I did pre-purchase inspection here with a reasonable price, which prevented me to buy a used car with potential problems. Danny is very professional and transparent. Highly recommended!

Danny is absolutely terrific. I brought my car in for a gas leak and Danny was able to fix it in a couple hours. He is professional, reliable and trust worthy(very hard to find). Decided to try this place out with an oil change. Price was fine. They also screwed a pan that got loose and was hitting my exhaust, as a courtesy. Customer service was good from my experience and what I saw with others. BUT... A couple weeks after the oil change, noted transmission oil started leaking. Brought it to my regular mechanic. They said the clamp was loose and asked if my car was serviced recently, maybe the previous mechanic didn't tighten it fully. I asked if it could have accidentally gotten loose during an oil change. He said there might be a small possibility, but most likely not because someone has to manually open (unscrew?) it. Mechanic hopes it wasn't intentional because it could have caused a hazardous driving condition. I also had asked Broadway Sunoco Service about my exhaust pipe and he said it could be repaired, but will need to be fully replaced soon because of how rusted it is. My regular mechanic just removed the rusted part and welded in a new piece; they said the whole exhaust could but doesn't need to be replaced. Anyway, I will now be forever skeptical of Broadway Sunoco Service. I am South Asian female. Not saying that has anything to do with anything, but putting it out there for others who are in those same categories in case that info is important to them.

Incredible service and fair prices. Danny was upfront about what he thought was the best course of action for my car. He didn t pressure me into making unnecessary fixes. He was very efficient and communicate Ive about the progress of the work. Went there for general servicing as well as a new starter and axle. Wow. An affordable honest mechanic. A rare gem. I'm pretty picky...but this is THE best spot to go to in jersey city hands down. I got scammed by another spot that was trying to charge me over 650 dollars for something that this place fixes for under a hundred. They re not out to scam people but rather to actually help people.

Broadway Sunoco continues to be the most reliable place for car repairs. I've been a loyal customer for years and wouldn't even think of going to a different repair shop. They are extremely professional, courteous and trustworthy. I recommend them anytime I can.

My wife s car was missing a stabilizer bar bolt and they replaced both of them. This garage is a Jersey City institution with an impeccable reputation. And with good reason. My family and I have used their services for years, and we have never been disappointed. AVOID THIS PLACE. I don t write reviews often but I must share because they tried to scam me. I went here because it was the only shop nearby open 7am when my engine light came on. They charged me $70 just for an estimate and tried to charge me $1438 to replace my oil pan and under shield in a 2012 Civic. The estimate showed $672 in labor cost with no breakdown of what the charges were for nor any description of an hourly labor rate which I have never seen from any reputable repair shop in my life. They then lied and claimed that there was a national shortage of oil pans and that they would have to drive to Bridgewater to retrieve the only oil pan available in NJ and my car would be held for 1 week. After a few calls and a quick online search, it became obvious that there is no such shortage. I was able to have my oil pan replaced at AG service center up the street in the same day for $460 total. This is when I found out that I was lied a second time by broadway service because they told me that my under shield was torn off and needed to be replaced, but it was actually just damaged and replacement was not urgently required. They clearly saw that I was a young woman who was alone and not from the area and tried to take advantage of me. When I confronted them about their lies they deflected and said that they have been open for 60 years as if that has anything to do with their deceitful behavior. Save your time and money and AVOID THIS PLACE.

I was referred to them by one of my neighbors who has been a customer since he has lived in Jersey City.They are very professional and cost effective. Danny and his brother provide excellent service. I've had my car fixed several times here for different issues. Noteworthy was that once a replacement part failed after about 6 months - Danny repaired my car free and didn't charge me for the same new part again. It was covered under warranty and I wouldn't have known. Thanks to Danny for this honesty.

I had an issue with my van this morning and I showed up without an appointment. They immediately found the problem and had it fixed (at a really fair price) within the hour. I am so so so grateful to have found this place. The staff was so nice and thoughtful. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you guys !!! :)

If you want technicians do a pep boys and let the computer tell you what parts in your car should be replaced whether the part is good or not, if you want real mechanics who can fix real problems go to Sunoco in which they will physically check and replace the problem part not the entire systemService: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Hello, my daughter's windshield wipers were not working, I sent her to Danny and in minutes, it was fixed at no cost. (That's how simple it was) Someone else would have charged her an arm and a leg. This is why I love them. They've been my mechanics for over 20 years and I will never leave them. xo

My friend calls these guys the Car Daddies and she is not wrong! I brought in an old car with multiple problems during a busy time, and not only did they provide fast service - they gave me solid advice about what was worth repairing and when. They were honest about the timeline and communication was never an issue. Danny is amazing kind and honest. He helped fix the issues with my Honda with the A/C and also electrical issues with the indicators. He also went above and beyond and took the car for a drive to test out potential issues with alignment etc. timely and extremely professional. Danny was very easy to work with. He made sure to run tests carefully before rushing to tell me what was wrong. He made sure to work on the problem and even fixed a smaller issue at no extra charge! He also made sure to follow up even after he fixed my car, just to make sure that it was still running well and no check engine light came back on! Courteous, professional, they do the job right the first time. Long time user of the services. I don t go anywhere else. You get their expert advice and they are right. I m tired of throwing good money after bad. In other words, I go here exclusively. I pay more the first time and get good advice and reliable repair. It s worth it. They care about you.

I have been going to Broadway Sunoco for over fifth teen years. I highly recommend them. I Tell people who I have referred to them you may pay more but you are getting professional, knowledgeable work done on your car. As a woman from the beginning I always felt relaxed for they explain it to you in detail to where you can understand what the problem is.What truly made me know about their integrity I had a car an Audi loved this car years ago I kept having problems with it electrical, constantly being towed finally they called me and said basically we could keep taking your money but it will cost you a lot to get fix, so take it trade it and get another car. That was when I was so thankful that I was referred to them by my Dad that first time every since.I also love how they are so patient, kind and understanding always making sure of your safety. When you are completely frustrated in a situation with your car they will make you laugh and talk to you.It s family owned, They are truly amazing!!There will be no other mechanic for me except Broadway Sunoco!! Those DeMarco Brothers truly deserve a Round Of Applause for all they do everyday!!
