I recently bought a 2010 Mini Cooper from this place, the worst.... The was fixed just enough to make it out the door. After to days of having this car it breaks down. I can t take it back because I m 3 hrs away the guy who is till currently working on the told me that he noticed the car was worked on and it wasn t put together correctly so he had to redo what he did and right now the car is done for, this is the how this auto dealership operates... I could go on and on why? The truth is buy your car somewhere else

Peter was a great salesman, knowledgeable, laid-back. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy our car. When we came back a second time, he was happy to show us another car. We got the best deal on the best car for us. We took the car to our mechanic before making a decision, with Peter s blessing. Great experience.

After several months of searching for the right car, we found Axis Auto Group. As soon as we got there, the staff was very friendly and willing to work with both my husband and I on the right deal. My husband loves a challenge and has always been the type of person who pushes the sales staff to the limit when bargaining for the best price. Many dealerships wouldn't even entertain his suggested dollar amount. With Axis Auto Group the entire experience was completely different. The staff was super friendly, and willing to work with my husband. He was satisfied with the final cost and I was super excited to have been able to drive out of the lot with the car that I had been wanting plus more. And did I mention a few thousand dollars less than any other dealer that we had gone to. After an exhausting four months of searching for the right car and right dealership, I'm glad we found Axis, I highly recommend them. The staff including the owner go above and beyond to make your experience pleasant, I highyl recommend them and would definitely go back.

I contacted the Broadway Axis Auto Group Dealership I spoke to Angel the Sales Manager. Before I arrived he gave me a courtesy call with a heads up for all of the required docs I would need to get my deal done. Angel was the best he walked me through the entire process step by step overseeing everything from my application process, to the approval process, even down to the insurance process. He is really committed to helping people achieve their goal! The environment was very professional, warm, and sincere. Charlotte was very pleasant and informative. She had a great personality and was very accommodating. John the finance manager was very upfront and honest but commuted and dedicated to helping me get in my new car. This trio is amazing! The process was both seamless and effortless. If you're looking for a team to help you get a car; this is the spot!!!!

What a wonderful dealership! They was very patient with me throughout my search! Peter was my sales consultant, he was amazing and very respectful! Marco was my service guy, he made sure the car as detailed out, fixed my brakes, and A.C.! I am more than grateful to give my service to them as a whole at Axis Auto Group Motors! I recommend you all to come down to the dealership before you go anywhere else!

Great experience here, especially after a day looking at cars all over the area. We came to Axis as the last stop. Not only did they have the largest and most diverse range of cars on offer but the customer service has been really great. These guys go against the grain of the typical auto dealers you meet. The guy that we worked with was attentive, not at all pushy and was honest about what would be the best vehicle in our price range. We ended up picking a great car. The team were so helpful in arranging everything and following up on the purchase afterwards. We needed a couple of things checked out, which all were minor, normal wear and tear of a used car. The team looked into it for us and have taken care of it for us. I strongly recommend them.

The staff at Axis is friendly and willing to work with you! We had a great experience here buying our car, and buying a car is not always a pleasant experience. We were pleased with everyone we worked with, especially Andre, who helped us from start to finish. We would definitely come back for our next car.

I NEVER leave review, but I have to for these guys. We spent an hour from start to finish including test drive. One owner car in mint shape and price was right. They are great guys and we had a blast with them. No hassle, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone interested I a used car. Big shout to our salesman Angel

I wrote a review before, but it seems as though the dealership deleted it. I purchased my vehicle from this location, only to find out a day later that the check engine light would go on and lead to multiple problems. As mentioned in a post below this - this dealership is not honest and does a lot of patch work just to get vehicles out of the door. This dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle which could have cost me my life. I received many letters from the manufacture stating that my vehicle had never been serviced and that there were several factory recalls. At the date of purchase I was informed by Angel that there were no recalls and that the service was up to date. A lot of the positive comments come from customers like me who write reviews on sites like yelp while their vehicle is getting "prepped for them." If you don't believe me go look at my yelp and see for yourself. There was a response to my previous message stating to speak with George about my issue. Well Axis team, I did and he did everything in his will not to rectify the situation. This dealership sells lemons. Don't trust them! If you want a good car you are better off getting a lease from a creditable dealership.

Just bought a car from axis motors in jersey city. Dealt with Peter, great guy no pressure he was very helpful and willing to work with you. Got a great deal on a very clean used car. Working with Peter was helpful because we could not make up our mind on which car to get and he was patient through the entire process. Will definitely recomend Axis motors and especially Peter.

My experience at Axis Auto Group was a great, no hassle experience. Samantha was amazing, she is very knowledgeable and prompt to address any concerns or questions I had. She worked with us and gave us a great deal on the car we purchased. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Axis Auto Group.

Peter assisted my boyfriend and I in leasing our first car. He was very patient and thorough and worked to find the best financing given our credit status and income. Despite my skepticism and questioning, Peter secured a great deal for us on both the car and insurance. We are happy with our purchase!

After 22 years of driving and recently experiencing my first accident, I thought that I would never be able to replace my dear Andrew (2004 Chevy Suburban). Amazingly, I was able to find a comparable replacement with the patient and professional salesman at Axis Auto Group. Peter had the exact temperament I needed at such a trying time. His knowledge and expertise were solid enough to rid me of all the worries and concerns associated with replacing Andrew. I was totally convinced I received a great deal when I drove the 42 miles back home (up steep hills) and the GMC Yukon Denali just floated to its new home. In hindsight, I should have taken it a little easier on Peter and hope he can forgive me for being such a worry bug. As I sit on my porch admiring my purchase and typing this review, I have to say how happy I am to have found another reliable truck to keep me and my family safe. Thank you Peter, Sal, and all of Axis Auto Group for bringing me back from a stressful situation. Your customer service was superb and highly appreciated. Oh, and the family says thank you for the lovely lunch. Peace.

I came all the way back TO my hometown and Axis didn't disappoint. Thanks you Peter for the BEST experience ever. I was very happy with Peter from start to finish. He catered to my husband and I needs and even interacted with the kids and found us exactly what we were looking for. We will DEFINITELY be back. I haven't had a car payment since 2008 but he made it worth trying again.

I'm from New Jersey originally but recently moved to Pennsylvania. After being referred to Axis Auto Group by a long time friend and repeat customer of Axis Auto Group. I reviewed their website and spoke with their friendly and informative sales team on the phone. I felt so comfortable after speaking with the sales team that I traveled nearly 3 hours from Pennsylvania to make the purchase of my 2008 BMW 328xi. I highly recommend Axis Auto Group. I would personally like to thank Lisa, Angel & Sergio for their service during and after my vehicle purchase.

Bought a car in March. Not sure if Lisa at the front desk was there, but she was great. Very helpful and friendly. Angel was my rep. Cool guy and not pushy.Sergio the finance manager was cool too.*Note* The cars are sold as is , so don t expect to haggle on pricing.

Came to this dealership after going to 10 others and Axis were by far the most helpful. I wish I would have found them first and saved time. We were immediate greeted by Ismael and he helped me tremendously. He helped me find the exact car color and price I was looking for!!! I test drove the car and left with it the same day!!! I would recommend this place to everyone and when you go make sure to ask for Ismael.

Incredible inventory, the staff was so professional and polite. Spoke with a john before I had come in assured me the vehicle was in very nice condition. I have had issues In the past with other car dealers so obviously I went in hoping for the best. It turned out to be amazing, exactly what I wanted and the financing was smooth!

The best experience I have ever had at a dealership, he let me know my options and was able to work with me on payments, I was comfortable making . Angel was beyond patience ,nice ,and knowledgeable. My husband and I ended up coming in the next day to get a 2nd car. I have recommended Axis and Angel to everyone I know.

Highly recommended!I bought my RAV4 from their branch on Garfield Avenue in Jersey City and it was a very pleasant experience for the family. I called to set up an appointment with Louis. He had all the cars that i was interested in ready to be shown. They were very patient, professional and yet very friendly. Sal, the manager worked to give us a deal that we were satisfied with and he also had the brake pads changed and car cleaned.As far as the quality of their cars is concerned, they have vehicles in excellent condition as well as clunkers. It all depends on how much u want to spend.I would easily recommend these guys to family and friends in a heart beat not to mention that their prices are significantly lower than other dealerships. Shout out to Sal, Louis, Chris etc. Thank you.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far the worst customer service experience, and my last time working with them. This is an open warning to anybody who comes to this place, if you are looking to buy an overpriced and faulty car then you've found the place. For the purpose of not stirring anybody away from reading this with the LONG review I should be giving them, I will give a quick run summary. Wanted to finance a car through a credit union, they asked for a $500 deposit, my credit union saved me from making a bigger mistake because they informed me that they had over-priced the car. Car's worth was only $9k, they charged me $12k but made it to look like the had given me a discount, I checked their website and saw the price of the same vehicle (same VIN) was $10.9k, told them I'd still be willing to purchase the vehicle if they honored the price I saw, told me I was mistakenly seeing things, I'm an IT so looking back in their site's history was cake, saw that I MADE NO MISTAKE and they had quickly changed the price as soon as they thought they had me, sent an email and even gave them a chance and it wasn't until I was frustrated and done with this giant scam that I wanted to stop the deal when suddenly, IN PEN THEY WROTE IN THEIR PURCHASE SALES AGREEMENT "NO REFUNDS". Am still planning on taking action and am willing to work with anybody who has had a similar experience with this. Close this place down immediately.Don't be deceived by the cheat that Sergio is. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real dealership ANYWHERE BUT HERE.Update: Got a letter from their bank too that also declined it because the price was outrageous. So yes, this is more than a fair argument. As far as my bank not approving me? I got an approval for an even higher number than what I asked for prior to this. My bank (and evidently their own bank) thought it would not be the best decision for me or them to finance something so outrageously unfairly priced.

I highly recommend this dealer. They work with you to get you settle into a new car in just a day. Rosa assisted me and was a great help amazing how everything was explain and in less then 3 days I was driving my new car. Great dealer really recommend you guys going down and taking a look at all the great deals and cars they have available. They really work with you.

Hard working staff especially Peter, my Sales person. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff and service. Everyone have so much patients and willing to work with you even if you have bad credit. This is my second car purchase and the experience is outstanding.

My husband & I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE here at Axis auto group down on Garfield ave jersey city, NJ. My sale person was PETER!!!! Ask for him!!!!! We found our car in one day (Friday). Picked her up that Monday! Organized, friendly & so nice all the staff!!!! Wish we can give them 100 stars!!!! Thank you guys so much for helping us purchase our first car!!

We were interested in seeing a Lexus Axis had on lot; we took the vehicle for a test drive and were ready to do business with Axis to purchase .. I must say, our salesman Angel was wonderful and tried to help us as much as he could (that's why I gave 1 star) but told us his "hands were tied" as far as any financial decisions. The finance guy, John, would not budge far from the listed price of $7995 (which is the standard listing price for most of their older cars); and they wouldn't budge on the offer for trade on my vehicle. He seemed annoyed that we "dared" to even try to get it any cheaper.. and treated us as if he was doing us some sort of favor. We felt very disrespected .. Fast forward to today (3/16/18) .. we went to Auto Direct Cars in Edgewater Park, NJ and purchased the same year/make Lexus (with less miles) and they dropped their price to $6900 (from 7890)... God is GOOD! .. We dealt with professional people at Direct Auto who worked with us so we could leave with our car! They treated us with respect (they even bought us lunch!) and we are now the proud owners of our new Lexus .. It's well worth the drive to Auto Direct Cars! You'll be glad you went there!! OH ,, and that Lexus at Axis is STILL on their lot.

If you're looking for a luxurious car at a reasonable price, this is the place to shop. The cars are amazing at prices that will blow you away. The customer service was top notch and they will work with you to ensure you leave a satisfied customer. Look up Samantha (Finanance rep) when you go there - she is awesome! Trust me, you will not regret this experience....
