everyone at Hudson offer a great level of service and hospitality. He made sure we had something to eat and continued to check in on us. After the deal he walked us to our new car and has continued to follow up with us on our purchase via phone. I'm over the moon with my new car. If your looking for a new vehicle be sure to stop by Hudson Chrysler/Jeep and ask for Carmelo. He's simply awesome!

Had a great experience with the salesperson Wassem, he was very responsive by phone or email and answered all my random questions.Test drive was very easy to setup and helped me figure out if I wanted a hybrid or ICE grand Cherokee.

edit: I went again and the service was amazing, really shocked compared to how it has gone at other dealerships. I dont think the person who answered the phone from my original review knew what maxcare was. Again surprised but pleasant experience here.They told me they dont accept maxcare but only 3rd party ones they sell, which is weird since Maxcare is a mopar warranty that every dealer has to accept so I was confused. Dont want to be stuck with covered repairs so be careful if choosing this place.

My car is in service department since last monday 12 days already and I need to wait 5 days more to they received part never again a couple days job . I dont have car because they donf have. an they say they going to call me from service departmentNo call from manager I still waiting for call and my car still they . Not professionals worse service dept ever . 17 days without car . They very rude no answersJanuary 2 2024 still wainting for drive shaftTo arrive since december 18 hope they do the right think to my wife jeep and work out to be satisfied and inspect work and review my review

***Updated 5/15/2023***It s been a year since owning my vehicle and it s been in service twice for a noise coming from the engine that they can t figure out. First visit they blamed it on a loose bolt coming from my bed rack which wasn t the noise. Second time in I came in with video proof and the tech confirmed the noise and said to me to change the octane of fuel I m using. I m now using a higher and more expensive octane at the pump and still hearing the noise. I m trying yet again to schedule a service appointment for the same annoying issue I ve had since the beginning and they telling me the next service appointment where they can get me a loaner is two months ahead.

After paying over 500 hundred, for my air conditioning to be repaired. I was told to come back in two week to find out what's the issue. The air conditioner was working upon leaving. However the agent shared it was a leak that they couldn't find and added a fluid to help discover it. I just need to driver the vehicle and return in weekends for them to find it. The truck been with the service from 8-5 . I returned the truck yesterday at 1pm it stay over night no call, I called at 1pm the person who previously worked out the vehicle is out and the agent will currently now find someone to work on the truck . I need people to know my experience before using this service. Especially women because I drive away with no repairs less money in the bill and time missed from work.

So, to begin with our car broke down in the middle of the road due to a dead battery. We had got our car serviced with full body inspection few months back where no one mentioned about the health of the battery. On complaining about the same, they mentioned that battery check is not done in full inspection and the same inspection they did to diagnose our car's breakdown. We are disappointed since, we expect a thorough analysis of each part of the car that needs to be mentioned when the car is given for servicing and do not expect our car to stop running still after that in the middle of the road.
