This place has been a pleasant surprise. We found it by accident in our search for information on how to fix our car at the best possible price and in an easy and practical way. With great patience they attended to us, answered all our questions, clarified all our doubts and took care of all the procedures and paperwork necessary to work with our insurance. And most importantly, they gave us peace of mind that everything was going to be fine and they would take care of any problems that might arise. Really appreciated. So far it's definitely a 5 star experience. I'll keep posting.

Went in to figure out a solution for an issue I had with my bumper. I was immediately greeted my Chris, who talked me through several options within minutes. One of the solutions was so quick that he offered to take a look and fix it on the spot. He refused to charge me because it was such a quick job for him.Around Jersey City, it s difficult to find someone you trust with your car. I felt at ease working with them. The customer service was top notch. They made a customer out of me. I ll definitely be back.

I m very impressed with the customer service East Coast Collision has. The staff here are very nice and patient. I brought my car here after an accident. In almost 2 weeks it was done. I had called a few times to get an update and the person who answered the phone was always pleasant. I had minor damage but my car came out looking new. I def recommend East Coast Collision.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I dropped my vehicle off to them to be repaired and the work was beyond my expectations. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and friendly, the owners were friendly as well as the service workers. I would definitely recommend East Coast to anyone the quality of their work is like no other! I am extremely grateful for the work that was done on my vehicle. I appreciate you guys so much.

I Really had a great experience here! They were very professional & our truck looks like nothing ever happened! They did a great job! Nice to have enterprise in the shop as well. Hopefully we don't need to return but if we do, will come back here. Thank you!

I couldn't be more pleased with the shop and the experience. Beyond the extremely detailed and professional work done on my car (see the before and after photos), the shop staff is so pleasant, kind, and accommodating. They worked with the insurance company directly and took care of everything. In addition, I asked them to work on other body issues with my car (regardless of my insurance claim) and they also did a fantastic job with a fair price tag. I hope I won't need any more car repairs in the future, but if I do, I'm just happy I can come back again to a place I can trust.Service: Body & Trim

The reviews and the fact that it was right around the corner from the accident got me here.This place is awesome!From the reception, to the process, to the follow up and the general respect given to their customers, East Coast Collision excels as a body shop.My baby was struck while it was parked at around 5 am. Insurance informed there were no in networks body shops though East Coast Collision was able to make it happen! From the moment I dropped in to now, being in a rental and already given a two week estimate on the complete repair, (inshAllh, God willing) I know I am in good hands.Thank you the ECCBR team!

I ve had the pleasure of working with East Coast Collision twice to repair my car (5+ years apart). Both instances were comprehensive claims and the team did an excellent job repairing and painting the vehicle.Chris was great with this latest repair. I d brought the car in for an estimate and fully expected to pay out of pocket for it to be fixed. After gathering some info and asking a few questions, he explained that the damage would likely be covered under my comprehensive coverage (and it was!). I m incredibly pleased with the work and my car s paint looks great!

The staff is beyond amazing! Place is very clean and organized. The owner went through every detail in the bill to explain each charge and provide info. It was a real pleasure and I am so grateful to have found them. This is my go to place from now on! Highly recommend

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the refusal to provide an estimate for repairs needed on my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class following a minor fender bender. This refusal is not only unprofessional but also appears to be in direct violation of New Jersey regulations governing the conduct of licensed auto body repair facilities.The individual handling the estimates at East Coast Auto Body, whom I interacted with, is an older Hispanic male with long hair.As per Section 13:21-21.10 of the New Jersey Administrative Code, it is mandated that every licensed auto body repair facility must provide a written estimate to any customer seeking its services. This estimate should include a total not-to-exceed price for the vehicle repair, an itemized breakdown of parts and labor, or the price to complete a specific repair. The term "estimate" is clearly defined as any written determination prepared by an auto body repair facility of the approximate cost of parts and labor needed to perform the requested repair services.Furthermore, Section 13:45A-26C.2 highlights that deceptive practices in the conduct of business by an automotive repair dealer are subject to prosecution under the Consumer Fraud Act. It implies that any refusal to provide an estimate, especially based on discriminatory assumptions about a customer's ability to pay, could be construed as a deceptive practice.Despite repeated requests for a written estimate, which is a reasonable and standard practice in the industry, the estimator provided multiple excuses to avoid fulfilling this obligation. This pattern of conduct was deceptive and untruthful, as it directly contradicts the explicit duties of an auto body repair facility as per New Jersey regulations.The behavior exhibited by your estimator suggests a prejudiced judgment, assuming that I could not afford the repair costs without any factual basis. Such assumptions are not only discriminatory but also damage the trust and integrity expected in the profession and industry.I would like to remind you that consumers who feel they have been treated unfairly have the right to file a complaint with the State Division of Consumer Affairs. If this issue is not promptly resolved, I will not hesitate to take such action.I expect an immediate response to this review and complaint with a written estimate as required by law. Failing to comply with this request could result in further action, including reporting this incident to the appropriate legal and consumer protection agencies.

Three P's: Punctual! Professional! Perfection!I brought my vehicle into East Coast Collision for repair after a typical NJ fender bender, and let me tell you, after a couple days of dealing with the insurance, my vehicle was repaired amazingly well and also, so well taken care of!! Thank you to Giovanni R. and the East Coast Collision Team for taking such great care of my vehicle. It does not look like it was even scratched from behind! Everything was amazing! My vehicle looks brand new and now even better than ever! They even DETAILED my car, and gave it an amazing wash from the inside all way to the tires, it looked sparkling new when I picked it up! Amazing!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing East Collision Body Repair for your next body work need or after getting into a jam from an accident. I like this place. I phoned them and told them there was some paint marks on the driver side door of my 2020 Audi Q5 when they were repainting my car. They said to come in and they would examine it. They looked at the car and told me they could buff it out. Waited about 15 minutes and they were done. Did not have to pay out of pocket. Did an amazing job on my car. Would highly recommend them.

I gave them four stars because it was a little bit of an inconvenience. Brought my car there for a accident which wasn't my fault. The car had front and back damage. They fixed certain parts and forgot to change out the broken tail light. So I had to go back another day after them having my car for over a week.In the future the car should be looked at before its picked up by the customers. Idk how that was missed.But in the end everything was taken care of and they took my car in right away when I got to the shop. Thanks for everything.I'm still waiting on that phone call for the two things we were stumped on and couldn't figure out. Lol

Deanna at the front desk is great very pleasant and courteous. A pleasure to talk to. Jay and his crew did excellent work on my Ford explorer. After the work was completed. My explorer looked like new. Completely satisfied. I recommend East Coast Collision Body Repair to any one who needs work done. The whole staff is great. Keep up the great work.

Would steer away from this place. First person I spoke to was lovely, but she handed me off to someone named Mike to discuss a quote and he was incredibly rude and condescending. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but it was the worst experience I have had with a mechanic. Very disappointing.

They are the best. Brought in my 2017 Chevy Cruze for body work on the lid and paint on both driver side doors. Left my car on a Monday and got a call Thursday afternoon that they were done. Not only were they done faster than expected but the total cost came in at well under $500 from the estimate. My car looks like it came off the showroom floor. As a bonus, they cleaned up a few scratches on my bumper and cleaned out the entire inside of my car. Quality work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my Lexus IS250 repaired here after an accident. The staff at East Coast was very friendly and helpful. The work was top notch and within 2 weeks, I got my car back good as new.

Everyone who works at East Coast deserves 5 stars. The front desk person has a calming and reassuring demeanor which goes a long way when you first enter and are naturally stressed about whatever befell your car. My sunroof shattered and I called many shops to find crash wrap- which is used to seal the window to avoid water from entering. I kept getting, no we don t have that but when I finally called East Coast Collision. Maritza answered with friendly voice and hint of hope when she said, hold on . She came back on and said, yes, bring it in and we ll put it on . No questions asked simply bring it in . I took the car in the following day. I waited a few minutes and Christopher bought the car out and explained the hold thing to me. When I asked Maritza how much I owe she said, nothing . I was shocked. I don t think it would be too much but didn t expect nothing. I am so grateful for their help. It s so refreshing finding good people like Maritza and Chris. May God bless your business greatly!! I Highly recommend East Coast Collision !!!

From the first call to the moment I walked in the entire staff made my repair painless. I dropped my car off hopped into my rental and that was it. A week later I got my car back looking good. A gang of bikers punched my side mirror in Manhattan and I called East Coast Collision panicking. They calmed me down and told me to come and see them. In a few minutes they fixed my mirror and saved my day

I was dreading taking my car to get repaired, someone smashed my side mirror while my car was parked. East Coast Collision was such a breath of fresh air - I have never had such a good experience with an auto body repair shop. Everyone is so nice, very honest, and super helpful and communicative. They stand by their work and they did a great job fixing my mirror. Seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience, every single person there was amazing and knowledgeable, especially the owner and his daughter.
