Went to the dealer for an assessment, they told me I needed to replace the tensioner. I went to B&R with the dealers assessment and guy (name starts with R) told me $300 if I buy the parts. I bought the parts and went to b&r, and the same guy told me no - they have to look into what the issue is.He clearly provides a low estimate so that he can then hike up the price later. I said if the noise persists after replacement, that s on me, and I only did what he said.He said he changed his mind. Real professional.

Fixed my Mercedes E350. Front and rear bumper. Did a fantastic job. Cat has pearl white paint which is hard to paint correctly. He left it looking brand new

Took the car in after a fender bender, and though it took a little long for all the pieces to arrive, they did a really good job at making the accident disappear. Note, the cost to fix the bumper on this Kia Soul was $1,300, but your costs may vary depending on the make and model of your car. But keep it as a baseline. They re worth the price and rating!

Diego is great! Had a collision that created multiple scratches and dents on the car. First time I visited, Diego printed a quote for me for free. The price was also great as I explored shops nearby. I came back paid deposits for him to order parts. The parts arrived a few days later but Diego kept me in touch all the time. After we got all the parts he finished repair within 2 days. This is the best experience I can expect.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner Raymond is a crook do not bring your vehicle here for any repairs, he will over charge you and also break something else in your car so you come back, alot of his positive reviews are from his family and friends. You have been warned!

Living in Jersey city all my life I was looking for a local collision center to fix a curtain airbag issue I had on my BMW X5 I called Saturday afternoon to set up an appointment to drop the car off using a flat bed being that I can t drive the vehicle and was told to drop it off Tuesday morning upon calling Tuesday morning to inform someone I would be dropping it off I was greeted with a hostile tone as if me calling the shop was annoying. I was attempting to explain my situation to someone and was told not to bring my car in and I would have to bring it another day. I explained I was trying to drop the car off on Tuesday as the previous person I spoke to told me to do so. The man on the phone responds Well then I can t help you and abruptly hangs up the phone on me. I ll be taking my vehicle to Parkway auto body where I know someone can fix my car as well as address a customer in an appropriate fashion. I suppose this is my fault for attempting to support a local business.

I went to this place because my coworker recommended it. This guy ali said he would do it for me for 500 and then later said I owe him 1300. He was unclear. And when I asked him for receipts he has not produced any. Crooks. Now I owe my coworker money for a job I wouldn't have gotten done if I would have known how much ... money that I do not have. And others I've asked said I shouldn't be paying that much for brakes.
