Do NOT go unless you want to pay out of pocket for a damage they cause. Fail to take any responsibility ridiculous.One of the machines damaged my mirror, and they worker lied stating my mirror was already like this (camera footage and my own eyes will tell otherwise). I was told to call the customer service number, which directs you to an office that knows NOTHING about any of the franchise locations. Literally can t get an email or phone number from them. Could not get a manager s number from them nor any of the employees on site.After weeks, I finally got in touch with the manager Joe I was able to move the process along and escalate it to the owners, but they are unwilling to take any responsibility and compensate for the damage they caused.

I have the membership here and like it for the most part. My car gets cleaned well. The only slight con I would say is that they sometimes don t wipe down the car fully. But for the most part they do a good job. All the staff members are really nice and polite. At the end you re able to vacuum your vehicle yourself for 10 minutes for free. I think it s better that way compared to having someone else vacuum my car.

Please do not patron this business!! Express Auto Spa is a Fraud. I took my vehicle here for an oil change on 11/4/23 and was told by the Manager Fausto that I needed an engine flush because my oil was dirty. The next day on Sunday morning I start my vehicle and thick white smoke comes out of my exhaust pipe and now the check engine light is on. Everyday since 11:4/23 I went back and forth to this establishment for over wee to resolve this issue. I had no issues with this vehicle before they put oil and flushed my engine . Fausto stated don t worry we re going to fix the problem and now he claims that he has never had this happen before and there s nothing he can do about it. His General manager Joe (General Manager)claims he searched on google about this issue I m experiencing after their business serviced my vehicle. Express fails to take accountability of their actions while servicing vehicles of patron customer.

Scammers! Please avoid at all cost. Literally swindled out of $20 to be left with a dirty car, for the owner to come out and justify that sometimes it's like that as it's not a hand car wash. Before paying I asked whether it comes with a vacuum to which they responded yes...guess what? You have to do it yourself. Save yourself the headache and money and go to the express detailing next door they do an AMAZING job. How I know that?? I had to pay to get my car cleaned AGAIN after paying these SCAMMERS. I wish I took pictures to prove....STAY AWAY

Easily the best car wash I've gotten in the areaThey use the best chemicals and the staff is extremely friendlyAlso got an oil change there and staff was happy to answer all my questions and were so easy to deal with! Definitely coming back

There is an expectation because of the previous owners of this carwash. To my surprise this place is a complete let down. Since when do I have to wipe and vacuum my own car? And because I'm used to a certain level of service, I wasn't looking for a sign that said basically "we don't do shyt". I had washed my chammy rags and forgot to put them in my car so when I got out of the car wash I was told I had to buy the rags. GTFOH!!! I am not even sure the platinum service I paid for gave me what they said it did. DO NOT GO THERE! A total waste of time.

Stars are for the people who work their not for car wash.Nice place to do a basic car wash without vacuum which is $10.I dont suggest for any other wash, I opted for Platinum as i wanted to clean in and out. Everything is machine wash even the tires wash is machine. Exterior (Towel) cleaning and vacuum is hand wash ( they do the job to thier best).I was charged $25.59 ( platinum charge $20 + $4 vacuum + tax) which is pricy for the service I got.

I paid $17 to vacuum my own car. The car wash machines puts all of the shiner on the car so your car wont have a great shine when you leave. And I still have bird poop on the hood of my car. And no I Dont have a big car.

Paid for an Oil and filter change only for my check engine light to come on recently because the filter wasn t charged during the last oil change paid $80 for a half done service . Bad business

The wash is fast and they do a great job.I noticed they use the real deal chemicals as they received a delivery of chemicals when I was getting a wash.The monthly unlimited wash plan is the greatest.I can wash my car everyday for under $35.00 a month.Vacuums are free and so easy to use.Never had to wait for a spot.Last but not least they have 2 guys at the back drying the remaining few spots that the giant clouds cloths miss.I ve gone to other express wash s and they never have guys at the end drying my car!Really can t beat this place.5 stars in my opinion

Terrible experience, my vehicle had scratches on the hood and the rims were dirty, they did not wipe the car down after it came outside left residue spots all over and to top it off I had to vacuum myself what ever you do don't take your vehicle there !!!!!!

Friendly staff. Memberships offered, but not required. Various package deals to select from. Self vacuums available. Fast service. Members can have have their car washed daily for less than $35 a month. 2 men dry off car to catch spots the mechanical dryers miss.

What The....??? Services discontinued!!!I just went this morning and saw that the vacuums they had at the entrance to the car wash were gone. I asked the attendant why, and he told me that they changed their services. They NO LONGER OFFER INSIDE VACUUMING OR CLEANING OF THE INSIDE WINDOWS, SEATS, MATS, DASHBOARD, ETC.WHAT?!?!?! Yes, they did cut their prices by about 25%, and they have free vacuums at the exit of the car wash, but they don't offer any way to clean your inside windows, dash, etc. They are pushing a policy of a fee for monthly washes, but none of the inside services are included as part of this subscription either.I go to a car wash to get my car cleaned - INSIDE AND OUT! I don't want to vacuum my own car, and if I want the inside of my car to be clean, I NOW HAVE TO DO THIS ALL MYSELF. RIDICULOUS!!I'll never go back to this car wash, and I warn you that if you want anything other than an external wash, that you look for a different car wash.

I went to get my oil changed and paid for full synthetic Platinum oil and when I saw that they were putting regular oil in my car, which was cheaper and less reliable than what I had paid for. I tried to speak to the manager and was told several times that he was in a meeting and he would not speak with me about my issue nor issue me a refund for this service. This is a horrible way to conduct business and a complete lack of professionalism on this business part. If I could I would put 0 stars and I will not be coming back to this business. I wonder how many times they scammed other customers with the same, or over charge for things they haven t done to their cars

Today is decided to check this car wash out. I picked the platinum, this was the worst . They didn t go in the car to clean and vacuum it, which I didn t know I had to do it myself. I paid over 20 dollars. I will never go back again. Not sure why this place has 4 stars.

Do not go here! I went for an oil change and my car came out with a thumping sound. I went to a family mechanic and this place didn t even use the oil I paid for. Please do not go here, they will ruin your car. Now I have to really fix it when my car didn t even have any issues.

This place is good the only complaint that I have is the tire shine at the end does not work for the left side of the car. In other words I only get tire shine on the right side and I think that's unfair. I'm paying monthly for two cars and can't get the right service

No more free car wash if you do an oil change. Just had an oil change today expecting to have a free car wash but was informed that they don't have it anymore. Time to look for a better deal.

The new management has done a better job with the space. You don t have to leave your car now but vacuuming is a la carte and done at the end. It s a little different than I am used to but the lines move much quicker than it did in the past.

They charge you $38 and they don't even clean the inside of your car. They didn't even put wheel shine on my tires. They will not get my money for the half work they did. I went to Union City for $16 I can get my whole car washed and free air freshener.

All the employees were kind and professional with high quality work. The Carwash is bright, shiny and new... Highly recommend!
