They were very helpful. I asked for a jumper service. They came in 10 mins and helped me out. It didn't work at first. They went back and forth until they solved it. Then it turned out that my alternator was not functioning. They changed in place with a reasonable price. They were very kind and helpful. Strongly recommend..

I have been taking my Cadillac to Ricky and Marvin at Chariot Auto for years. They recently replaced all of my suspension and brakes with factory parts for substantially less than the dealer quoted me for. It s worth mentioning they specialize in european cars as well. They provide quality work and can be trusted.

Had my Splash guard come off from the rain storm over the weekend!Went around on a Monday morning; wait time was around for 5 minutes and got it done within 20 minutes.Explained what needed to be done and quoted me reasonably!!Great and prompt service.

These guys are fantastic & so lovely! I arrived unannounced with a flat tire today. They plugged & put air in my damaged tire right away, plus put air in my other tires unprompted. Efficient & very nice. Highly recommend.

I needed a mechanic downtown here. I have been using them for a few months now. I'm getting good work for a fair price. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Marvin . He is a complete, polite gentleman. I highly recommend Chariot Auto Repair.

Ricky and his team are the best. I have a complicated Mini, and they've always figured out the issue at a reasonable price. I've taken my car to Chariot for almost 6 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Ricky is also trustworthy and always provides options. I've always had a good experience at Chariot.

Amazing service from Marvin and his team. Road trip from Virginia, car started making a weird noise coming across the bridge, found this to be the closest mechanic, before going in the tunnel, pulled up at 5:45pm on a Friday afternoon, they pulled my truck right into the bay and found the problem. Needs wheel bearings. They kept it overnight, and was ready to go by 11am Saturday! Amazing! 2014 Land Rover LR4. Thank you team!

Ricky and the crew fit me in same day no problem. They did an oil change and replaced my air filter in basically two hours while charging me a great price.You can even pay by zelle if you want. Can't recommend them fast enough!

I bought a new van for my 10K mile roadtrip band tour and took it to these guys to make sure it was road-ready. They were very pleasant, explained everything, gave me an accurate quote and a fair deal. The work they did was mostly suspension and tire replacement and I noticed a huge improvement after they did the work. The van feels like it is gliding. They also gave good advice on being ready to change a tire in case one blows out. They offered to check up at a later date to see how the van is doing. Such care!I am pleased with the work they did and will be going back and recommending them to my friends. I came here because of the reviews...that I now question if they're even real. They messed up my car. They kept it for days and then couldn't figure out the most basic repair that another mechanic fixed in 1 hour for 60 bucks. This place is a scam and its businesses like this that give the entire auto mechanic industry a bad name. Avoid .

I had a serpentine belt brake on my Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax Diesel pick up for the second time in less than 4 months. I found Chariot on google, and they were really close by my girlfriends apartment. They had great reviews, so I called Chariot and he said he was super busy. I told him I was in a bit of a predicament and he understood and told me he would squeeze me in. Very professional showed me how the previous mechanic screwed up by not torquing down a bolt on the Old tensioner which caused premature failure. They were Very reasonable in cost, personable, and do quality work. 10/10 will use them again, and you should to if you want quality work at an affordable rate !!- Joe Black Silverado DuramaxService: General repairs & maintenance

Very quick service - fixed my flat in just a few min, and the patch seems to be holding up well. That's my tire in the picture right there!Small place though with two cars in the shop max, not a lot of room to stop your vehicle, so I'm not sure how they handle volume...

Had to drive back to Chicago but we had a flat tire, and a cracked rim. Every other place was not taking us since it was 2 days before Christmas. Ricky and the guys were amazing!! They worked on the car even though they were supposed to leave early for the day, and the rim needed much more work than originally thought. Made it back to Chicago with no issues - Christmas miracle!!!!!

I was here for an oil change and they were able to start on my car right away and finished within an hour and a half! They were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come here again for my next oil change.

My starter gave out on me right outside of the Holland tunnel as I was gassing up. Checked online so these guys had great reviews. And they definitely lived up to their reputation. Took my jeep for an oil change. The owner dude was busy and I just kind of stopped by. But he took the time to check my oil. Said I was good and to make an appointment. He was super nice and didn't have to do that. Great place.

We didn't check the prices, but they turned out to be too expensive, they charged $200 in total for just changing oil, oil filter, air filter. In the receipt it says (Parts: $49.82, Labor: $154.99). I've done this kind of work by myself before and I can't think how they find reasonable to charge $155 for labor.

A convenient location that is local (which I love)! They have been around for 15 years. They were prompt at completely the oil change. They also replaced the air pressure valve because we were constantly losing air in one tire. I m so glad that s fixed. :) I ll definitely be coming here for all my oil changes and car repairs moving forward.

I got stranded on my way to my daughter s graduation and Marvin saved the day. They stayed open late for me and got my battery replaced in record time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a flat tire which is completely out of air. And Ricky was having two other jobs to finish before 6 but when he checked the car status, he decided to help me out. Professional, fast and nicely done, highly recommended this place!!
